Services
Our highly skilled team is able to handle emergency cases during regular business hours. Appointments are strongly recommended, but we will always make time for your pet in his or her urgent time of need. We encourage you to call us at 843-875-6303 prior to bringing your pet in so we can make the necessary preparations.
AAHA, or the American Animal Hospital Association, is the only organization that accredits veterinary hospitals in the U.S. and Canada, meaning they set the standards for quality veterinary care. The process of becoming AAHA-accredited is grueling-clinics that choose to apply for accreditation must demonstrate that they're thorough, responsive, sanitary, and safe.

So somehow my review got changed from a one to five stars and my story was taken off. I took my dog here for a uti because my regular vet was full. She was heart worm tested without me even asking for it. I was told she was heart worm positive and would need to go through heart worm treatment that was going to be expensive and hard on her. I took her to my regular vet to get checked and she was heart worm negative.

I highly recommend Flowertown Animal Hospital. Today was our first day there, they worked us in because of an eye issue and possible upper respiratory with my kittens. They said it may be a little bit of a wait, which I completely understood because of the work in, and they were so friendly and just pleasant and went out of their way to get me, a new client, an appointment because I was so worried about my kitties. Dr. Nawa, Kelsey the tech, and the two front office young ladies, I can remember their names, were so personable and considerate. Thank you to all of them for taking care of my kittens. See you in 4weeks for their next round of vaccines!

I have many good things to say about this place. The affection and humanity that they treated my dog's situation was something beyond my expectations. They explained everything to us with such kindness and affection at such a sad moment that we were going to lose our dog. This hospital goes beyond money and truly cares about the health of our pets. 100% recommended.

Absolutely grateful for the outstanding service, care and respect! What an amazing experience: successfully removed teeth from my teacup chihuahua. The staff's kindness and bright personalities put me at ease. I love how knowledgeable everyone was, as well as their consideration to keep me in the loop. I hope Flower Town continues to touch the hearts of pet owners and change the perception of visits to the vet forever.

Called because an emergency vet said they may help with payments plans and the receptionist was just rude after I said that. Told her my credit was too bad to get the loans needed for the stitches that my dog needs. Instead of being helpful she told if you can't pay we can't help you. I'm sorry but if vets actually cared about animals they would set up a payment plan with a contract so you have to pay instead of saying pretty much oh well I guess your dog has to suffer. Horrible customer service could of just told me no and apologized instead of being rude.

Having moved to Summerville SC middle of last year, it was a great experience to finally find this place. They offered the care and attention I was accustomed to back in NC for my aging doggies. They are kind and keep us informed of all the care they provide our boys and their doctors follow up as well!

Staff is super friendly! Doctors understand your puppo will be nervous and actually sit on the floor with them until they feel better! I was so amazed at how caring and sweet everyone was. It was the first visit for my new puppy and I'll definitely be switching to this vet for my old girl dog as well. Can't say enough good things :

This is the first vet I've ever felt completely confident in! They've shown incredible empathy and compassion since I first brought my rescue in: Big Boy Blue loves going to the vet and they treat him as if he were their own. I was so impressed with them I even switched my cat over to them. They completely understood her issues and stayed with what was already working for her.
