Doctors were awesome with our Annabelle they treat her like family and with special care. We will always come here as we get treated with a warm smile and everything always gets explained to us very well. Thank you to the entire staff you are all awesome.

I have ALREADY told a couple of friends about your fabulous clinic. Where to start? First off, was the availability to book the next day appointment, not a month out like some other vets. Complimentary 1st visit. This was HUGE because I cannot tell you how much money i have wasted going to a vet 1 time. Paid top dollar. Never going back again. Your location is state of the art.

New and most importantly CLEAN and well decorated too. I did not wait long at all. One vet we went to years ago would keep you waiting 1-3 HOURS before you finally got in. Not the case here! The assistant was cheery, professional, just wonderful. Very though. And, THANK YOU for examining my dog in front of my face, because two former vets i used to go to, take the dog to the back room just to hear a heartbeat, look in the mouth, ears or do the overall simple exam. WHY?

I dont like that at all. What are they trying to hide? What's up with that and why do they think their customers want that? No one wants that! By the way, one of dogs that was "examined" in the back room was given a clean bill of health. A couple days later, I noticed she had a visible pea sized cyst near her nipple. Obviously he never really did a though exam.

So never again. I appreciate Creature Comforts showing us that you do your job and doing it well, I might add, for all the world to see. This gives me piece of mind and now Max is your dedicated patient. We look forward to seeing you in the future. We elected for the Senior Wellness Plan which seems amazing already. Max is coming in for some tests and getting ready for his dental cleaning. Thank you to you and your entire staff.

You give Ghost & me 100% of GREAT. Following our arrival, and after we are escorted into an Exam room, and following a short conversation about why I brought Ghost to your facility, the member of your front office staff asks if there is anything else she can do for me, and almost before I can say anything, she offers me a cup of chilled water. That is very nice, and I accept.

As I sat in the exam room, I realized that I was concerned that I might spill my cup of water or that Ghost might knock it over. Please consider providing a bottle of chilled water as does my dentist's office.

Can I just say that this place is so caring and amazing? Every word I said to the vet about my Guinea pig Rocket she listened and didn't judge one bit. My baby is doing AMAZING after taking his meds. He had a head tilt and I was worried it wouldn't go away. Wouldn't take them anywhere else

The staff at creature comforts has been so very kind and professional. We have had a few urgent situations with our dogs and they have always helped. We love the vets so much here that I also had my son bring his dog from Los Angles to see the vet because she was not eating and under weight. The prices are fair and they are very up front about cost prior to the treatment. When we text we get an fast response. I feel that this is the best place for our fur babies. I started seeing Dr Sharon at Creature Comforts when I had a loving little ferret. My "Tribble" lived a full and happy live due to the care provided by Dr. Sharon. She is on the cutting edge of technology and her facility is state-of-the-art. Now I have a support pup, Paia. She also sees Dr. Sharon. The kind and understanding approach they have at Creature Comforts is truly a "comfort" to me and my fur baby. Look no further than Creature Comforts for all your pet's health requirements. Dr. Sharon and her staff will take care of everything.

All the staff is really nice and helpful. I like the way you guys treat my Princess Hiba, really sweet and gentle. I know you are busy but I wish the waiting time for visits was shorter.

Pricey services however professional. Always, I like Dr. Paul, she always is straight to the point and creates a solid care plan. Front desk girls are incredibly helpful, especially Lennon, she was incredibly kind to my mother doing this process and helping her apply for programs.unfortunately we weren't able to raise enough of donations and might not be able to save our loved pet. but this staff went beyond for him.

Critical: Quality, Reliability Poor exotic vets for reptiles. They are not well educated in diagnosing reptiles or probably any other exotic animal. I took my bearded dragon to this vet for bumps on his back and they just gave a guess as to what it was. They never offered any type of operation to help those bumps go away.

$530 for a neuter seems like robbery. Rating is solely based on that as we did not step foot in the facility but know that the price is anything but fair market value. Most other places we call are half that

I asked about switching my ferrets to a healthier raw diet and this vet recommended Mazuri apparently zoos are using that brand, I just looked up that food and found out to my horror it is just as terrible as Marshall's brand. Bad ingredients and someone referred to it as "death in a bag." Wow if you are going to treat exotic animals please know about their diets. I am disgusted!

The owner Dr Gorman is a very good vet and is especially accurate at diagnosing what is ailing my dogs. Dr Espinosa is beyond compassionate and caring. I can't describe how grateful I am for the endless care he gave to my beloved long haired Chihuahua. She made it to 16 yrs old because of the care provided by Dr Espinosa. Even though she had lymphoma and kidney disease, he made sure she could continue to eat and maintain a quality of life.

He made sure she was not suffering, as we both agreed that it was paramount that she maintain quality of life. When it was her time Dr Espinosa was right there with us in her final transition. I can't thank front office staff and the vet tech staff enough for all of their kindness and care.

Everyone is kind and helpful, they make sure you're pet is comfortable and all needs are met. Kiwi love's going there and she makes sure everyone will give here the belly rubs she wants before she decided it's time to go home. The staff spoils her. Thank you for a great experience we received every time we come.

Not the same place it was when we first starting using them. Revolving door of Vets and staff. Avoid at all costs, you'll thank me later.

I would like to give thanks to Dr Hussy who treated my dog Sophia, she gave me the bad news with compassion and professionalism and went over the options available to us. Dr Hussy gave us more time to be with Sophia and assured me that as long as Sophia maintained her current health I was not being selfish keeping her alive. I cant say thank you enough.

Everyone here is very nice and helpful and very empathetic and compassionate. Dr Espinoza and Dr Paul are really just very caring and informative and take the time to explain. All the vets are prob as nice, I just have only been with these two with my older dog and now our new, sickly puppy. They offer an affordable wellness plan for the dogs that cover most basic needs.

We did end up paying a bit out of pocket for the sick puppy, up and above that, but it was not at all anymore pricey then any vet anywhere else. The place is clean and has most all you’ll need to get you going . The front office staff is super nice . If I had to complain, then the only complaint I would have (& have voiced to them), is that getting them on the phone is hard.

The hold time is never under 5 min, and I’ve been on hold sometimes 20 minutes and then disconnected.. either that or having to leave a message with a service and sometimes not getting the follow up. So for that I wish they had a dedicated receptionist cause the staff is always super busy checking in or out animals, (as should be their priority).

They are overall one of the best vet offices we’ve gone to and i’m very happy with their level of care. Even after my last sick puppy visit, Dr Paul made a follow up call... that truly made me feel so valued as a client!

We have been part of the Creature Comforts family for 8 years. Our Doberman Pincher, Breezy, has had more than her share of medical challenges. We would not have her today if not for the care and expertise of the doctors, nurses, techs and staff at this amazing hospital. We are forever grateful. Both of our dogs love to go to the vet. the little one starts to bark and spin in the car as we approach the hospital. She knows she is in for a giant helping of free love from everyone inside. Thank you all for caring for our pets, and loving them like we do.

I was recommended to this clinic because they’re good with pits... I have seen Dr. Paul twice now with my girls and soon with my boy. Dr. Paul is very nice and informative, she listens to me and doesn’t blow me off. She’s honest and direct but NOT degrading, especially when it came to one of my dogs who is over weight, she educated me on what to do and not to do.

Her nurses are very nice and go over the wellness plan, charges, and diet plan in depth. The front desk ladies are very nice as well, the lady I scheduled my first appt with listened to my on the phone forever and got all of my dogs records super fast. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Paul!

The staff here is amazing. you can really tell they live animals and it's not just a job for them. Dr.Gorman was kind and patient and answered all my questions and addressed every concern. I never felt rushed and she gave my sweet kitten Nugget the attention he deserved. Not to mention the office is extremely clean and cheerful.
