We give this vet service five (5) paws up. They are nice and happy to see us. They are efficient and service timely. The doctor and nurses treat our dog kindly and thoughtfully, and give good attention and take their time.

Dr. Arnold always takes time to listen to my questions and explain. When I call I always get answers or call backs. I can get same day appointments when necessary. The staff there is amazing and I trust them with my fur babies! I recommend them to everyone I know.

I so appreciate everyone at Colonial Heights Animal Hospital. Everyone is very caring. Cali was taken care of very efficiently. I really appreciate Dr Burke and his assistant for their condolences at the recent loss of my husband. This is a very compassionate, caring establishment. I highly recommend Colonial Heights Animal Hospital.

A Wonderful experience! The doctors and the staff at Colonial Heights Veterinary Hospital are absolutely fantastic. We are new to the area and had not found a new vet yet, of course that is when things seem to happen. We had two cats get sick during the same week, both needed to see a vet on the day I was calling. When I called for the first one they had an appointment later in the day, which we took.

Then later in the week when I called for the second cat they did not have any appointments, but knowing he needed to be seen they said we could drop him off and they would work him in during the day. Everyone at this office was so kind and caring. The doctors, Dr. Gray and Dr. Burke, took time to answer our questions, listen to our concerns and then explained everything thoroughly.

We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful care they all provided to our fur kids. We did not think we could find a Veterinary office like the one we left behind, as they were like family to us. To find another vets office were everyone is so very nice, really cares about what they do, and treats the pets and the parents with respect, is more than we could have hoped.

But as it turns out calling Colonial Heights Vet's number that morning was one of the best decisions we could have made. We cannot imagine taking our fur kids anywhere else. We look forward to a long and great relationship with them.

Colonial Heights has the most outstanding staff and care in the entire area! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We were new to this area about five years ago. I believe I have worked with every doctor there and all of the assistants and office people are so caring and kind. They helped us say goodbye to our previous German Shothaired Pointers (Candy and Brandy) in the best way possible!

Our new set of puppies (Coconut and Caramel) have visited many times because they are simply can't stay out of trouble! The office staff always works us in even on a busy day! Thank you so much! Grateful and happy!

They're always able to squeeze us in when one of our pups needs an appointment. Very kind and caring staff, and extremely knowledgeable. I also like the rewards points system they have through PetDesk. Since we tend to be frequent flyers, the points add up quick and provide our family with a nice discount on services.

I had a wonderful experience with my dog Eva. They were so loving. The care she received was exceptional. I drove from Asheville NC to have them take care of my dogs torn ACL. I don't believe they could have done anything better. Thank you so much for taking care of her! She has completely healed and has done great since the surgery. You all are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

This is by far the absolute best place around to take animals! The staff are friendly and caring and Dr Hyatt is the best vet I've ever known. He is truly a kind and gentle soul who loves animals. I will never go anywhere else! I brought in a stray cat someone dumped at my house and she was attacked in the middle of the night by a huge fat racoon. They were so good to her! I'm very thankful to the staff & Dr Hyatt!

I have been going to this vet hospital for the last year with my dog. Dr. Hyatt gives you the utmost care with your pet. My dog has been real sick and Dr. Hyatt goes to the extreme to find out what is wrong with your animal. If Dr. Hyatt wants another opinion he calls to UT Vet School instead of sending there for a long trip. Dr. Hyatt really really cares.
