Our Veterinarians are able to provide vaccinations, Coggins, and health papers for your horse. Although the topic of euthanasia and humane destruction is a difficult one, we owe it to our animals the when the time comes, we are prepared. It is important that everyone is aware that the use of pentobarbital sodium injectable euthanasia is limited to certain conditions at this time. Because of this, we administer injectable euthanasia (when allowed) and we are also equipped to use a penetrating captive bolt when necessary.
Large Animal Profiles to assess enzyme levels, kidney and liver function, and muscle damage. We love you Dr. Matt! You helped Apollo keep his eye sight, you never got frustrated with my 5 million questions, you were very patient and always explained things so we could understand what was going on with him. Your staff is great at returning phone calls and making sure patients get exactly what they need. You have been the best vet ever.
Over the last decade, the dairy industry has become more cost-conscious, particularly when it comes to drug and supply purchasing. This has forced many dairy producers into buying drugs and supplies from veterinary supply warehouses and away from purchasing from local veterinary practices. 4 There may be an additional shipping charge on liquids, gallon containers, and hazardous materials.

Charged for a examination and missed the most important thing that was wrong with the calf. Nice calf and a rare breed. This missed examination, if caught earlier perhaps could have been a big help in treating her, now it may be the cause of her death. Was told her not moving around much with the herd was because she was malnourished. Her mom is extremely old and does not have sufficient milk.

So milk replacer I feed her daily can never do as good a job as a cow that a calf can drink of 24 hrs a day. Of course she will not be as good a condition as a calf like this. Turns out her funny walking and standing, I did not understand or ever see this before, was what is called Contracted tendons/ Lax tendons/ Crooked Calf Leg. He lower joint will not bend ahead enough and as she gets bigger makes it harder for her to get around.

If treated early it gives a better change to correct it. It was not advised to me that she had this disorder. At that time she could walk, but in a odd kind of way, and stand but never seem to walk more than a couple hundred feet. Now she does not get up, and when I get her up, does not walk more than ten feet. It is a tragedy of this company and their incompetence in a simple open your eyes and see examination would have seen this.

Any professional vet should have seen this within seconds of looking at her stand and walk. Do not contact this over priced company stay away. Could be a matter of life and death in my opinion.
