Kitsap Veterinary is a highly skilled office. It is the only place I have taken my Scottish Terrier. The front office staff is talented and effiecent. Besides that my 5 yr. old pup loves this place.

Now that most bans have been lifted as far as public accessibility is concerned I would like to come inside with my pets while they are being cared for. It is distressful to have to sit in the car and wait to hear what is being done to them. In the summer it is hot and in the winter it is cold. So unless we keep the car running we either freeze or bake.

And it's expensive. I'm willing to mask up or what ever else it takes to be with my babies during their exams. Please know that I have no reason to think that they aren't getting the best care possible. Your staff that I meet with outside have always been professional and helpful. The phone conversations with the vet and the receptionist while they are informative lack the personality that a meeting in person includes. Thank you for all that you do to keep my furbots healthy and happy.

Once again our long-term relationship with Dr. Buck and her staff has proved it's worth. We were able to get our pet seen in relatively short notice and their assessment was very welcome. They are always friendly and professional with the owners of animals and they are especially skilled in working with the animals. Always reassuring and honest with care recommendations and will take the best care of your pets.

Fair price and excellent care for our fur babies. They're very caring with our cats and pup, and were genuinely compassionate when our old pup needed to be put to sleep. They provided us a cut of our old dog's hair, her paw print in clay, and a small box urn of her ashes. It was so sweet and so appreciated. We are now trusting them with our new rescue puppy. I greatly recommend.

Very caring people! My dog was well cared for and he is a pretty old guy. the Vet explained all procedures ti me and even gave me an estimate before anything being done. They were concerned for his pain level and told me that it would be better when he is sedated for dental work, then that will be the best time to do X rays so he wont be in pain. They have been very open to me asking questions and have gone above and beyond in making my dog comfortable!

Made an appointment using their online portal/app and received an appointment confirmation via email. The email gave me no further indication of additional steps needed to confirm the appointment. I received NO phone calls or voicemails from the office saying that I needed to take any additional steps to confirm my appointment. There was a link to a web form that asked for very basic information about my pet, which I completed the day of the appointment.

That triggered the office to call and tell me I "stirred the pot" and that I did not in fact have an appointment. If you're going to take your pet here, I would give them a call since they can't handle simple online appointment scheduling at this time.

I know my cat will receive good care from the staff that work here because they genuinely lovel animals. That is of the utmost importance. That said, as a customer who has been coming here for years, I have also identified the increasing drive within this company to aggressively market services that are not related to the care of it's animals. From the slew of junk mail/marketing that floods your inbox to the final bill that is 9 times higher than the quoted amount when making your appointment over the phone (this is not an exaggeration) the sense that I get is that the for profit aspect of this company is increasingly superceding the care they provide for their fuzzy clients.

I was in desperate need of insulin for my dog due to a local shortage and a pharmacy failing to notify my vet that they did not stock the meds they had put in for. These wonderful people allowed my vet in gig harbor to send the prescription to them and filled it in the same day so that my dog Bean would not get sick. Thank you so much!!!!!!

After traveling to three vets in Kitsap county for 4 dogs (2 mini doxies and helping with 2 grand pups chihuahua mix and german shep/husky mix) decided to consolidate. Referred to Kitsap Vet by one of their Vet Assistants, Cassie, and we are very happy we listened to her referral. Outstanding services provided by the team, the communication, the app, the care.

I could go on and on. All four of our dog family members were treated individually for breed/age/weight and are home after full checkups, updates on vaccinations, nails, teeth, etc. Three sharing a chair while teleworking.

We have been taking our pets here since about when they opened. Our family values and trusts the staff. They are always genuine, kind, respectful, and responsive. Every member of the staff loves animals and would do anything for your pet. Kitsap Vet was where I took my previous dog the day I rescued him. and the last place I saw him as we said goodbye 13 years later.

This vet treated us like family and we're there every step of our journey. Truly caring. Services worthwhile and reasonable. I suggest getting on a Paw Plan, this has really saved my finances and covers routine care, shots, and teeth cleaning 1x a year. Highly recommend Kitsap Veterinary Hospital

We just moved to Port Orchard a month ago and Kitsap Veterinary Hospital received the best recommendations from folks around town. They are very professional, and Dr. Lind took a lot of time to talk to me about my cat, who is older and on medication. Thay have been around for a long time, and it shows in their attitude, love of animals and competency. Highly recommended.

These Guys are Amazing. I take my 2 pomeranians here and they have been so professional and caring and attentive with everything. My one pom has hip dysplasia and the other had major oral surgery. They took great care of them and my poms are so happy and healthy. They have worked with me on payments for the paw plans and are very understanding.
Today my Beagle whom gets seen at a different clinic, was very disoriented and couldn't walk. She also vomited. When I called the other clinic to see her. They told me they were too booked and to take her to the emergency clinics. The emergency clinics are an 8+hr wait right now. I called kitasap and they also had a full schedule with 2 other emergencies and still took her in and saw her between appointments. And the doc called me with such great news and was very thurough with her examinations and recommendations. My wife and I are happy crying because of their great care for my almost 13 year old baby.
