The vets at the office are professional, pleasant and caring. However, the support staff is another story. There is a particular staff member (answers the phone) that has been extremely rude and sharp on multiple occasions. She has been insensitive, blunt and nasty. In addition, there is a staff member there perhaps the same lady that was nasty to a Chewy rep that was assisting me with a rx. per the rep she yelled at the rep and hung up her.
Nobody deserves to be treated that way. Simply unnecessary and unprofessional. If you go to this vet clinic you may encounter this support staff member who has terrible people skills. Prepare yourself to be treated poorly.

They were the kindest, most compassionate Pet Hospital i have ever been to. They took excellent care of our family dog, Penny. I haven't been anywhere like this before. Dr. Taylor was fantastic. He took great care of our Penny. And the Staff there was exemplary. They went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We would highly recommend Edgewood Veterinary Hospital to anyone that truly loves and care for their fur babies. The receptionist are kind, caring and wonderful. The vet techs are compassionate, caring, smart and go above and beyond what they are required to do, also they're very knowledgeable. The vets there, ESPECIALLY DR. TAYLOR is kind, caring and the best. All of our cats love them all.

I bring my dog kovu here who does NOT like strangers and the staff and vet is always friendly and don't make me feel bad for having an unfriendly dog. They treat him with the same care and urgency as thier other patients. I also don't think their prices are expensive I had to get three medications and vaccines and it was under 200.
