Mike Escobedo, DVM graduated from Texas A&M University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then was accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1988 with his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Escobedo attends at least 30-40 hours of continuing education seminars each year to provide the highest quality of care to your pets.
At Cornerstone Animal Clinic, we understand the importance of taking your time when choosing the best Doctor for your beloved furry family member. You want to make sure the business is reputable, clean, the staff members are animal people, and your pet feels comfortable there. Which is why we are available weekdays and Saturdays for appointments and to answer any questions you may have about our clinic.
We understand how hard it is to juggle a busy lifestyle, so we offer a pet taxi service to get your pet to & from our clinic so they don't miss their important grooming or medical appointments. First time I took my Havanese to Cornerstone. I requested a complete grooming, teeth brushing and sanitary. He looked great! There were no uneven shaver marks like some we've experienced. They followed my instructions, including barrel leg shapes, and we were most pleased! Price was very reasonable as well. We will return.

Best of Dallas! Dr. Escobedo is an outstanding vet. Molly, my schnauzer, had a significant growth in her lower eyelid that needed to be removed; several vets were not comfortable doing this procedure due to the growth location. Cornerstones' Dr. E was able to do the surgery with ease. Molly's excellent groomers, Sarah & Amy at Cornerstone Animal Clinic recommended Dr. Escobedo. Kourtny, the vet tech, was great with informing me of the procedure & helping Molly. The staff makes you feel like you belong. Thank you.

Got to my appointment and was taken cared for right away, Vet was very sweet with my lil kitty and waisted no time in taking care of him and my wallet as well. Very professional service, clean, and organized. Shout out! To the lady in front desk I had a lil melt down and she went the extra mile and carried my cat to my car

I actually look forward to my dog's vet appointments at Cornerstone Animal Clinic. The staff is friendly and I couldn't be happier with Dr. Morse and Dr. Escobedo - I have full confidence my dog is being treated like their own. They even have a convenient app that is easy to use and keep track of my dog's wellness/scheduling. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with pets.

I was formerly a client at Cornerstone and I haven't had the means to provide proper care for my dog. I called and explained our situation and everyone was so kind and understanding. Unfortunately there is nothing that can really be done for my Sweet Baby, so I'm making sure she's as comfortable as possible and I will watch her until she tells me that she is ready to jump the bridge. Thank you Cornerstone. you helped me out on a very sad day.

We have been bringing our little ones to Cornerstone for 15 years. The humans there are very responsive to our spoiled pups. Lola was given lots of love from the folks she crossed over the Rainbow bridge. Ozzy loves the visits even if he has to get a bath or shot. He comes home happy. Dr. Conner is always returning calls and patient in explaining issues. The clinical staff have Big hearts and are very helpful!

Had an amazing experience. We were very concerned for our newly adopted kitty and they took great care of her and made us feel relieved. We've never had to take a pet to the vet before but it was a very simple and comforting process. Even though we couldn't go in with her because of COVID precautions they made us feel very comfortable and gave her treatment she needed. They were also very straightforward about cost and were very understanding about affordable treatment!

Cornerstone for the win. Absolutely amazing! I love this place. Dr. Castro and Macy made me feel like my girl was the most important part of their day, I'm sure everyone feels that way when they see them. The groomers Amy, Sarah, and Eryka hands down the best in DFW. They make my girls look amazing every time. Thank you

They are always friendly and welcoming and I've never had trouble getting an appointment for vaccination, grooming or day care within 24 to 48 hours. Mandy was great with the pet relocation service when we moved to Switzerland. When we returned 4 years later, she made it a point to come into the exam room to say hi and give us a welcoming hug. The vet and the assistants are thorough and patient with my Fergus. I'm obsessed with my dog and they treat him well.

Dr. Ben Morse and the whole staff is wonderful! We have two puppies and bring them here for daycare. They love it!! They are learning to be social and I feel so comfortable leaving them there all day to play. When they are there for vet visits they are so well taken care of!! I trust Dr. Morse completely to take care of my fur babies! We had to bring one of the pups in for a hurt paw.
He was very scared not having the other puppy with him but they took the time to love on him to make him less scared and he got great treatment. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for great vet care and fun play days!!

Dr. Escobedo is wonderful! I've taken 4 doggies to him over the last 20 years, and one of my doggies lived to be 18 yrs. old when 4 other Veterinarians told me my miniature Cocker Spaniel was 9 years old, and that's the maximum most of them live, so let her go. Not Dr. Escobedo! He is equipped with cutting-edge medical knowledge and techniques. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
