When we first moved to Naples back in 2017 one of my biggest concerns was being able to replace my existing vet. Luckily our landlord suggested Gulfshore Animal Hospital. Dr. Kim has been our dogs vet for 5 years and I absolutely adore her (and the AMAZING staff! Tim at the front desk has gone well above and way beyond his job description on more than one occasion for us) She is caring and honest and it is evident that she genuinely loves my dogs and has nothing but their best interest in mind. DO NOT be fooled by the "clean" atmosphere or updated office. This office is far from clean. Horrible experience. DO NOT bring your cat here, they have no knowledge about cats. Uneducated, impersonal, misleading, and repulsive behavior, are a few words to describe what a doctor within this office brought me and my once healthy, loving, living cat.

I would do anything to go back in time and not have stepped foot in this office, I would've saved myself from a nightmare of malpractice that lead to having to put my animal down. I miss my animal. Hope no one has to go through what I went through at this so called "4.8 star" building. The most disappointing, appalling experience. Not even worth a "one star." So very sad. Do better.

Trying to get a new vet in a new location can be anxiety producing- not at Gulfshore Animal! We met with Dr Cook for a well doggie visit in order to get our pooch settled at this facility. She did a great comprehensive exam on my mini golden doodle and was ever so helpful in answering any and all of my questions. Would recommend Gulfshore Animal to anyone!

Great staff - from the veterinarians to the front staff - my 3 dogs actually love going to the vet! Very caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate from the new puppy stage to crossing the Rainbow Bridge. I highly recommend them.

Have had amazing service with all our animals here. Recently had to put our 16 year old Maltese down and the level or service and compassion was over the top! We were heart broken > They had a beautiful blanket to lay her on and wrap her up when completed and we said our good bye. We were in tears walked out of the room to go pay and they said don't worry about it right now. This staff and Vets level of service and compassion is way above any service I have ever had. Highly recommend this clinic.

Clinic so good, trying to figure out how I can get myself as their patient! : Truly the best hospital I've ever had an experience with in the years of being a dog owner and across three cities and states. The staff is incredible in the way they care for our furry babies. They have a sincere love for the animals and it is shown from the moment you step in the door. Highly qualified staff; from the front desk to nurses and doctors. I can't say enough great things about this place!

Every staff member loves animals and it shows! They know their patients and treat them as their own pets. The Doctors are wise and empathetic. The office space is freshly renovated and always clean.

We just moved from California and in need of a new Veterinarian. Gulfshore Animal Hospital gave us an appointment and at our request they put us on a cancellation list. 2 days later we get notified that we can come in first thing the next morning. I have been bringing my cat to Gulfshore Animal Hospital since I adopted her from the Collier County DAS several years ago. The staff is always courteous and helpful. And, Dr Ball is just amazing. He's the cat whisperer. I can always get a quick appointment if necessary. It's all good!

Nice staff. The clinic had thin walls. In the exam room, you can hear everything going on at the front desk, back, room next door. If I was putting my pet down, it would not be quiet not peaceful setting due to background noise

Gulfshore Animal Hospital took care of the cyst on my 13 year old cat's head just above eye when NO vet in Naples would even try or tackle it because of my cats age or didn't feel confident enough to do it. I remember my old vet, Dr. Victor Brown, who was not only a vet but a great animal surgeon as well. God bless his soul he has since passed away. Apparently, all vets are not considered equal, but Gulfshore Animal Hospital proved that they are just as experienced, professional, knowledgeable and so friendly in both front office personnel as well as the vets and assistants. Dr Swartz was my vet for more than 10 years before joining Gulfshore -he is one more competent and conscious individuals you can entrust to care for your fur babies - he possess all the professional qualities, and personal integrity, that instill trust and confidence in a care giver for your little furry "family member". I presently live in Miami, and travel to Naples to have Bill Swartz care for the newest member of our family, "My Cousin Vinny" - a 16 month old Bichon. I wouldn't trust anyone other Bill Swarz with the care of Vinny.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in making the appointment. Dr Schemmer took a lot of time, performed a very detailed examination of my dogs nose to tail (in my presence)and asked many questions about their environment. I felt her diagnosis's were well demonstrated and explained. I felt very comfortable and that my dogs were treated professionally and with love.

She prescribed an alternative medication (than that my previous vet gave)that is very affordable! I felt the cost of the visit was very fair. The estimate given for the surgery needed for one of my dogs was very reasonable. Dr Schemmer was recommended to me by a very close friend and I will definitely recommend her in the future.

They are all very caring and made Connor's first visit there comfortable!

Wonderful animal hospital. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Ball is great - I feel that my dog was in the best of care. He takes the time to explain everything - did not feel rushed and his care for my dog was evident. I highly recommend this practice.

They took such good care of my kitty Penny. She came to them with no shots and not spayed. Everything went very smoothly. She’s a maniac, but was on her best behavior at Gulfshore. We just moved here and I am glad we found a really good vet!

Dr. Ball and his staff did an amazing job taking care of my Maddy. They were always quick to action and followed up constantly. When she passed at 15 he sent a hand written card and that really helped. These wonderful people genuinely love animals and their owners. Thank you for all you do. ❤️

We were RVers staying at Collier-Seminole St. Pk. with a 15 year old Yorkie who was very sick. Gulfshore Hospital took us in on the Saturday morning we called and provided the most professional, quality care imaginable. When we arrived that morning they already had lab results from our vet in Michigan 2 months prior. We were impressed with the staff upon walking in the door, the facility and the care given by the vet and vet tech. Our dog recovered in a short time! Bless them all!

Took Snowy here to be Neutered (no overnight stay), and have a puppy tooth pulled. Was great explaining everything, AND were UNDER for the estimate too--that never happens... Wow I was impressed!! Friendly Front desk staff always willing to help out and answer questions too. :}
