They added my pet as a regular. Saw him within 2 weeks. Lab tested him same day and proscribed meds following day. Good people for pets.

Very helpful people working there. My kitty's surgery had a small scar and did very well. Happy with them, I will be bringing my two dogs.

We have been going to Edgewood Vet for years! The facility is always clean and everyone is always friendly. Over the past 15ish years we have met lots of friendly faces! Specifically Sierra who works there now is especially amazing. Every time we come in she has checked us in, she is friendly and makes us feel at home, and she is so gentle when taking care of my dog. My dog loves to see her! Due to her going the extra mile with us, we highly recommend Edgewood vet!

The vets have repeatedly taken the time to thoughtfully walk us through our dog's complex medical care, always making sure we understand what's happening and supporting us as we make decisions about that care without judgment or pressure. They treat our girl - admittedly a "frequent flyer" in the clinic like family.

Super quick to schedule an appointment for a spay and clear and detailed about everything! Siera at the front was very kind and helpful as well on any questions I had : Will recommend this clinic 100%!

Decent care. Short-staffed last time I went in. First time I had to wait for meds over 10 minutes. Concerned about how many issues my dog "might" have. Overall, staff and vet very personable and professional, and their new office is wonderful

Dr Joe had been my family vet since he joined the practice with Dr Eberhart. He has taken great care of my pets. Most recently my 16 year old Schipperke. I'm sure he and the team there will help me through end of life for my beautiful girl.

Great place, sad my boy didnt get his nails cut, was to be part of the bath. But hes good, I cut them all the time, hes just chill. Will always go back, Dr Vickie is great with our pets/family.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst vet I have ever been to. They do no listen to pet owners & they do not care about anything other than your money. If you love your pets, DO NOT subject them to these greedy people. If there is anything seriously wrong with your pet, they will bullshit you into paying hundreds of dollars, to be told they can't make a diagnoses & to go to an emergency hospital.

Additional problems with this vet: Untrained staff, including primary veterinarians They cannot read x-rays. Yes, I'm serious. They had to retake a pelvic X-ray 5 times, charged me for three. Had to ask to be reimbursed for two of them, should've only been charged for 1, as initially agreed upon. This place should be shut down at the gross amount of negligence I've seen here. Also, primary veterinarian smokes cigarettes outside, right next to the oxygen tanks, very unsafe protocols. Also, cigarette smoke/smell is absolutely awful to smell on your veterinarian whom is supposed to be a professional If I could post more I would, I have many examples of how this is the worst vet I've ever been to. TAKE YOUR ANIMALS ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

We have been with this clinic for the last 3+ years. An urgent need for an appointment and they could not work us in. Terrible customer service. I understand being busy.but this would have been a 5 minute appointment. Dissapointing would be an understatement. We will find another clinic that will have the courtesy to support longterm clients.

Time management and customer service 0/10. They scheduled me for 5 pm on a Friday evening for 2 of my kitties and they close at 5:30. I called while on my way to the appt to let them know I would be 10 minutes late and they told me to come on in, no hesitation. I got there at 5:15, 5 mins after I said I'd get there and they refused to see me. They claim their exams take 15 minutes and there was only "10 minutes left until they closed." The front desk ladies claimed I'd be 5 minutes late (not true, I know what I told them) and that another client was already being seen.

They told me i walked in their door at 5:20 (also not true.) Their vet said they didn't have enough time for 1 wellness exam and that they wouldn't stay 5 minutes late, to get me in before they closed. But somehow were able able give one of my cats a vaccine. This company has extremely poor customer service and I have seen many other people complain about the same issues.

They make people sit and wait when they're on time, because other clients showed up early and got 'first come first serve' customer service which is not how veterinary offices operate. There are appointment times for a reason. They then refuse to see those people who were on time because theyve been waiting per your instruction, for people who happened to show up first.

Maybe stop over-booking? Maybe let your clients know -when they call you - that if they show up 15 minutes late you will not see them. According to this company, because another client was already being seen, If i had shown up at the time they claim i said I'd show up, I still wouldn't have been seen. If each exam takes 15 minutes, the front desk still would have told me to wait until the vet was done with the other client, leaving less than enough time for my animal to be seen. This is horrible time management and it needs to be addressed ASAP. Will not be returning.

I've been going to this vet for the last ten years or so because they previously were very good, but I have to say that the quality of the service has gone way down in the last year or so. I will be looking for a new vet. They are unorganized and you usually have to wait 20-30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time for them to see you, and then you will wait 15-20 minutes to pay afterwards.

This has happened to me the last two times that I have gone. Today, my husband showed up to an appointment at most 2 minutes after the appointment time, they made him wait 10 minutes before telling him that because he showed up 10 minutes late, there was not time to do the appointment. They are so unorganized they do not even know when you arrive, and then they cancel your appointment.

I ABSOLUTELY adore Edgewood Vet. Dr Joe and Dr Vicki are both very personable and talk to our pets. They make you feel like you are the only client they will be seeing that day. The new location is beautiful and clean. The front desk help is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them!

We have taken many of our pets to their clinic over the years. We have gotten great care with all of our pets. Recently I thought about getting my cat declawed which I didn't want to but she was ruining our furniture. They highly recommended I try soft claws prior to the declaw. I am glad I did. She now gets her nails done every six weeks and my furniture is no longer used as a scratching post.

I absolutely LOVE this clinic, everyone is so sweet. Both of my dogs come here and I will never go any where else! My pug had problems one night and I got turned away from Sumner Emergency vet, blue pearl emergency vet. I called Edgewood vet to leave a voice-mail so heartbroken because I knew I had to wait until the following day, if they had any openings. (They aren't 24hrs) and they called me straight away in the morning and got me in the same day to help my pug! This is the place to go. They are so accommodating to my big dog that has behavioral problems. I just adore the workers here!

Dr Vickie is the best. She is so good with my cats. They don't love going to the vet, but they are calmer with her. The staff is great also.

AMAZING VET! Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions you have! They are super helpful in giving you the best price for you and your wallet! They have puppy packages that save you 15-20% off service. Dr. Vicky is amazing, we have two FRENCHIE's and she is the expert to help all their needs. She is very honest and straight forward! She makes my dogs very comfortable and they love her!

This office has the most relaxed atmosphere which is what my scared fur babies need. They make sure they are following the COVID19 rules by only allowing 4 customers at a time. They provide chairs outside for your wait. The staff is very friendly with smiles all the time. They care about you and your pet and will always give you choices as to how you want them to proceed without pushing any unnecessary tests on you.

5/5, I won't go anywhere else with my dogs. Great crew and great vets! I recommend them to all my friends!

There prices are outrageous! They charge over double compared to other vets in the area. My mom has 3 dogs and took them to 3 different vets for their shots, Puyallup Value Vet clinic charged $19 per shot, Dr. Dill charged $22.50 per shot and this place charged $43 per shot! Then they told my mom one of her dogs needs to have their teeth cleaned and that was over $800 more!

We took the twin brother to Dr. Dill and they said the teeth are fine. My mom is a 70 year senior citizen on fixed income and they forgot to give her the senior discount too and after she reminded them they said she will get a credit for next time. guess what. there would be a next time! Also your sign says no more than 3 people in your lobby for Covid rules. my mom waited outside in the hot sun after seeing 3 people in the lobby then walked in after someone left.

Right after 2 more people walked in and were standing shoulder to shoulder with my mom, adding 5 plus people in the lobby and the staff did not say anything. They also mis diagnosed the dog we took there. The dog had a small black spot on his neck and they biopsied it and said the dog doesn't have cancer and now said it was cancer. They said they removed it all and now they called and want us to pay another $250 for an X-ray which is not necessary if they got all the cancer. After spending over $1400 for shots, teeth cleaning and removing the small spot they want another $250 for an X-ray. No thank you! My mom will not be back!

I've been visiting Edgewood Vet for about 2 years. I was relatively happy with the experience for most of that time, but the service during COVID times has changed in ways that compelled me to write a review. The first reason: I don't feel safe going here any more. There is signage for no more than 3 people inside at a time, but this is never enforced in the times I've been there.

There is no regulation of the flow of traffic, and I have been in there with upwards of 6-8 people at a time (not including staff). This, frankly, was uncomfortable pre-COVID. It's a tiny lobby! At the beginning of the pandemic, the Clinic had a great process for regulating traffic in the lobby. I am sure the phone system was extra work, but it worked and was appreciated.

The second reason: the doctors have very little time to give you any attention. Again, I feel bad for all involved, because I am sure this is a result of the pandemic -- backlog of patients, and a need to stay in business by trying to recoup losses. I see this effect at many other businesses, and understand it, and can live with it when it results in a missing item or a wrong order.

No big deal. But at our veterinary clinic? It results in worse care for my pet. And that's why I felt compelled to write this: if I don't feel safe, and don't think my dog is receiving proper care, I can't continue to come despite wanting to support a local business that was very kind and helpful pre-pandemic. I hope they can find the right balance to make visitors feel safe and provide more service to their clients.

Pros: Doctors are hands down the best! Cons: Front end staff too busy to give personalized attention. Clinic needs remodeled, upgraded, refreshed or at the very least thoroughly cleaned. There's been a tarp on the roof for several months (long before COVID). This clinic's prices are slightly above average, they need to invest in their clinic.

I wish I could rate this place even higher than 5/5 because it's that good. We live in Sammamish and made the hour drive when our pup tore both of her ACLs and we just had the first one done by Dr. Joe. At our exam and consult, he was treating Luna his own dog, giving her the love, care and attention that we would give her! We never felt like Dr. Joe was rushing to move to the next patient, and we felt comfortable asking questions and talking about the next step. Cannot stress enough how amazing of a place this is.

We had to drop our pup off overnight and felt good about leaving her in the care of this office. Absolutely 100% recommend this place. Thinking about making this our primary vet and driving an hour to get the wonderful care we get at this place. We just went through our second ACL surgery with our pup and again we get such great care from everyone who works here. Highly recommend!

The staff and Dr's at Edgewood vet clinic are the best. Have been seeing Dr Joe for 29 years And going to the clinic longer. They are compassionate and caring. We go no where else.

Dr Joe has been our vet for many years with all our dogs. Staff are excellent and very caring about any issues. They are so kind to all people and pets. Really GREAT STAFF AND ALL VETS. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY!

This is a wonderful vet clinic and they are very gentle with my animals. We haven't been coming long but they helped us keep our GSD comfortable towards the end of her life, and sent us a sympathy card after learning that she passed. They have been gentle with our two puppies who are (so far, knock on wood!) not afraid of going to the vet. I will be bringing my cats in this week (left a voicemail and was called back within 30mins) and am able to get them both in for a check up scheduled in only two days. The parking is limited and a little snug but nothing to fret over.

We just moved to the area and we're looking for a new vet, we also just got our puppy and wanted to do his checkup. The staff was great and scheduling was really easy. Since I was by myself with two dogs, the staff offered to hold one of them so I could complete the paperwork. Dr. Vicki was great and you can tell that she is passionate and was super friendly to our dogs. The bill at the end was a little high and they also did an estimate for a dental cleaning for one of our dogs, which was also significantly high.

I have been bringing my pets here for 20+ years, always helpful and I have never had a bad experience. They even understand my spoiled Siberian Husky. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Edgewood Veterinary!

Fantastic clinic! Julie at the front desk, was super friendly, sweet, helpful, pleasant in person and over the phone. Vet, Ms. Vicki was quick, knowledgeable, and very professional. They handled our kitty with very gentle voices and hands. The appointment from start to finish took less than 30 minutes! They were very forgiving that I was a few minutes late, and the price was very fair for the quick visit. We are happy to have found our new vet close to home! : Would definitely recommend them!

Great vet and thoughtful staff. Reasonably priced services. Thought I'd be out 2 months rent when my cat broke her leg. I was pleasantly surprised at the charges.

Not our usual Vet for our beloved Bulldog but when he had an emergency and our regular Vet was double booked we opted for this clinic. They were friendly over the phone and got us in right away. I will say I didn't get the vibe that the doctor loved animals right off the bat, she seemed a bit cold. But eventually warmed up. Not my first choice but not as bad as other reviews make it out to be.

This place is great for those of us that are pets owners and want the very best care for them. This staff are great with your pits and the doctor she always listens and tells you her findings straight for nothing held back

We have been bringing our pup here for a few months now for puppy care and most recently to be fixed. The staff is always friendly and informative. I appreciate that the quote that I receive is what the actual price is and that when we dropped him off to be neutered that they kept him for the day to watch him and make sure he was doing well and did not have any reactions to the Anastasia.

We previously have taken our dogs to another vet and it always felt like we were always being sold something (puppy packages, insurance, flea and tick packages, insurance) it really took away from the visit and I couldn't do it anymore. Very glad we found Edgewood Vet.

Great people, they really care about animals. They even seem to a few office pets that like to visit you. Pretty competitively priced. I found an abandoned cat in my apartment complex and wanted to get her checked out. I was able to make a same day appointment to get her a wellness checkup. Very friendly staff, I always bring my animals here.
