My two dogs were established patients. Maya began to bleed, a lot when she urinated. We called for an appointment and was told we had to wait over a week for an appointment. I requested repeatedly to speak with a vet but was told I could only leave a massage. I left a message but the vet never returned my call. Once again, she was bleeding a lot. I was told that if I was so worried, take her to the emergency vet. The emergency vet charged $600. for a UTI. I will never return to Eagles Landing Vet.

I've been taking my dog to ELVH for 9 years. Today will be my last day. I had a horrible exchange with a technician outside at my car at the time that he was there to take my dog in for his vet appointment. As I asked questions such as how long would the wait be (I had already waited for 30 min outside due to their COVID protocol), and how much was my dog's treatment.

He demeanor started to change. I let him know that I had to move my car to another parking lot due to there being a dead zone for cellular service in front of their business. He started to go back and forth with me about my decision to move my car as a waited for my dog. He stated that they weren't a drop off service and the Doctor had to be able to reach me.

I told him I can answer a phone when I moved my car. He then stayed, " I don't have to take your attitude." I was extremely offended. Then he called me difficult. I reminded him that I was a customer. There was more back and forth. I demanded that I talk with a manager and I did not give him my dog. The staff manager came to my car and we talked about the treatment I had received from the technician. Unfortunately, now that I have had such a negative experience, I cannot go back there for their services.

The prices are Extremely expensive! I use to go here a long time ago and it was never like it is now. I went for my dog stomach which they only did blood work, urine and xrays $600. To extract her teeth would be around $2000. My dog is 13 years old chihuahua. I didn't even go there to have her teeth done. I didn't know they were going to do a quote on her teeth.

East Lake Vet last year quote me $500 I guess I should of done it then. But my dog survived a stroke I wasn't sure she could handle being put under. For them to do more research on my dog stomach it was going to into the thousands. She old the stress alone could make her pass. I went and found medicine on chewy called cushex s and I'm going to try it out. Hopefully it helps

I visited Eagles Landing Veterinary Hospital on February 7th, 2022, with my twelve-week-old Corso. This was a follow-up appointment from his new puppy exam on January 24th, 2022. I was informed after that exam that my puppy could have hip complications, possibly hip dysplasia. The notes were given to me stating we should do x-rays if there were no improvements on the next visit.

The notes are handwritten so that I can pass the concerns to the breeder with the doctor's understanding I didn't want to keep a puppy with joint problems so young. I let the doctor know, if the next visit shows no improvement, we would do what it takes for discovery. My visit today was ABSOLUTELY a disaster. The puppy was given a medical progress examination at the cost of $49.17 plus other services that totaled $179.08.

Then a recommendation for x-rays at $299.00. The primary concern was the hip. Everything else is secondary. When I expressed my frustration concerning the notes from my previous visit concerning the possible hip problem, no other services are necessary until a definite discovery of the the hip is known, because the puppy would be returned to the breeder for further evaluation. However, I, feel I was IGNORED charged for services that were not needed based on our previous visit, for example, no shots are necessary if there are hip problems because the puppy would go back to the breeder.

When I expressed my concerns, I was told that EAGLES LANDING VETERINARY was not responsible for managing my money. The representative was rude, disrespectful and stated our 7-minute conversation was too long for me to share my frustration pertaining to the unnecessary charges. The representative terminated the call while I was talking. I feel robbed without a weapon today. Today for this AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, a TERRIBLE PLACE!

My dog Sydney has been going to Eagles Landing since she was 8weeks old. I choose eagles landing because it was close to my home. Sydney's Last visit to ELH was for diarrhea and I was sent home with medications, however her condition got progressively worse as the day went on. I called ELH around 4:30pm and I was told to call the next morning for an appointment.

I said no she needed to be seen now! I was referred to woodland in locus grove. Unfortunately Sydney passed away @1:45 am the next day . I called ELH and wanted to let them know what happened to Sydney. The girl who answered the phone was VERY rude! I was in tears because I had just lost Sydney she said " ok we will remove her name from the records" I was over ELH and made a decision if I ever got another dog I would never go there.

The only saving grace to this situation is that woodland called me and ask if they could release Sydney's records to ELH. I said yes and called ELH and spoke with the Dr she was concerned and could not believe that Sydney passed away. I don't blame ELH for Sydney's passing and I believe they did everything to treat her. I did not mention my earlier phone call and how rude the girl was over the phone that is why I am writing this review to let ELH know to train the staff to show compassion when customers/ pet parents call with any issues. I have brought my dog here multiple times and it was okay, but just a few weeks ago I brought my dog here for a sore on her paw. I did think she may have been pregnant so I told them I needed to make sure she was Incase she had an infection on her paw, I didn't want anything to happen to her or the puppies. Anyways long story short they made me pay 200$ for an ultrasound, because they said the medicine would give her a miscarriage if she was carrying.

I didn't have a problem because I wanted my dog to be safe. So after all of that they told me my dog was never pregnant and she was having false pregnancy! A few weeks later I called back because I just knew they told me nothing but lies because I could feel puppies moving in her belly, they would not give me another ultrasound, would not try to fix the problem but still go on to tell me she was still possibly having false pregnancy!

I know I'm not a licensed vet tech or vet at all but I Dan sure know fetal movement! So anyways after 200$ and a headache here I am a few weeks later and 10. TEN PUPPIES LATER. A HUGE MEDICAL MISTAKE! Good thing I never even gave my dog the medication but one time, I trusted my gut feeling and will never bring my dog here again! **** I added photos of the dog and the puppies they told me they GUARANTEE weren't there. ****

Well they were great until I had an emergency. We have been there numerous times with our cats. Last week my 21(!) year old cat with advanced kidney disease was lethargic and soiling himself when I found him at 6:30 am. We knew it was time and we did not want him to suffer any longer, so we planned on going to the vet for help when they opened. We arrived promptly before 8 am and were told to make an appointment to be seen. - yes, we did tell them that the cat was dying and they did not care.

In disbelief we scheduled an appointment for 11:45 am. Of course our poor cat had to suffer until 11:15 am until he took his last breath and passed away on his own. We called to cancel the appointment and were met with an "oh". I have been there many times and had to wait because an emergency came in. Never did I complain, knowing well that one day I may need help, too. - I am so disappointed and hurt because my cat had to suffer, that I will not go back there again with my other cat or any other pet I will have.

Sooooooooooooo, I dropped my dog off at Eagles Landing Veterinary Hospital for boarding last weekend. She was to be boarded for 8 days. She was clean and free of any mats, gnarls, feces, sores, etc. On the day I was to pick her up, I called the vet to let them know I would arrive between 11 and 1130 am. She was terrified when I got there but happy to see me.

She had an odor but I expected such. When I say she had an odor at the vet's office, it was just that. On the car ride home, that is when the stench hit me! The funk was among us! She could not sit still! When I got her home, not only was she matted and smelled HORRIBLE but she had urine stains on her undercoat and she had feces matted on her bottom and on her feet.

The area around her eye was crusty as well. I washed her and had to demat her. I had to CUT fecal matter from her fur. Her bottom was a bright, angry red from where the feces had sat against her skin. Around her eye was angry red as well. When I went back to show the vet staff what my dog looked like, I told that it is possible that the fecal matter had been on her when I brought her in to be boarded and it just wasn't noticed OR it was likely that the feces had "just gotten" on her and they didn't have time to clean it let alone see it.

Neither of these sit well with me because even if she had fecal matter on her when she got there (WHICH SHE DID NOT), this place let it STAY ON HER FOR EIGHT DAYS! I cringe every time I think of all the pain and suffering my baby girl went through. She probably thought I had abandoned her. BTW.I'm still waiting to hear from the manager of said boarding facility. I was told that he just "pops in and out" and that they do not when he comes in. DO NOT SEND YOUR FUR BABIES HERE UNLESS YOU JUST HATE THEM!
