I have brought my pets to Dr. Limbaugh for over 20 years and will continue to do so. I live in Midtown Memphis and the drive to Collierville is a bit inconvenient but her compassion and care is well worth the effort. The entire staff is great, even though one of my fur babies is not very cooperative. I highly recommend the Collierville Animal Clinic.

Great visit, Dr Lilly was great with my dogs and broke everything down and explained everything in understandable terms. The entire staff was also very great. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a veterinarian.

I started taking my dog to Collierville Animal Clinic after a bad experience at another vet. Being able to go in with my dog for her check ups helped make things easier on her and put me at ease. Everyone there is amazing and does their best to help make sure you and your pet have the best experience they can going to the vet

I cannot imagine a Veterinary Clinic better than this one. Now in my 60s and had dozens of pets over the years. Have been taking our pets here for more than 30 Years, now, and have NEVER had an experience less than stellar. The Kindness, professional, and EXTREME caring demeanor of the Vets and entire staff is incredible. Staffers ( and Vets ) have come and gone (mostly staffers), over the years, but somehow, they continue to get great people to replace them. That is a testament to the quality of the Vets leading the team. BEST AROUND!

Today my husband took my turtle (Franklin) in to get seen by Dr. McGhee him and his staff are so nice and professional. I was at work and couldn't make the appointment Dr. McGhee was so kind to let my husband FaceTime and made me feel like I wasn't missing anything. A couple hours after Franklin's appointment he's already started feeling a little better he's been moving around since he left. Thanks Dr. McGhee and Staff for taking good care of My Franklin. I recommend this office to anyone looking to good get care for your pet. This is our new home!

I have used this clinic since, well I can't remember when because my parents used them too! I would not go anywhere else, even though I have moved well into Memphis I still travel to Collierville to get the animals looked at.

I really like this Vet Clinic. All my pets needs can be met in one location. Staff is great, pricing is fair and any concerns are addressed quickly. They take good care of my dog.

Collierville Animal Clinic took great care of our cat while we were on vacation. The staff is very professional, caring, and friendly. Will use them again for our next trip.

Took my dogs for boarding and one of my dogs paws was injured and my other dog had a patch of hair missing like he had been attacked. I would NOT recommend this place. Plus I dropped off a bag of food that I was told that they ate all of but my dogs were starving and extremely thirsty when I picked them up. Plus my dogs seemed extremely happy to see me. NEVER AGAINDon't waste your time going here I'm only giving a 1 star because I have too because I would honestly rate it a 0/5.

Very impressed by the staff & Dr. McGee. They took excellent care of our cat. The staff are professional & easy to talk to. Several people recommended them when we moved here a couple of years ago & we now feel qualified to recommend them to any pet owner.

Our family has been using Collierville Animal Clinic for the last 20 years and all of their veterinary services have been outstanding. We have used all of them. All of the doctors and tech's are wonderful.

Very unlikely we'll be returning to this clinic. The first couple times we've went have been great. Unfortunately with this visit, the AAPI Kennel Technician who administered Mochi's injection was very condescending and rude. Her demeanor alone convinced me I should be seek a more competent and comfortable environment to provide care.

Best bearded dragon vet! I drive all the way from Tipton county. Dr. McGee always tells me exactly what's going on with Fab.

I made an appointment to see the vet for a round of shots for my puppy. The ladies at the front were less than nice when I came in. After they could not find me in the system, they told me the appointment was made for a drop off. I was not told about this when making the appointment. I asked how long the wait would be and she said it would be a long time as I was scheduled for a drop-off.

There was no apology or any estimation on how long my wait would be. They made me feel as if the mistake that was made was mine and they were not going to be helpful. I told them I would just find another vet. Additionally, I will will be finding a new vet for my other 2 dogs as well. The front line staff has never been overly nice or helpful, but after the experience today, I will never go back there.

That Dr. Lilly is the best I've ever seen for care, advice and 5O years of knowledge. A lot of people like their vet, but if you don't LOVE your vet you need to go see Dr. Lily.

Dr. McGhee has been helping us keep our canaries singing since we moved to Memphis. He is thorough, gentle, explains everything well. I love that he sometimes has vet students in attendance and every visit has some kind of adventure - a duck following me down the hall, a full sized pig in a harness happily grunting to his family in the waiting room!

Of course there's the usual gang of dogs and cats. When we first moved here, we boarded our three birds with them for a week and were pleased with their care and condition when we picked them up. I live in downtown Memphis and exotic specialists are always so difficult to find. That Dr. McGhee has such a well-rounded practice and is so knowledgeable about our little singers means a great deal to us.

Dr. McGee has been seeing our Maltese, Beaux, for 3 years. We love the way he treats our baby and he always makes sure my family understands everything being said. We recently moved, so he will be missed! Only thing is that they are a bit on the pricey side! But, my mom would pay whatever to get the best care.

I recently lost my love of 15 years. I'm sorry I can't remember the female veterinarians name. I was very distraught at the time. The staff was very caring and so sympathetic to my utter sadness and destruction of my soul to have to put my angel down. They've since sent me several cards along with a plaster cast of my baby's paw. Even though it shattered me again, this was an amazing gesture. Thank you. From my heart and soul.

Friendly staff. The groomer did a great job on my dog and he can be hard to handle. I'll definitely be using them again.

Pope Animal Clinic has a top-notch caring staff. The beds there are all caring and extremely knowledgeable you can trust your knowledge and the concern for your pet.

All of the staff members are very friendly, and Dr. McGee is so patient and great at answering a new puppy mom's many questions.

Dr Horn is an excellent vet with a calm demeanor and excellent canine insight to diagnose issues. Would give a five star rating except the costs were expensive for two exams, heartworm and flea/tick mess for a year was more than what I have paid in the past. Clinic was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend as they do provide excellent care.

Dr. McGee and staff are so compassionate, caring to our pets that we wanted to take this moment to write a note of thanks to everyone at Collierville Animal Clinic. In particular, Dr. Shannon McGee is a very special Animal Dr. He is also an incredibly genuine, optimistic and inspiring human being. His love of pets and humanity is infectious. We are so grateful and honored to have Dr. Shannon McGee in our lives as our friend and Vet.

I have used this vet and boarding facility on numerous occasions but after this last five day stay in their kennel, I will not use them again. When I picked up my dog I was told that she did great but the fact is she was returned to me with a large skin lesion on her front leg, bad enough to be bleeding and two smaller ones in other areas. I understand that things happen but the fact that she was groomed the day I picked her up and no one informed me of the situation is unacceptable.

I immediately went back to have her checked and report this to the vet and owner. They appeared as surprised as I was and were willing to treat her free of charge but the fact that this was handled in such an irresponsible manner proves to me that I don't want them taking care of my dog who is a member of my family.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We are new to Collierville and the clinic, yet treated as though we were established clients.

We have been very pleased with the treatment of our pets, with a knowledgable staff with a full range of services including surgery and treatment of exotic pets. The group also holds a 24 hour emergency pet clinic in Cordova that the staff rotates working

I moved to Memphis only a few months ago and one of the things I worried about most was finding a new vet for my aging dog. Back home we were lucky to have the best of the best in the country right in our back yard. I went to Collierville Animal Clinic after I received a "free visit" welcome card from them in the mail. What a happy accident! So far I've worked with Dr. Burch, Dr. Horn and Dr. Kingsley (told you my dog is aging!) and they have all gone above and beyond to help with her ailments.

They personally call to to follow up on how your pet is feeling, you can tell they genuinely care when they handle your pet, and maybe best of all, they notice and appreciate your pet's characteristics and mannerisms with humor and warmth. At this point, my dog and I have worked mostly with Dr. Kingsley and even if I lived on the opposite side of Memphis, I'd drive the whole way just to continue this working relationship. The other doctors here fabulous, too, though. Sold!
