They got us in quickly for our initial appointment. Upon arrival I informed them that my dog is reactive to other dogs on leash. They proceeded to clear me a path in the waiting room and immediately put us in a room. The vet was thorough and very kind with my dog.

They're the best in town. I've been going there for over a decade and all the Dr's are great. Dr Bret Morgan has literally saved 2 of my dogs lives. Some staff have changed over the years, but the quality has always been top shelf. The only place I'd trust. Be confident that your pets are in good hands here and getting the best care possible.

Had a pretty good first visit at East Springs yesterday. They got us into an exam room right away, however we were told to arrive 15 min early as a new client. We actually arrived 20 minutes early, but waited 35 minutes past the scheduled appointment time for my cats to be seen and vaccinated. So in total, we waited almost an hour. When the vet Dr. Holland and the vet tech came in, they were very friendly and everything went smoothly.

I know that things come up but we were continuing to wait without any updates and that's what made it not so good. But everything else went well, so I scheduled another appointment with Dr. Holland for a few weeks from now for my other two cats. I am pleased that the wellness exam is quite a bit less than my last animal hospital I went to. Overall I would recommend East Springs Animal Hospital.

My English Mastiff was obviously having ear problems for about a week before our visit to East Springs Animal Hospital. We had a 5:30 appointment on a Monday and got there right on time. We were seated in the waiting room and instructed to fill out paperwork. It was clean and comfortable. The lady behind the desk was very pleasant. My dog was seen by about 6:00.

She wasn't too sure of the doctor but came around. She was treated for debris in her ear and given some medicine for it as well as having it flushed. The examination room was very clean. Any staff we had to deal with was friendly and efficient. My girl came home happy and better off than when she got there. The price of the procedure was way less than I was expecting. All in all, it was a great experience and I will certainly recommend and take my dog to this lovely place again.

I had a sick cat who had already been seen at a different ER vet with disappointing results. I called East Springs when they opened and got in the same day. The Vet was very thorough and explained everything to me. My mind was at ease knowing they were going to do their best. The vet tech was fabulous. I went home with instructions on subcutaneous fluids and was confident I could do it based off my training with the tech. It is hard to be a cat owner in a dog town sometimes but I certainly found a great place to go.

Found East Springs Animal Hospital through our puppy's rescue! We went for a wellness check and vaccines. The lobby was comfortable but the staff even more so! They were helpful, kind, quick, and considerate- as I also had to bring my toddler. Our vet Heather was really easy to chat with and she was awesome with our pup! Excited to have our dog a patient here!

They were able to get us in when our regular vet couldn't. Very helpful and friendly. Explained things to me so I would understand. My dog was very sick and had to stay 3 nights. They were very good at keeping me up to date on her condition. Thanks to them my dog is doing better. She would have died if they would not have been willing to see her. Will use them again.

The team at East Springs has always been super professional and yet incredibly compassionate and caring also. We take our three dogs there and trust them completely. They have kept me updated when our dogs have had procedures, give great advice, and are so sweet with our pups. Their pricing is competitive and the vets are extremely knowledgeable. It's nice they have a number of vets so that if an emergency visit is needed you can usually get in very quickly. East Springs proves to us time and time again that we are making a great choice by taking our fur babies there.

I took my Australian Shepard to the East Springs Hospital for the first time today. My dog is unfortunately dog aggressive and kind of a handful. The staff and Dr. Holland were fantastic and patient with us making sure we were able to get in and out without issues. The care was quick and the medications were very reasonably priced. I can't recommend this vet clinic enough. Thanks guys!

They popped my ferrets leg back into place. Her little leg was completely limp and out of commission. Now our baby ferret is using her leg again and playful. So grateful for them. It’s very hard to find a vet comfortable with working on ferrets in this town .

I've been with East Springs Animal Hospital for more than 18 yrs. The Vets, technicians & staffs are very experienced trained, caring with excellent care and profound compassion. They have taken great care of my past and present fur babies from little pups/kitty to their senior prime. I highly recommend East Springs Animal Hospital for all your pet's care.*****5 Stars

I highly recommend East Springs Animal Hospital. All of my dogs have been cared for by the great staff and doctors at this clinic. Recently I had one of my dogs become very itchy and was scratching all the time. Dr. MacDonald and the techs took excellent care of him. Many thanks to all the wonderful people at the clinic.

EastSprings is an answer to prayer! They now have loyal customers for life. We took our dog in for what appeared to be a UTI. They took some urine from her bladder and let us know that she had some blood in her urine. We took her home to await the results of the urine sample analysis. While we were waiting on test results, she got really painful and was crying.

She appeared lethargic, and her gums looked white. We called EastSprings again, and without hesitation, they said we could take her back in if she was painful. Overwhelmed by having just moved; everything seemed frightening and urgent. I sat there crying thinking the worst, and the staff were very patient and kind kind to me. Our dogs are family; so I was visibly shaken and upset.

They took her straight back in, and they double checked everything to ensure that there were no complications from the morning visit. They reassured us that a bad UTI can be very painful, but everything checked out with our baby girl. When we left, they told us that they’d be open for a couple more hours if we needed them. We stopped to checkout and pay, only to discover that they didn’t even charge us for the 2nd visit.

After an extremely overwhelming day, we felt abundantly blessed. EastSprings loves animals, and they are patient with panicking owners. I will NEVER switch vets. We love EastSprings!

The sweetest staff ever. We have always loved them, but felt the need to give them some extra love tonight. East Springs is our regular vet, with three animals we see them often, but with a dog with lupus we see them even more often then normal. They know our boy, Hank, by name and always treat him like royalty. Tonight was no exception. Hank, unfortunately decided to break a nail and cause a mess at 5pm tonight.

I knew the vet closed at 6pm, but took my chances giving a last minute call to see if we could get him in where he was more comfortable rather then having to take him to an emergency vet where it would likely be a bit more chaotic. As always, East Springs came through for us. Hank was in and out before closing time with a wrapped paw and some meds and even with the last minute call the entire staff was amazing and kind.

I can not express how many times they’ve come to our rescue and just how grateful we are to have them be not only so close to our home, but so caring to us and our animals. I can not recommend them enough. We’ve seen just about every vet employed there throughout the past few years and each one is as excellent as the last.

Love East Springs!! They’ve been my vet for 6 years and always treat my two pups with care and kindness. My dogs got in a fight once and my older pup had to get a drain tube and stitches, I called them that morning and they had us in right away and kept in contact the whole time. Always great communication about everything, including prices and how we should prioritize the care for the pups.
