East End Veterinary Medical Centre

My animals have been going here for years. I'm willing to bet that it's consistently been the best vet experience I've had over my life.

Before we got a dog we called all the vets in the city to ask pricing for medicine and procedures. Of all the small businesses EEVMC was the best. We also asked dog owners all over about vet offices & we got the most positive responses for this one. We love it here and our dog loves going to the vet here. They are honest and open. It's very professional & they love our hyper dog. I would 100% recommend them to friends

Everyone is clearly an animal lover. My dog, Arthur, was very skittish. He was treated with so much care and concern. I feel very confident that his healthcare is in excellent hands.

The entire staff is very helpful and professional. Our black lab, Kona, loves all the treats she gets as well!

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly, and the whole staff is very knowledgeable and respectful. Sometimes at past vets I've had the feeling of being talked down to, East End is different, love it. Winston is almost through all his puppy visits! Highly recommend

I have had incredible experiences at EEVMC. Recently, my dog got neutered here and the process was thorough and seamless. They are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They put me at ease through every experience and were extremely supportive. Through medication pick ups, wellness visits or problematic situations, each experience has been positive.

I can't say enough great things about East End. The front desk staff are awesome and the technicians are great, too. But it's Dr. Ortiz who has my undying gratitude. I have a 14 year old terrier with an ongoing issue that for some reason could not be addressed in California (we just moved here, ) Dr. Ortiz took care of my old lady dog and was so kind.

He probably spent 15 minutes with me on the phone explaining everything- I cried when he hung up because I really thought this was going to be my dog's "time." My dog is sassy and happy and I'm so grateful to East End.

Pros: - Vets are kind and knowledgeable - Clean and centrally located facility - Good communication regarding appointments Cons: - Schedule is fully booked 1-2 months in advance - longest I've seen in the area - Bad experience with a vet tech. I had to step out for 10 min to get medical records for my kitten. When I came back, the front desk notified the vet tech and said I'd be let in within a couple minutes, but I was not for another 20 minutes.

When the vet tech let me in, I found out she'd completed the exam without me, and had cut my kitten's nails without my permission. I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed they did an okay job, but I'm now finding my kitten won't let me near her paws, when previously she'd purr as I pet them. Please train your vet techs better.

We have been taking our 2 corgis and cat to East End for several years and love it! I recommend our vet to everyone with pets because of how well they have always treated our babies. We never have to wait to get in for our appointment, they fit us in if there is an immediate issue, and they are always professional and nice! We love East End and highly recommend their services!

We've been taking our puppy to EEVMC since we got her in Feb and have had great experiences so far. It's easy to call and ask questions, and they have evening and weekend appointments available which is so nice. We've only been for routine checkups and vaccinations so far but I would not hesitate to call for any emergency.

We trust EEVMC with our two cats. Both of our cats are rescues, and they both have significant health issues--one has a terrible case of heartworms, and the other has some major dental concerns. Dr. Fisher and Dr. Berner have consistently worked with us to ensure our cats are as healthy and happy as possible. We are grateful for their care. We are also grateful for the efficient and helpful staff at EEVMC.
