I brought my dog here for vaccines and it was very quick they had me in and out. This was especially good bc there were storms later that day. The doctor asked everything I needed for my dog and gave me additional information to ensure my dog remained healthy! The staff is also very friendly. I Will be back.

I wanted to give five stars to Amanda, Annie and Alexis for being so kind and comforting towards me on the phone. My pet unfortunately did not make it to her euthanasia, but I know she would've been in the best hands if she had. I really appreciate all of your sweet words and will be back the next time I need any veterinary service.

I'm really grateful of how well they take care of our kitties! They stayed the whole day getting neutered here and the doctor called me personally to say the surgery went well. The kitties healed so fast and the staff was so sweet talking the kitties personalities which showed me they spent time with them in recovery. Highly recommend!

Staff is extremely nice and respectful. They listen to your questions and concerns and will answer. They explain what needs to be done to pet during visits. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to take your fur baby

Brought my green conure to the vet because she was wheezing. Vet was very arrogant and told me since I was a few minutes late (less than 5 min) he would do the favor and see my bird but he would cut off the appointment right at time. Fine. I get it, I was late but you don't have to be rude. I already paid you almost $100 dollars for the visit. He then proceeds to tell me the bird seems fine but can give me a treatment if "I want". Yes, I'd like something for my animal that is clearly sick but he didn't even give anything that worked.

He wanted me to return for x rays. Turns out, I did my own research and found my own medicine that worked. Never ever returning. Bring your bird to SOMEWHERE ELSE that will actually care for the animal and not only for your money.

This veterinary facility came highly recommended to me by my parents who are a neighbor of one of the main veterinarians. I had an issue from an emergency vet of a cast falling off my dogs leg and sought help from DG Animal Hospital. They charged me $340 to replace a cast that then fell off 3 hrs later only to go back the next day and get charged another $450.

When questioned about the charges they told me they refused to discount or refund the initial visit because the cast they used that day was not made by them and they would not guarantee their work. In my opinion this is greedy and dishonest. I know longer trust the veterinarians at this facility and I will be taking my two 6 month old puppies to another vet going forward.

Excellent patient care for my lovely Allie. Allie had a uterine infection that was extremely serious. Critical actually. The doctor diagnosed it quickly and that wasn't easily done, because with Allie's symptoms, it could have been anything. There were many things to rule out. The doctor SAVED HER LIFE! She needed emergency surgery, the entire experience took about 10 years off my life, because of the worrying. Thank God she came through it just fine!

I've been taking my 3 cats here for about 10 years. I was mostly satisfied - support staff is great, and you can usually get an appointment quickly the same day. They usually saw Graham (one of the sons). The prices seemed to be on the high end, perhaps exacerbated by requests for follow-ups that seemed to be of limited use at times. While I appreciated Graham's care, his "bedside manner" is a bit aloof and more than once I left feeling scolded or guilty (for not being a better owner). However, by chance his father Robert (Dr. Bob) saw my cats recently, I feel much more comfortable with him, and I now ask to see him.

He helped my cat with thyroid issues by explaining there was a gel I could put in her ear instead of oral pills. His medical approach - less testing, more creative, and fewer follow-ups (unless needed) saves money. He does not rush exams and has gone into detail about the history and background of a medical treatment to help me understand it. I say all of this even though my favorite 17 year old cat died at the clinic while being prepared for routine teeth cleaning 6 weeks ago, after bloodwork that, in Dr. Robert's words, "could not be better for a 17 year old".

All signs point to her death as a pretty uncommon event, despite precautions and attempts to save her. I think what really convinced me to keep going back was their response. All charges, including the upgraded urn, were waived (the accompanying fired clay heart containing her pawprints, hair, and name stamped in was lovely). They were very compassionate and seemed as distraught as I was. Receiving a card in the mail with handwritten notes from Dr. Robert and nine other staff members really meant a lot. tldr: We pick our vets based on prices and good medical care, yes.

But once you've found one you can trust, who makes you feel like they care about your pets as much as they do their own, you've found a vet for life. For me, thats Dr. Robert Merkel.
