Hello fellow guest before you plan going to this hospital just now your dog or cat won't be taken right oh away which doesn't make sense if it's a hospital. This place doesn't even deserve a star very disrespectful my dog needed immediately attention had us wait to ring a doorbell to tell us they couldn't take my dog only because it has to be by appointment Very ridiculous if you ask me now think twice before coming here! Dog lovers or cats lovers if you're pet had a cause coming here to be told by appointment definitely not recommended safe your pets people. >.

I've been taking our four cats to Dr. Baley at Golf-Mill animal hospital for years and have always been happy with the care they receive, and most importantly how they always find time to take care of emergency situations. If one of my cats is suddenly ill, they squeeze them in for a visit. Just yesterday though they went beyond the call of duty and made time for my daughter's sick cat.

My daughter who lives in the city called her regular vet and they said they didn't have an appointment available for 2.5 months. I called Golf-Mill animal hospital and Dr. Baley saw my daughter's cat that afternoon. Because the cat was seen asap, Dr. Baley likely saved this little kitty's life. He has a way to go until full recovery, but waiting even another day or two could have been disastrous.

Thank you so much Dr. Baley and everyone at Golf-Mill Animal Hospital. Many phone calls were involved with the support staff and they were always pleasant, professional and sympathetic.

I've been taking my cats here for years and only continue to do so because Dr. Mey takes amazing care of my pets when she's here on occasion. The staff is extremely rude and hard to work with now. I've had many terrible experiences this past year. This place is not what it used to be. Their communication as absolutely terrible - with each other and with their patient's owners.

They can't seem follow simple instructions. Specifically Olivia and Nicole seem to get upset about having to do their job, which a big part of it is communicating well. If things were done right the first, second maybe even fifth time, I wouldn't have to call endlessly to get my pets what they need. Although the receptionists are rude and talk to me in a disgusting manner, the most important things is the care this place offers my pets.

I completely feel safe and comfortable when they're under the care of Dr. Mey and/or Dr. Bailey. I know their needs are communicated properly to the staff and there will be a follow up plan. I can't say the same about a couple of the other vets. I don't feel entirely safe when they can't write a correct prescription, can't communicate properly, don't have a sense of urgency and they're comfortable being unprofessional.

If you plan on bringing your pet here, I highly suggest you request Dr. Mey. She has helped my pets at their absolute lowest and does an amazing job communicating what they need while making me feel comfortable. She ensures her staff is well aware of the treatment plan and has them follow up with the owner.

Wow! What a team of people here at this vet! My 10 year old German shepherd has a cyst rupture on Monday morning. I called my vet and they said they could not get me in until the next day and recommended if I wanted immediate care to go to the emergency (who fleece people and their pets who are in need). I called around to try to get him in ASAP to avoid any infection. The people here at golf mill veterinary hospital got me in within hours and took care of my old pup! Thank you everyone at this office! Also very affordable!

We have been using golf mil vet for over 8 years. They have great employees. They always get back to you in a timely manner and really care about the animals. I trust them with all 4 of our animals and plan on using them for our next animals as well. The parking gets a little hard to pull in and out of though.

A great team of professional people from veterinarians, Technicians and support team. Every single person is kind, loving and supportive to both my husband and I and of course our fur babies Roxie & Ditka. I have had other doggies go to this veterinary clinic since 1978 when Dr. Zand was the original owner. I have been so happy with all the care all my dogs have received-
I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic. Thank you Dr. Baley, Dr. Hague and Dr. Met.

There's a reason why everyone loves this veterinarian Hospital. The staff is so friendly and caring, my pomeranian Biscuit loves them! The Doctor is thorough, attentive, and extremely competent. They also do a lot of check up calls, which makes me feel welcomed and cared for. I couldn't recommend them more.

I have nothing but gratitude to Dr. Mey and Dr. Baley and all the people at Golf-Mil Vet Hospital. They were the kindest and the most compassionate at the time that Felix was declining and at the time of his departure. They were always taking the time to call next day for follow up. In such a hard moment, their words and actions were a great support. Always grateful.

I was so frightened when I brought Dillinger in quickly, as I noticed he was limping so badly. Without an appointment, a vet saw him immediately, took xrays and gave Dillinger an anti-biotic. He explained what may have happened, that it was not a fracture-even showing me the xray. He would wait until the blood tests results were returned before going further.

Thanks to everyone for being so kind to Dillinger-and to me, too. That's why I've ALWAYS come to GOlf-Mil, with all of the pets that have owned me over the years! Yes, that's Dillinger sleeping on MOM'S bed, after returning from his trip. What else are we MOM'S for?

I can't say enough about the staff, care, professionalism, friendliness and quality of care at Golf Mill Veterinary Hospital. Our dog Lucky was a recent patient there. In the past Lucky has seen Dr. Bailey and most recently by Dr. Mae. They are amazing. Lucky went through a recent surgery. Needless to say I was a bit worried and somewhat neurotic.

The staff calmed me down ( they must be angels to put up with my worry) and did a great job of settling my fears. Lucky was totally together. I was the basket case. Dr. Mae explained everything thoroughly and I had the utmost trust in her. I recommend this animal hospital and the vets there as well. I feel so relieved that Lucky has the best vets. They treat animals and calm the owners. What more can a person ask? Kudos to them, they ROCK.

We have been taking our dogs to golf Mill veterinary hospital for over 20 years. We have always found our interactions with the doctors and the staff to be pleasant and professional. Everybody is so good with the pets; our dogs don't seem to mind going. They do a great job with following up the next day to make sure everything is OK as well as calling with results. Wish our human doctors were this good...

We've been taking our cats to Golf Mil Vet for 5 years, and I would never go anywhere else. We've seen every doctor there and they've all been friendly, informative and awesome with our cats. The front desk and technicians have been pleasant and friendly as well. Everyone here is honest and always puts the needs of the animal as a top priority and I never feel like I'm charged for something unnecessary.

We had a health scare with one of our cats that resulted in his stay at a 24-hour hospital for 2 1/2 days. Dr. Haag was on this case every step of the way and was wonderful. Even though in a more critical care case the specialty doctor becomes primary in communication, Dr. Haag still contacted us every day our cat was hospitalized at the other facility, just to make sure we were up-to-date on everything.

He called me on a weekend, from his personal number, to talk with me and make sure I knew that our boy was going to be okay. I would never expect a doctor to do that, but he went out of his way on a day off. He's compassionate, concerned and understanding and wonderful with the pet owners as well. That's a doctor you want caring for a patient who can't tell you what's wrong.
