I asked over, & over, I just wanted the heart worm chewable for my dog, was priced redicoulously by Dr Sousa, which stated had to do blood work, which doesn't make sense, being my dog has no symptoms of heartworm, told her I was clear with assitant, abt what I was looking for, & told her to cancel appointment, & was just there for chewable, I walked out, & so did Dr. Sousa, a month later I get a bill for 40 DOLLARS, FIR WHAT, SHE DIDNT DO NOTHING? DONT GO THERE!

Had a much nicer experience a year ago. The staff was not warm or welcoming. The vet was curt and dismissive. Showed no interest in my little dog where as everyone who meets her raves about her. Vet was not personable and kind of grumpy. Maybe time to retire? Not one smile from any staff member. Felt like an assembly line

My dog had to get her little rotten teeth cleaned. I was very nervous as she is older but she had 16 teeth removed and is doing well. They were wonderful with her.

Eric and Kris are dedicated veterinarians who care about their patients (the pets), their clients (pet owners), and the community. Their staff is friendly and top notch. Long-term employee, Cindy, has been there "forever, " well around 35 years and continues her love and dedication to her job and "second home."

We bring our 2, 7 month old dobermans and cats the drs and staff are so friendly and helpful.

I worked there for about 5 years. I love this place. All the doctors are great and the staff genuinely love your pets. I miss it so much. I recommend this place almost daily when owners can't afford to come to my current workplace. Because I know that the prices are reasonable and the doctors are awesome! Great job Eastside. You guys still rock!

My Sandy girl (corgi bigion) was always treated with love and kindness. Even with her passing, the professionalism and gentle respect in which they provied will never be forgotten. My 2 siberian huskys Athena and Gaia will soon become clients. Highly recommended for all your fur babies.

I have been bringing my pets to this Vet for over 25 years my family also has used this veterinarian for just as long and today I was shocked when I was refused assistance to see my 18-year-old cat who is dying, I wanted to euthanize her so she would not suffer and I was told because I have not been there since 2018 they would consider her a new patient and would not be able to see her until the middle of October, there's no way she's going to make it through the week.

I've been going here to Eastside for years always been happy had a family like relationship but this shook me to the core of how heartless they could be. Unfortunately I will now have to look for another place to go and I know they could care less but it's OK I need to find a place that cares about the animals.

I really love the care and patience that East Side Veterinary Clinic pays to me and my dog, Lila. As a first time pet owner and with a brand new rescue puppy, I had a lot of questions and concerns. East Side answered every concerned phone call, answered every question during the visit, and made Lila feel like royalty walking through the door. I trust them with Lila and I'd 100% recommend anyone to take their pet to East Side Veterinary Clinic.

The entire staff was absolute wonderful the 8 yrs I was with them. When my GS got cancer they went above and beyond what I’d ever experience at any other bet. Every person I recommended to them, were as happy as I was with the quality of care they give.

They seem friendly and give good advice and information over the phone.

Just transferred my 2 cats to this vet, by for truly very pleased by our experience, very clean and the all the staff where grate! and the prices are by far the best iv seen compared to my other vets chagering an arm and a leg just for even a nail trim, thats why i transferred my Fur babbies here, thank you!

I have been coming here for 20 years. I never had a complaint and Cy the Pug hasn't either. I trust them with taking care of a valued family member and that's what matters to me.

We have been going here for a few years. Extremely happy with the doctors and staff. I trust in their care for our two dogs. Very caring, and compassionate, they explain in detail to you about what is going on. I recommend them very highly.

They are always cheerful, helpful, and professional. I had an unexpected visit today due to my dog’s sudden ear infection. We always love our visits, but I was especially impressed during these difficult times with COVID19. The staff took every precaution to keep their staff, their human customers, and their fur patients healthy, all without sacrificing their level of care. I am very grateful for them!

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . This place is very clean and treats are plentiful. Kris a delight for us taking excellent care of our Nala . I had to muzzle her due to her extra excitement today ,but soon as the muzzle went on she was a good girl . Gave us great advice and proper care for our fur baby . Definitely recommend this place . Parking lot is a rather good size and building too.

The front desk staff are always welcoming and friendly both to me and my dog. You may occasionally have to wait a couple of minutes to check in, but that is usually because they are tending to the person in front of you (or on the phone). Everyone's pet is special and they never rush anyone who wants to tell a story about their pet. I have seen three vets at the practice, and they are all kind and caring.

They are also on board with the fact that my dog is old and my husband and I will not put him through drastic measures to extend his life that are not in the best interests of his comfort and wagging tail.

I've been a client of East Side Veterinary Clinic for over 25 years and would never consider going anywhere else. Dr. Eric and Dr. Kris are the best most compassionate doctors and the prices at East Side are well within the better prices for vet care. Over the years I've had multiple dogs and cats and have never had a bad experience with this clinic.

I've adopted animals through this clinic, as well. I've also had to deal with the end of life of some of my pets, and the compassion and care they have provided to both my pets and to me has been exemplary.
