I came for the first time because I had a sick pet that was at the end of their life. We made the decision to put her down ultimately, but I was really appreciative of how kind and supportive the staff was during that hard time. They were equal parts compassionate and professional. They explained everything that was going to happen during the procedure and gave me unlimited time to grieve after her passing in the room. They made a tough situation a little easier and I'm forever grateful for that.

I've been bringing my dogs to Dr Rodriguez since she was on County Farm Rd. (15 yrs?) My first gsd wasn't a fan of vets because she had so many health issues. We moved and I had to find another vet. From the first time I brought her to see Dr Rodriguez, she was completely relaxed and good with her. I knew I didn't have to look any further! When Sadie's time came years later, Dr Rodriguez was completely compassionate with both Sadie and myself.

I now have a new crew of babies that I bring to her clinic. I have them all on their Wellness Plan. Some of the doctors have changed over the years, as well as the techs and front desk. But they've always been kind and polite with me (new staff and old), and most importantly kind and great with my dogs. Thank all of you, for the good things you do for us!

I take pride in finding businesses that love what they do. The kind of people that exceed your expectations because it's more than just a job-especially when you are trusting your pets who are family members in the hands of "professionals". This facility is not that place. It's just a job to them and they will treat your pet as such. I have a 120lb 3 year old newfie, and I could not be more disappointed in the team that handles him and even worse the feedback he gets for not being able to vocalize when he's uncomfortable. $500 later and he's coming home with half of a haircut because I wouldn't agree via phone to pay more for them to finish. Do yourself a favor and find a vet/groomer who loves what they do and will care for your pets as their own.

I have a very bad experience with this hospital 2 times 1st: when I get info an front desk that they can help me with mastitis and I lost 8 hours and after try to find other hospital. They check her weight, length, tiffs, everything, just not that stuff what I need and it supposed to cost me $350. And no solve my problem 2nd: my other cat (male) run out from house, day after I get a call from them that someone bring them a cat they neutered him and after scan a chip and find out that this cat has an owner. And I'm a breeder! This cat cost me a lot with breeding right

It's obvious the vets and assistants are overbooked, overworked and not paying attention. I brought my dog in for a severe ear infection. They took my dog in the back and brought him back to me not having done anything the vet said, didn't clean or clip his ear, they literally just put ointment in and that was it. His ear was still dirty, sopping wet and his skin was red down his neck.

I had to ask to see the vet again and she was surprised they didn't do what she'd said. She kept messing up too and I feel we were just rushed out without properly treating the issue. 3 days later he was still in pain and I took him to a different clinic who actually cleaned his ears, gave him a shot and meds. This clinic was much cheaper too.

Be Aware! I don't usually post negative's however, this touched home and I don't want it to happen to others. Brought our pet here due to not eating and a tad lethargic. They said something was in her stomach per x-ray and need to do surgery. Our pet was 3 years old so of course we said yes. Next thing we know we have a call saying to come back so we did and walked in to our pet DEAD!

They said when they went to start shaving her her numbers where dropping so they started to bring her out of anesthesia and she didn't make it. YEP, DEAD! Then my daughter has her pet on their wellness plan and for some reason the March payment didn't go through so they just took it upon themselves to charge her that in May with no phone call to her or anything. A heads up would of been nice or maybe try the payment again the next day. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! THIS PLACE HAS CHANGED SO MUCH IN THE PAST YEARS!

Severed ties with HPACC today. It wasn't an easy decision as I really liked Dr. Holly and the top-notch care she provided for Jellie Bean. However, the same cannot be said for their customer service at the front desk. There is something completely lacking in their hospitality and the way they treat their clients. Google limits the word count on reviews, but the details of my last interaction are written on their Yelp Page in more detail.

It was just awful, and I don't wish that upon any other paying customer. So long as their front staff isn't properly trained to give adequate customer service to their clients, this business will not thrive and make it. Besides the doctor, the front staff is the main point of contact and the first and last impression the client gets. Years ago, I would have stood by this business and refer them to all my friends and colleagues. Sadly, I just cannot say the same anymore.

Two of the doctors (Dr. Masterson and Dr. Howes) Jb saw prior to Dr. Holly have left. I took another chance with Dr. Holly and as awesome as Dr. Holly has been (and she's honestly way too good for HPACC), I'm off to find another vet for Jb. She deserves the best and I'm willing to pay any amount to make sure she gets the best. This place clearly isn't it. Good luck, you've been warned.

Brought my dog here for to take a look at her itchy ears. Dr. Rodriguez was very rude from the start. She was speaking to me as if I didn't know how to care for a dog because she doesn't have every single vaccination. I've never had such a terrible experience at a vet before. This vet was accusatory and just overall very odd. I have two dogs who I love and take great care of.

For this doctor to come in and treat me with 0 respect was unacceptable. Have been here before with my lizard and had a great experience so whoever gets Dr. Rodriguez, good luck to ya!

I had never seen an underwater treadmill for animals before. It is great to take weight off of the legs of dogs during physical therapy. This place is awesome!

Our beloved Reno of 15 years passed away in March. They were his Vet and they were amazing. We now have a little puppy and she loves Hanover Park Animal Care Center
