Can't tell you how much they took care of my baby, Nova. I liked it that they got her in to get spayed so quickly. My husband and I thank you so much and Nova thanks you too. Love the clean environment and friendly staff.

Absolutely love the people here. They are very honest and don't charge absurd amounts for basic services. We take both of our dogs here for all of their needs and don't plan on stopping.

Love these ladys and gentlemen. They have always taken care of my animals. Very kind and courteous. All the doctors and staff are so welcoming. Very polite to us ever time we walk through the door. If your in the area and need a vet, this is the place to go

Sweetest staff and doctors ever! Took my newly adopted senior cat for her first visit several days ago and was pleased from start to finish. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and I have 100% trust they can give my girl the best care possible. Just know they DON'T do appointments - walk in, but you know what? It doesn't even matter since they have such a smooth system and excellent staff. Thanks guys!

Very attentive, kind staff. These people will help you in an emergency. I was very thankful they didn't turn us away like Maggie's Menagerie did in Ila/Danielsville. The Doctor called us later that day to see how we were doing. First vet to ever do that! Very thoughtful group here that goes the distance with caring.

I love the family atmosphere of this place & how compassionate they are. They're incredibly knowledgeable and it's easy to get seen by them quickly when needed. Other vet hospitals in the area could learn from this place when it comes to appointments and scheduling. I won't be going anywhere else.

Took a very sick puppy up there. They couldn't tell me what was wrong with him. Charged me almost 2 hundred dollars and told me my pup was gonna die. But they were nice enough to tell me to bring his body up there, so they could examine it. A week later i MYSELF saved my own dog. I won't be taking any of my pets back there. The wait time was insane, was late for work and the vet was rude! Here's my little guy back to 100% health.

With zero help of the commerce vet! So much for him not making it through the night huh? A refund would be fantastic for the money I wasted there to be told hed be dead in hours. But I know that wont happen. We even tried to call back to see if they'd prescribe some nausea meds and they wanted to charge us a whole other office visit, even though they knew hed been vomiting uncontrollably! I'd recommend Shannon's Vet in Jefferson!

The best vet around! They got my old pup (Roxie) feeling better. They loved on her and got her healed up from her mastitis that has her very sick. Thanks so much for helping give my sweet pup a little longer on earth.

This is the most amazing vet we have ever been to. They took the time to teach us about canine diabetes and how to care for our dog, Sienna. They really got to know us and our girls. They went above and beyond all expectations including their prices. Our dogs are members of our family (not pets) and I that's exactly how they are treated by this vet. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We have 11 new puppies and today was their 1st shots. 6 girls and 5 boys. They're full blooded. German shepherd and American Shepherd. They're weamed and ready for new homes. The staff was awesome and didn't take as long as we thought. Thanks to y'all and I'd give u 5 stars

Dr. Phllips is absolutely amazing. Dr. Fagan is very compassionate, techs are friendly and caring! I highly recommend Commerce Veterinary. Belle loves them!
