Ina Road Animal Hospital

We've been here twice now, and have liked the care we received both times. Last year our pet had what we thought was a dental issue, but turned out to be a massive tumor. We were on vacation, and they were very understand and helpful during an incredibly stressful situation. This year, our dog was having some travel anxiety and had recently recovered from pancreantitis. We had some follow up questions and they were able to get us in quickly. This will be our primary vet office after our move!

I have taken a few of my dogs here over the years and have always had vets who were honest and reliable. Dr Reed is very compassionate and does not candy coat any information. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are a little more expensive than some of the other clinics but having weekend and evening hours makes up for it. They can always get me it for an appointment quickly.

They took into account my concern about my dog having reactions to vaccines. Over the course of her vaccines they did 1 at a time to determine which one she was allergic to. They also let me wait with her at the clinic to see if she had a reaction/ if they needed to give meds for reaction. That put me at ease knowing she was doing good and I wouldn't need to rush her back in an emergency.

Great staff and friendly techs and doctors. We had an emergency and had to put our dog down and they made it a bearable experience. We now use them for our new puppy and kitties. Great, knowledgeable, patient people. My puppy loves everyone there.

For all my difficult doggy/kitty needs I always go right to Ina Road. I've had so many issues with my dogs ranging from simple wounds all the way to unknown urinating. Recently I had 3 personal dogs seem by IRAH and the experience was amazing. 1. Valhalla my Mexico mutt had to have a dental done due to his small trachea causing his teeth to damage more quickly.

The price quoted was higher, however it was so much cheaper thanks to their careful attention. 2. Sam my German shepherd has always had chronic ear infections and after multiple ear cleanings and finally an allergy test we figured out what was the cause. He's not been ear infection free for 3 weeks. 3. Pugsley my border collie mix was a medical mess and started peeing all over the floor without explanation.

He was placed on multiple medications that helped until he went into a funky mood and had white gums. I called IRAH and after they told me to take him to the ER I explained he was just seen 2 weeks prior with an all clear from the doctor. They immediately got me in for him to be seen and sadly pugsley had a huge inoperable tumor and I made the choice to send him off to heaven. The staff was very compassionate and made the experience quick and as painless as possible.

I've had such great experiences here. I've taken both of my cats here and they were treated so well by the techs and vets. I had to euthanize one of those cats and they were all so kind and considerate during the whole thing. I got her remains back pretty quickly and they even sent a condolences card in the mail signed by a bunch of staff. Their prices are fair and they listen to your concerns.

They give good advice even if it doesn't benefit them financially and they've never pressured me to do something if I said I'd like to try something else first. Great place to take your pets. So grateful for the vets and techs.

Had our male neutered a few days ago. It's been a circus keeping him quiet. They have helped me with ideas and medication. Very helpful. I'd recommend this facility for your vet needs. Have our female and male there for shots. All the staff is great with our kittens. They are 4.5 months old. She'll get spayed in a few weeks.

We are very grateful that Dr. Reed and Justin saw us last night. I had tried 4 other vet practices and even though this animal hospital was full, they found room for us to help us say goodbye to our cat who was in the process of kidney failure. We are so appreciative of their caring and professionalism and willingness to help us on New Years Eve. I'm sure they're overworked as many people/professions are these days and considering it was at the end of a long Friday they still saw us and treated us so kindly. We can't thank you enough.

I started coming here after another local vet performed services on my dog without consent and have been very satisfied with the service I've received. I've been coming here for several years and they keep me actively involved in the care my pet receives, and provide a price breakdown of the high and low possibilities, but more often than not I'm paying below what was projected.

I'm always surprised with the price, simply because I go in expecting to pay an arm and a leg more than I do. After each visit I get a follow up text (or several) seeing how my pet is doing, asking if I have any questions or concerns. I feel that's super nice and convenient. With Covid, they have you wait in your car and a tech will come and get your pet or get you to come in.

You call or text when you're there to let them know. I appreciate texting being a method of communication. They are usually pretty prompt, I've never had to wait too long to be seen. Very pleased with this place overall.

Dog had an laceration/avulsion. Said it closed at 8p got there at 740p was told it was already 8p. Obviously was not. Next excuse after being corrected was there were no doctors available. Being a public safety professional we don't get breaks when help is needed. Great service

Ina Road Animal Hospital has been one of the most amazing veterinarians I've ever visited. They care so deeply for each individual fur baby. They follow up with attentiveness that you would not normally expect. They treat you and your pet like family.

I have taken my pets to this facility for many years and have always have great communication, professionalism and responsiveness. I highly recommend them

Absolutely love bringing my dog here. They are always great with my dog and are very thorough with him. Best part is he loves everyone there.

We've used many Vets over the years for our dogs. Ina Road Animal Hospital is far and away the best. They took our dog in an emergency situation on a Saturday night. They identified her medical problem within 10 minutes. It was a serious issue that required a 5-7 day stay. Everyone at this vet hospital proved to be very caring, and very patient with us as we called many times to check on our dog's health.

They literally saved her life. They treated our girl with more attentiveness than regular hospitals do for human patients. I can't say enough good things about Ina Rd Animal Hospital. We will continue to trust them with the care of our pets.

Amazing! My dog isn't friendly with other animals and the staff were so understanding in making arrangements so my dog (and your pets!) were safe throughout the entire appointment. They addressed all of our concerns and were wonderful with my girl. Highly recommend!

We've been taking our dogs and cats here for years. I love that they have evening and weekend hours so it's easy to schedule an appointment when it's convenient for us. Always professional and everyone there genuinely cares about your pet. Prices are comparable to other vets in town and we're usually able to get an appointment same or next day in most cases.

My dog had Valley Fever so I came here in desperation. Prices are a bit steep but the quality and care you receive is worth it. They do their best to get my dog in as soon as possible whenever a problem arises, and they follow up on the issue afterwards which I really appreciate.
