I was extremely pleased with them as they were able to fit me in very quickly. They did not charge me anything additional for fitting me in the same day.

I used to think this animal hospital is the best one for pet rabbit in Missouri, but today I change my mind, it is the best one in the UNITED STATES. My rabbit had a dental surgery here, very good job. Then, I moved to Houston, TX. 3 month later the bunny was sick and I brought the bunny to a local animal hospital. The doctor there was very unprofessional in examination and expansive. I really miss the service my rabbit has enjoyed in Hope Animal Hospital.

Horrible experience. They tried to overcharge me for a ferret implant. Originally stating it was for 2 but I only needed 1. They said I would have to pay again for the next one. So they were trying to double charge me. Then came back and said it was for 1. Normally the price is $120 they were charging $250. Make that make sense. If you have a ferret don't come here.

The vet & receptionist were outright rude. Dr. B took a quick look at my holland lop stuck her finger in his mouth and told me that my 2 year old baby needed a tooth pulled and that it would be $600.00! I asked if there was something other than a tooth extraction that could be done. The vet told me she would go write up a plan.20 minutes later a nice young lady told me they could do a penicillin shot right away and follow up with another the following week.

Upon returning the following week, I was told by the same young lady that I would need to keep coming back for more shots. On the first visit I was also told my bunny should be eating hay & only 1 tablespoon of pellet food. After one week of following these instructions, my 2.50 lb. bunny lost a lot of weight. Between the 1st & second shot & my sweet little boy losing weight, I decided the vet whom I never saw after the 1st visit, didn't have the interest or knowledge to properly treat any animal!

And the cost for this malpractice was $125.00. It took me 2 weeks to find my bunny a new vet. Everyone was very friendly & professional. The vet listened to everything I explained about my bunnies experience. The vet actually used an instrument to check his little mouth & found no evidence of any tooth problems at all. She told me it was an ear & sinus issue that she gave me medicine for & to follow up in 10 days.

She also told me that rabbit pellets where fine to feed him & not to restrict them as long as his wieght didn't become a problem. And all this visit plus the medication cost Melissa than half what Hope charged me. They were very gentle with my little boy & dedicated to his health. I'm so happy to have a caring & professional vet! I will never go back to Hope & Dr. B as they call her again.

My little bunny really dodged a bullet with this vet. Hope is unfriendly, unprofessional & totally trying to get loving pet owners to pay outlandish fees for unnecessary treatments. This vet should NOT be recommended as an authority on rabbits or any other animal.

My daughter's mouse suddenly developed a head tilt. I called a local vet and they recommended Hope. I'm SO glad they did. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day. They were so nice, thorough, and professional. The mouse got antibiotics and was her old self by the 5th dose. I'm considering using Hope for all my pets!

The front desk is awesome! I bring my dog there and they treat her so well. She is a nervous nelly and they are so patient with her. The doctor even entices her to do things with cheese. They are completely booked but have been able to work me in with her and I can't appreciate it enough. Definitely recommend!

I took my gerbil here for a scent gland tumor removal surgery, and they were amazing. They were able to squeeze him in for surgery last minute and treated him with the utmost care before and after the surgery. He was trying to chew at his surgery site afterwards, and they even made him a cute little e-collar to restrain him so that he could heal. It's been about a month since his surgery, and he is back to his old self now.

I did indeed paid more than I wanted too. Than again, there's not many small animals that's around here so maybe that's why.they care for any animal here big to small. And my guinea pigs don't have mites anymore. They have great service so don't have to worry, your furbaby is in good hands. I like the how they decorate, and the welcoming whiteboard was a nice touch to the room too.

I can't imagine going anywhere else than Hope to take care of my bunny. Pepper has kept all of us busy! But the absolute most amazing thing that got my attention is the fact I called from Chicago with a sick bunny, and Dr. B was at a family event and so was the assistant that came in, but they watched the time and occasionally called to see where I was with my ETA and met me at the hospital at 10:30 pm to take care of Pepper. They were amazing! Not aggravated with the 5 1/2 hour time span or the lateness of the evening. Just concerned about my pet. I sincerely trust them 100% with her care!
