Won't call in a simple flea & tick prescription to a 3rd party and won't approve it online. Will only write the prescription out on a piece of paper that you then have to come pick up and mail in to the 3rd party, which takes forever. Directs you to their website to purchase from them as a solution, which has over 20% markups on everything. At our last visit, they stressed our dog out majorly and didn't even address our concerns. They only care about money and not about your animal. I do not recommend this place.

They charged me over $250, and they didn't even do anything to help my cats' issue. The veternarians are nice and all, but not helpful. Then the administrative team just straight up can't do their job right, it took them 20 minutes just to overcharge me. Go to a regular animal hospital, they have better hours, better prices, and won't waste your time.

There are no words to describe how amazing and caring everyone here is! We brought our very sick dog here and Dr. Gunn performed GI surgery on him and was able to get him back to life. We're so lucky to have such an amazing doctor for our pups and caring staff that kept us updated the entire time! Thank you for all you do!

Our little dachshund had a relatively short illness that affected several organs. The staff and doctors found the problem quickly, and we thought medicine might be all she needed. However, her affliction progressed further with no hope of reversing its course. The staff and doctors were very patient and compassionate during the whole process of treatment and ultimately putting her to sleep. I highly recommend East Hill Animal Hospital.

The staff was highly attentive and made me and my girlie feel less anxious about her procedure. I love that several of them reached out to check on her afterwards including Dr McGuffey.

I was staying in Florida for two winter months and brought my dog to East Hill Animal Hospital to have a hot spot examined while she was there for grooming. The staff was very caring and professional. They made sure to explain her treatment and condition. She is a very anxious dog and they made every effort to make her visit short and calm. The treatment has helped her hot spot which was due to an allergy. I highly recommend!

We love East Hill Animal Hospital. They have always taken such great care of our babies. They have always fit us in for appointments and even more importantly, took the best care of one of our babies as she was in the final hours of her life. The compassion that was shown from the entire staff is unmatched. We will continue to be loyal to our vet!

I will never forgive this place for failing me and my family so completely with the death of my dog. It's been 5 years and the hurt and anger are still there. We paid for the senior wellness exams (an extra $200/$300 dollar expense) assuming I was doing the right thing. One day, my dog had a bloody nose (and he had never had one a day in his life).

At the appointment it was suggested that maybe it's the dry air, worst case scenario an inoperable tumor in his skull, but "it might not be that at all." Then a month after his senior wellness exam comes back fine, he stops eating. I am dismissed and told to change his food. I go in after a month of him barely eating and am told that just happens with older dogs and try wet food.

It took him having a seizure the next month and me taking him to the emergency vet to find out his lungs were riddled with cancer. It was in his white blood cell count and in the Xray. He died within 24 hours. How does an "Animal Hospital" miss a white blood cell count in their senior wellness exams and why were we treated like an overly anxious pet owner when we knew something was wrong? I hope by now they have changed how they do things so other families are not blindsided the day their pet dies like we were.

East Hill Animal Hospital has helped with our pets big and small, dogs to tortoises, and from puppyhood to the difficulties of senior pet care. They have been accessible, measured, reasonable, and empathetic through it all.

Great to walk in where they know who your babies are. They seem to really care about my Senior lady. Personalized care with a friendly face.

I am so grateful for the doctors at East Hill. We've been going here since 2016 and have always had great experience with the staff. They have always been able to get us in for same-day appointments when we've needed to see them quickly and I appreciate their drop-off option. We recently had to say goodbye to our pit bull; they were the most compassionate and understanding people.

We moved out to Pace this past year, but still make the drive because we love this vet so much. We wanted to say goodbye to our pit in our house and they made the 30+ minute drive to our house so he could be laid to rest peacefully where he was comfortable. Although it breaks my heart to be writing this review, I am so thankful for the amazing people at EHAH during this difficult time.

Everyone who is here is absolutely wonderful and caring people. We had a sick cat who they took such good care of, unfortunately he had to cross the Rainbow Bridge but they were so gentle about it and even sent a card of condolences these are some amazing people and I would one hundred percent recommend coming here!

Love this vet! I can get an appointment on the day of calling, they send me reminders for check ups, and the vets really care about the animals. The boarding facility, Pensacola Pet Resort Too, is reasonably priced and also lovely. Cannot recommend enough!

They were wonderful to me and my dog, Bella. She got very sick after we suffered thru Ida, and we finally evacuated the following Wednesday to Pensacola Beach. They saw her right away, got fluids in her and prescribed Flagyl, and 2 hrs later, called to say she could be picked up. I will forever be grateful for helping us! And she is totally recovered and back to her bouncy self!

As a 1st time patient, they were able to work our cat in at the last minute. Due to COVID restrictions at the time, curbside pickup was available. The vet assistant came out to pick up our pet and after the appointment the veterinarian came out to the car to talk discuss the situationdiscuss the situation. We were very happy with the service, response, and communication.

Been going there for years. Joey is my 5th animal to take there. He broke his leg and after 5 casts we had to confine him so it would heal right. The decision was to board him there to be sure it would work. I went every morning and every night to see him. Everyone there for 2 weeks treated me so kind and would tell me how they loved my Joey. They even called me on Sunday to tell me he was doing well. It's been like this for every animal I have taken there! One of our rescues we got there also! Thank you all for helping me threw it!

Such a great team! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful. I had an emergency and they had a same day appointment, which was awesome! Dr. Gunn was great! He took the time to explain what was being done and what was needed going forward! Thank you all for seeing Harley so quickly and caring for him!

They are the most caring, professional and expert doctors and staff I know of. We use the doggie daycare and our dogs have had multiple surgical procedures. They follow up with you and truly want to know how your pets are doing. We 100% trust them with our pets. Thank you
