We used the drive up window and I never even had to get out of the car. Someone came out got Cooper and I watched the whole exam from my car. Paid and drove off in about 20 minutes tops! Fast and efficient and you can really see that everyone there loves what they do. Highly recommend!

Super kind and caring. Very wise and knowledgeable. They were super helpful with getting our diabetic dog where he needed to be with his insulin and they did surgery on our bigger dog, he's healing well. They are very reasonably priced. We come from Cedar Rapids because of how good they are and the cost is so much more affordable. They don't overcharge you for anything and just make sure your pet is taken care of. Will continue to bring our pets here!

Staff was very friendly, we were able to get in and out rather quickly. Our puppies loved the treats and the staff. Nice environment. Reasonably priced as well. Will be going back for any other needs and will be recommending to others.

This is the best vet we could take Banner (our dog) to. The staff and veterinarians are amazing here! Such a family friendly feel there. I would more then recommend.

I initially switched my dogs over to Anamosa because in Cedar Rapids, you truly can't beat their prices. Late last night, I discovered that my German Shepherd had a large hot spot that had become even worse by this morning. Luckily, I was bringing my Rottweiler puppy through the drive-thru (which is super convenient, by the way, as I had my toddler with me) this afternoon anyways to be vaccinated.

I brought my shepherd along in case I could get him checked out while I was there. They asked me to come inside, which I was happy to do. As I parked and was attempting to wrangle my herd, an extremely kind vet tech came out and offered to take my shepherd in so I didn't have to unload my son and the puppy. Poor girl nearly had her arm ripped out of the socket and her ear drums were probably blown from all of his hollering as they tried to take him in to be examined (he's a very clingy mama's boy).

They handled him confidently, were respectful of his stress level since I wasn't with him, and got his meds prescribed and filled right away. As a frazzled mom who has spent all day very worried about her dog, I can't tell you how much I appreciated the kindness and adaptability that the team at Anamosa displayed in efforts to make sure my best boy was taken care of today! It was no small feat and they went above and beyond! You guys are amazing-thank you so much!

Ihighly recommend Anamosa Vet Clinic. Ihave ben taking my Lily Nala to them for 5 years now. I have never been disappointed, as the staff is very informative to me, and comforting to Lily, no matter how minor the visit is!

FromRiki and Toby Hobbs: We wubs Anamosa Vet. They take care of all our owie's. All the peoples there are so nice and call us by our first name. My big bruvver Riki has even had some fatty cyst surgeries there.and he always gets patched up and running again. Mom says Anamosa vet is the best place she has ever been with her pets! If you don't bring your pets here, you are missing out. Doggie kisses. Riki and Toby.

Anamosa Vet clinic is great. Dr. Brody is awesome as well as the entire staff. I was running WAY late for our appointment due to an issue with me at the VA. Called and let them know we would be about 45 minutes late. They still took care of us, even though we were late for appointment. They really are passionate about animals. Our little Lowrider is doing much better because of these great people.

Had a wonderful experience. Liked the vet & she took the time to answer all my questions & explain the blood test results for my elderly cat. I really appreciated that & her gentleness & caring attitude. I do love this clinic!

Always courteous and they actually listen to what I'm saying about my pets. The clinic is always clean and well-stocked. They've always had what I needed. I LOVE the new vaccination clinic off the back. It makes things so quick and easy. There is hardly ever any long wait when I've had an appointment. Even when I came in early, we had a room right away. The ability to order preventatives and food online is a huge benefit. I love the online store.

Very kind, thorough, compassionate, and affordable care can be hard to find but not at Anamosa Veterinary Clinic. Every vet, tech, and even the receptionists I have encountered here do truly care about your animals and will go above and beyond to provide care for them. From basic check-ups to extensive surgeries, I've been taking my pets here for years. Even since I've moved out of Anamosa, I still drive an hour here and and hour back--they're that good. They are also very forthcoming with teaching about what they're doing, why they're doing it, and explaining the results. Keep up the amazing work

I brought my pups here after sifting through recommendations on Facebook from other local dog moms. It's 30 minutes from our home, but seemed like a worthwhile trip for proper care for my babies. The clinic is clean and spacious. Normally, the waiting area of a vet is tiny and my giant dogs are squished up against other hyper or anxious animals - not the case here. Their services were reasonably priced and they didn't pressure us into extras or even using their pharmacy. The staff, however, did not live up to the acclaim. The reception staff are much more friendly than I found the tech and the doctor to be. In fact, this man seemed indifferent to the dogs and my concerns. Our primary reason for the visit was vaccinations, but I had some other minor concerns with my Doberman that were ignored. Not to mention, it really rubbed me the wrong way that they didn't seem interested in the dogs - what animal person doesn't greet and pet and acknowledge dogs at their feet?? Truly very off-putting. Luckily it appears they have several other doctors on staff, so I will request someone different on our next visit.
