The intake staff, care workers and surgeons KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. This is a well-run, professional, flexible clinic. Not only are they easy to work with, they also do amazing work. My 9 year old dog went for her FIRST dental and they managed to remove almost all the plaque build up. They keep in contact with you throughout the process and truly care about your pet.

Horrible customer service. Uncaring and incredibly rude. I was supposed to have a vet appointment earlier in the week, they ended up cancelling the appointment 45 minutes before (I was already on my way there), and said I'd have to reschedule. When I went back for my rescheduled appointment, Dr. Gray was supposed to give my dog a full exam. She took his temperature, gave him a very brief look-over, left the room saying she'd be right back, and then never came back.
She sent a vet tech in to "finish up" the appointment and to tell me my appointment was complete. I asked to see the vet again because I said my appointment was left open-ended, and they said the vet was with another client and unable to return. Then they charged me for a full medical exam. I am so upset and totally appalled by the horrible customer service I've received. I have been a customer there for years but will never come back to this vet again. I can't believe they can treat people like this and get away with it.

The team was kind, compassionate, and informed regarding my Pete's dental care. I was so teary, and they treated me with such sincerity. Pete's tooth extraction and deep cleaning went well, and he is healing peacefully. They were also very clear about home care for the next week as he heals. So grateful!

I am happy with the care and compassion of the staff here. They always can fit you in when you need to be seen. However I feel as if their prices are significantly higher than our previous vet. That do accept carecredit for pet visits, many vets in the area do not. This allows us to handle unexpected vet bills if our pets fall ill or become injured.

I was so scared with my chihuahua having such a big surgery , dr house was so young and explained everything the staff was amazing from the first call.the dr took his time in making sure I was comfortable with everything. Explained the meds, had everything ready for me when we were ready to go! Even had the consult and surgery on the same day because I lived so far away! Great all around! I will be back when I need the other leg done unfortunately
