Bought puppy from pet land This vet is their recommended vet. First visit free but tried to sell $177 worth of extra shots and pill. Did take the heart worm pill thinking @45$ it was a six pack but turned out to be a single dose Got estimate for the next set of shots. They charge a 60$ vaccine visit plus the shots and the single dose of heart worm for a total of 271$ for a puppies third set of shots with a fecal test. So your free unlimited visits you actually pay for with expensive prices. Go elsewhere. We did.

I took my dog in because she needed a wellness exam. She got bit by a bug and it was a lot better by the time i brought her in. Since it was part of the exam they looked at her bite and the doctor said he had some samples of some stuff laying around and would give me some. I get home and since they arent giving paper reciepts, it wasnt until i saw my email that they had charged me $47.25 for a medication.

They wouldnt accept it back even though i did not open it or use it. I understand you cant "by law" take medication back but not even a credit towards my next visit? Ill throw the medication out in front of you so you can see im not going to use it. I have neopsorin at home and mupirocin at home that both along with washing the wound, helped my dog.

The lady on the phone was super rude! Its a con game. Making it seem like its free, not breaking down what im paying for because here i am trusting that the $200 for a rabies vaccine and wellness exam just so happens to be $200 but they snuck in $50 for an ointment i dont even need. I havent taken my dog here since this happened three months ago so regardless of your rude reply ive already found a new vet!

I have brought my dogs to, Dr. Mark Purser, since he opened ihis practice 1999. Mark is a very caring and knowledgeable vet. His gentle and kind manner with my animals, always makes me feel like they are getting the best care, possible.

We got a puppy not too long ago and within a week he had contracted the parvovirus. The Veterinarians here are amazing and worked wonderfully on him as well as keeping us updated. They are all professional and timely about everything. I'm so glad they were able to take care of my puppy and keep us in the loop. Because of them, Toshi is happy and healthy today and we took him back for his last couple rounds of shots.

We live about 45minutes away so we were dedicated to bringing him back since they knew his history and were so great with him. I highly recommend them! Everyone working there is super friendly and helpful and were able to answer so many of our questions. Thank you to the staff at Highland Knolls Vet Clinic!

They don't even let you see where your pet is going to stay. Everyone panics when you ask them to see. Stressed pet? Suspecious.
