I called to make an appointment and a receptionist named Sheryl answered. She basically acted like I was overreacting, gave me unsolicited medical advice, and was so rude and disrespectful. I am in shock at how rude and vile she was on the phone.!DO NOT GO HERE! No receptionist should be giving medical advice for your pet, and if they do. don't listen to them!

I have taken both my cats here and always have had a positive experience. I have taken both my cats here within the past year and due to Covid I have had to stay in the car. The nice lady that has came out to get and bring back my cats complimented them both each time. When I had to talk to the Dr about my male cat's stomach issues he was very nice and reassuring, you can just tell he's a good vet who cares.
