This is my favorite vet by far. The staff members are so nice and friendly. Everything is well priced and affordable. The vet always takes the time to answer all your questions and listen closely to any concerns you may have about your pup. Dr. Condon doesn't just pop in and leave. They are so good with my dogs and I always leave feeling like they received quality care. I've never had an issue getting a sick appointment. It's usually same day or first thing the next morning.

5 stars! Everyone at Highlands Pet Hospital goes above and beyond to make you feel well taken care of and your pet is top priority. Over the past year we have had annual visits to emergency visits and they are simply fantastic every time. They are responsive, very knowledgeable and treat my dog and my cat with urgency and professionalism. So happy we found this place.

I purchased a new puppy and picked him up from the breeder on Dec 29th. With my previous vet retiring; I started doing a little research to find a smaller vet in the area. I chose Highland and actually started calling and asking them medical questions prior to "Jet" being acquired. They were always responsive and even called the breeder to get most of the necessary information.

As a new client in this crazy time of Covid - Doctor Condon brought Jet back out to me and spend 10 miniates getting to know me and giving me some advise. When I received my invoice. I was shocked at how reasonable his first visit was. If you are looking for a good Vet TEAM; try this practice. Also Kudo's to the Office Staff (Nancy) and the RVT's.

We recently switched to this vet not only because of the pricing at the other vet but also the general feeling we got from the vets. We've been pleasantly surprised at how much time and attention they give our babies at HPH. Everyone has been helpful and genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our pets. Appointments happen in a timely manner with very little time in the waiting room. If you're on the fence, give them a try!

I have two large dogs that have been with this office for a few years now. I have walked in on short notice with emergency situations multiple times. Once, my dog would not have survived the day without their support. I can guarantee your furry family will get the best care and the best recommendations for care when it goes beyond what their office can offer. The entire staff has always been kind, supportive, and understanding.

Thankful to have found such a great vet! We used to live in Skybrook so we went simply for convenience. However, even after moving back to South Charlotte, we still make the drive to Highlands because they're the most attentive and caring staff we've ever had for our little guy. He's always so nervous at the vet and Dr. Condon and the whole staff always are so patient with him and do everything to make him feel comfortable. I'm so grateful that they treat our little guy like their own!

My cat is my whole world. I was grateful to get a same-day appointment here after she started vomiting and acting abnormal. I went in thinking she had eaten something funny, but we found out she had a kidney infection. I am so grateful to Dr. Joyce who trusted her instincts and tested a quick sample of my cat's blood that day. She was kind and professional in giving me the news and discussing my options with me.

Everyone at Highlands Pet Hospital has been patient with my millions of questions. My cat was calm as she could be in their little cat room and she was always handled with care. It's such a relief to have my hungry, happy, snuggly cat back. Thank you Highlands Pet Hospital.

I am so happy we found this vet! We recently adopted a dog from an animal shelter in New Jersey who ended up really needing our help in getting him proper medical treatment. Long story short, after a really horrible visit with another vet in the area, we were determined to find someone who could give our newest friend the care he desperately needs. Dr. Joyce was incredible with him!

She's the only vet I've ever seen actually sit down on the floor and give the dog time to get familiar with her. They really take an interest and you can see they genuinely love animals. They even took him in the back to give him special treats and extra love just to make him more comfortable. They gave him the most thorough exam I've ever seen conducted (we have two other dogs at home, so we've had our fair share of vet visits!) and were able to tell us things about his condition that we never knew from previous doctor visits.

By the end of the exam, our guy was trying to follow them out the door to the back office! I was so happy and impressed, and I now feel confident that our newest friend is on the right track to wellness. Oh, and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. I was honestly in shock for the level of care we received at how inexpensive it was. We are lifelong patients at this vet for sure!
