Wonderful as always. The staff truly cares for your babies. My mom has been with them since the 80s (3 dogs) and my sister and I continued to use them with our pets throughout the years (5 dogs total). I did try Banfield but left as I felt we were cattle in a profit production line. Appointments were hard to get, and talking to vet when they were needed was impossible. You may pay a few dollars more for Ambassador, but the quality of care is unmatched.

This is a great team! The doctors listen, they're thorough with their exams and they actually care about the animals. The atmosphere is always upbeat, and the facility is very clean. I highly recommend taking your pets there you won't regret it.

Down payment for an appointment in advance. Called to cancel my appointment and get my deposit back, said she'd cancel it but didn't know if I was allowed my deposit back and to call tomorrow. Idk that's kinda BS to me.

Not too happy with ambassador. Was running about 10 12 minutes late in route called them to let them know and that was just unacceptable so they wouldn't keep the appointment I had to reschedule I wanted them to give me a prescription so I could order it through the mail The vet can make your way forever but if you're 10 minutes late you're out of luck very poor business practice in my opinion so in all fairness and good conscience I could not recommend ambassador to anyone

I just recently got transferred to this clinic and I think I will love it as much as my previous clinic in ohio.

Received prompt appt for services to new born puppies. All employees involved very nice. Have use for several years with various pets, always satisfied.

Wanted to say what an awesome vet hospital this is. My baby was having muscle spasms and acting weird. Called my regular vet and they wouldn't see her. Tried several other local vets with no luck, but Ambassador and Dr Cawthorne told me to bring my baby in. She was great with my girl and very thorough is explaining what my baby needs to get back to normal.

I'm so thankful for the care my girl received heretoday. Not only was the Dr. amazing but the whole staff was polite, helpful and made me feel at ease bringing my girl to a vet she had never seen until today. Thank you Dr. Cawthorne and Caitlin for taking care of my girl today. (This is my girl resting at Ambassador Animal hospital which she never does at the vets)

Been going there 4 yrs, love staff, I've had 2 dogs go to Heaven they were very great to my family & our grief, the sent us a card signed by all staff LOVE U GUYS

Excellent staff. My mother inlaws dog doesn't like strangers, but remains calm and cooperative when dropped off for vaccinations, nail trimming, etc. Never an issue.

I am a local dog trainer and several of my clients go here. I've heard nothing but good things. What's really stood out to me though is how great they are with the animals. Huge shout out to Shannon for always being so helpful with her patients, especially the ones who aren't always so easy!

Thank you for being there for my pet! When I first called Ambassador Animal Hospital I spoke with a lovely lady named Tori, she answered all of my questions and let me which doctor I would be seeing. The technician, I believe her name was Taylor, that came out to my vehicle was very sweet and put me and Paco at ease. Pacos ears are doing much better! The cost was a little high, but you cannot beat the quality of care your pet receives.

Love this place, I've taken many pets here, a foster dog and my own. They are kind, helpful, and send a reminder for anything my pet is due. I have vets closer to where I live, but I choose to go here after having a friend recommend it.

Very nice staff! I have to say I will like it when we can go inside and not call from the car. Not the vet's fault though. My Hannah is always happy there. I recommend them.

The staff and services have always been great at Ambassador. They are patient and professional with our pets. Highly recommend. Plus, they are open Saturday mornings.

I have been taking my dogs to Ambassador for a long time. The two fosters dogs that I cared for were seen there as well. Very professional staff, courteous, clean facilities. When they need bordering, they take into account each dogs personality and taste. Jack always leaves a present right in front of their reception desk. How embarrassing. They send reminders when they are due for their shots. Also I get a multi dog discount. Currently I am down to 3 dogs. I like the fact that is not a huge place, the staff remembers my dogs by name.

I was so worried about selecting the right place for my dog Phoebe. I chose Ambassador Animal Hospital and couldn't be happier! It was an overall smooth and wonderful experience. We saw Dr Buerk who I adore. She really seemed to care about Phoebe. I am so happy with my choice for Phoebes forever Vet.

I recently took my sweet Chihuahua to Ambassador Animal Clinic. I largely selected this clinic due to the online reviews and the proximity to my house. I called to make my pet's annual appointment and got in on the day I requested. Dr. Amanda Buerk was very attentive and gave my Chi a thorough examination. No, I don't know what should be included in a canine exam, but I can tell if someone is taking her time and actually mindful of the pet.

I hate to say my Chi is sensitive, but okay, my Chi is sensitive. She doesn't do well travelling and or around a lot of strangers. All of the employees from receptionists, vet assistants to the doctor herself were very gentle to my sweet pup. I am glad I chose this clinic and will return.
