In the short few weeks that we started coming here, everyone has been wonderful! Each person has been so kind and genuinely helpful! I see why people rave about this clinic.

They were so caring and helpful and friendly when we had to put our wonderful dog down. They were so patient. This was not first time there and will not be my last.

Very friendly staff. Easy to work with. Reasonable prices. Bonus my dogs have always been happy to go. My dog is so traumatized that she drags the staff to the back and comes out wiggling every where. Will only go here unless away from home or move. Great place! Thank you for taking such great care of my pets.

I had to call here to set up an appointment because my hometown vet was closed. I called 5 minutes before closing, but this lady was rude. She did her job, and I realize it can be frustrating to wait another 5 minutes to set up and appointment. However, it's not a good reason to be rude. She mentioned twice that they were closed at 5. It was 5:03 when we disconnected.

This place is so nice everyone was really nice the price to have my pet taken care of was 1/3 the price of any veterinarian in Douglas County and the work was done with love

I set up an appointment to put my 12 year old dog down. She was declining quick, in pain, and was just not happy anymore. Her appointment was in 3 weeks. They have never seen her before. I asked for pain meds because she was hurting. Nope because they have not seen her before. I then asked to be put on the cancelation list. Was not promised a earlier day because there were others first on the list.

With animals declining quickly, they should be first on that list. Or be able to squeeze them in sooner. Ended up bringing her to the hoffman vet and they were able to do it on Saterday. Do not recommend for emergency end of life care.

Very nice clinic. Have been taking very good care of both my dogs for years now. Everything from tick disease to surgery on broken back leg which my dog still uses. Friendly staff & reasonable prices.

Staff is super friendly and genuinely caring. The vet tech took the time to let my dog get acclimated to her, so that she could collect her sample without stressing him out too much. I appreciate that, even though they were booked solid for a week, they made a time slot available to me during an emergency situation; keep in mind that I was a first-time customer. I will definitely be making them my primary vet care clinic.
