Horrible experience. The relief that was a joke. The office staff could not get a simple invoice right. I had to ask them three times to redo it to reflect the correct procedures that were done and the correct amounts. On the third try they still got it wrong. I would not recommend this place at all. I'm sure they're going to come up with a rebuttal to this but please read the reviews before you go. Incompetent.

I recall the final one you sent said "Certificate of Vaccination", even though he didn't get vaccinated. Your first two had inaccurate information such as "to do"=wellness exam, even though he just got one. Figures wrong. Your front desk staff was rude and the relief vet was terrible. Holding my timid, geriatric dogs muzzle shut during exam and telling me to take him off a highly addictive narcotic cold turkey.

She quickly changed that to taper him off only after I protested. Not to mention waiting in exam room for an hour after exam. I could go on and on. And to assume I was happy until today is yet another ignorant and unprofessional assumption. I had no intention of taking other pets there after what I went through. Only my elderly dog because its so hard to take him anywhere due to his arthritis and need his meds refilled.

Now Im out. Now I have to take this poor guy somewhere else and put him through that again. Your snarky comebacks are just showing all who read this how incredibly unprofessional you are. You have no idea why I changed vets in the past and to make assumptions is just plain ignorant. We can keep going with this. I will have a rebuttal for your all your responses.

I am so disgusted with your actions. The BBB will be contacted and I will be sure to put this out there with my colleagues, neighborhood website, Yelp, Facebook, etc. I wouldn't want anyone else to be put through and treated so disrespectfully as you did me and my dog.

The staff and the vets are very caring. I might add very patient too. My Cinnamon is very untrusting and panics in the office, the staff there are fantastic with her. She almost understands why she is there now and calms down.

The absolute best place for all your animal needs! These angels are the most amazing people you will ever encounter! They did so much for us it’s incredible! I cannot even express our gratitude to this place who is now our family 🥰 The kindness, cleanliness, professionalism it is all a 1000/10! It’s unbelievable. Thank you guys so much!

I’ve been bringing my pets to this clinic for over a decade, and they are consistently wonderful. One of my cats had two teeth pulled there yesterday. They took such good care of him. I have brought two dogs to this clinic over the years. They always give great advice and excellent care. I’ve also had a dog euthanized here, and they were very good to us. Cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Dr. Anthony and the entire team at the Florida Veterinary Clinic are an amazing group. They genuinely care about your pets and do everything in their power to provide the best care possible. Dr. Anthony is the absolute best there is and I would only trust him and his team to care for my cats.

An outstanding group of professionals that has taken excellent care of my cats for almost 20 years. Their most recent patient, Samson, became his old, affectionate self less than 24 hours after his visit!

Dr Anthony is the most thorough veterinarian I know. He found issues (thyroid and rotten teeth) and solutions (allergies) that other doctors had missed. I am grateful for his care for my Lucky dog.

Dr Anthony and his staff are top notch. He has cared for my pets for 18 years, and would never consider going anywhere else. Dr Anthony has always been 100% correct with the diagnosis. I have been taking my various cats to Dr. Anthony and his amazing team for 18 years. Dr. Anthony is such an amazing doctor and his staff is beyond compare. So thoughtful, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. This week they saved my boy Dexter's life and I could not be more grateful. I am thankful that when crisis struck I already had the best vet in Tampa Bay just minutes away.

My cat always makes a mess in the car if we have to drive him to an appointment. Having Dr. Anthony and his team come to us is way better. It is so convenient for me and less stressful for my cat. It also helps that they are super nice and professional, and their prices are reasonable. I wish I found them sooner!

We have been patients of Dr. Anthony for almost 20 years. I can't say enough about him and his staff. They always do what's best for the pet, and are incredibly caring and great at their jobs. I can't recommend them enough. And the fact they have a mobile clinic has been not only helpful to us but been wonderful for our pets as they do not travel well - a huge bonus.
