Using digital radiology which reduces usage of film with silver and chemicals to develop the film. Changed our electric energy source from predominately fossil fuel to 100% renewable energy (wind and water). Substituted office paper for 30% recycled paper and plan on changing to 100% recycled when financially viable.
It'll save you a phone call and make it even easier to check one more thing off of your "To-Do List." After more than two years of exclusively curbside service, the Delmar Animal Hospital is announcing our re-opening. Delmar Animal Hospital was the best. But recently maybe due to their 9-5 jobs and weekends off, and short staff, their response time getting back has been slow 1/2 hour I had to wait. Our dog was suffering from major life threatening issue and we were advised nothing urgent wait until the following day. There is no vet on call over the weekend and no emergency numbers during their daytime.

Our dog was taken to the ER and we were advised our vet should have made the same call. Unfortunately our dog died. If she was brought in sooner she would have been out of pain and maybe could have survived. We don't even think our vet was advised as we were told she was not available and we found out she was on maternity leave. Our dog's issue only 5-10 per cent of dogs die from this condition could have been prevented if there was an emergency button and if we were advised to take her to the ER immediately.

This should not be a boutique veterinarian outfit vets are doctors and should give the best care for pets. Not push off visits until following day because it was near closing time and not convenient and no emergency on call on weekends or during the office hours.

Dr. Bull has always been a 10 in my book. The visits always come off on time as scheduled and all the issues are addressed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bull always takes the time to let you know how your pets are doing and what they might need now or in the future. I have recommended Delmar Animal Hospital before and will continue to do so. Initially they were recommend to me and I will be eternally grateful for the recommendation.

Service is convenient with the pet desk app that lets you make appointments, ask questions, add info about your pet, and even refill prescriptions. The staff is always quick on their toes and happy to assist when I arrive.

I don't think that it is possible to make our visits nicer. Service was prompt and as always very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for always taking great care of our pups.

We've been taking our dogs to Delmar Animal Hospital for over 10 years! The veterinarians, assistants, and office staff are the absolute best! Our 3 dogs receive the highest quality care and treatment services (both routine and emergency), and they are treated like family. We wouldn't take them anywhere else!

For Dr. O'Loghlin only, the rest of the staff is pretty cool. I came in for a visit with my cat, who has nerve damage. (She didnt tell me the name of the disorder for months) During that visit she told me that there is a treatment we can do for him but it would cost around $1000 and she didn't think that I could afford that (I could) so we should just "pull the plug on him" I started crying (obviously) and she offered me another week with him and told me to check back in with her.

After that week was up, she told me that he didn't actually need to be put down and that he could live with this condition. That just makes me think she wanted to euthanize him out of convenience. I'm just very disappointed with her lack of sympathy and bluntness while telling me she wanted to euthanize him and that she thought it was OK to refer to it as "pulling the plug" on him. I also am upset that she was telling me what I can and can't afford and using that as an excuse to euthanize. Very unprofessional.

I have a Bernese Mountain Dog and chose my Veterinarian very carefully as these dogs are very prone to many illnesses. The Delmar Animal Hospital has been thorough, professional, and has great customer service. I feel confident that I made the right decision.

I can't be more thankful for the Delmar Animal Hospital today when I was in a time of need. The staff was wonderful, welcoming and very thoughtful. Thank you for getting us an appointment right away in an emergency. Highly recommend and I wish we were closer to your office for routine checkups.
