Great customer service, I appreciate that they got my cat in right away. I felt like she got good care. She is a difficult cat but they understood her being somewhat feral that I am unable to medicate her at home and were able to schedule me to bring her back in for another anti-inflammatory injection the next day.
Preventive veterinary care is the cornerstone of keeping your pet their healthiest so that you and your pet can have more great years together. Since pets age more quickly than people do, it is critical to have regular physical examinations every 6-12 months to assess your pet's health. Annual age-appropriate lab tests, testing for heartworm and/or tick-borne diseases, and fecal tests for parasites may also be recommended for your pet.

The team at College Way Animal Hospital is the best. My babies have always received the highest quality of care from them. Diesel LOVES going to see his people at the vet's office. Thank you, Brianna and the rest of the team, for taking such great care of our furry family members.

We always have a good experience here! I've been to a couple of vets in the area and the staff here have been the friendliest. I'd also like to add that I have a dog with high anxiety and they are extremely caring and patient with him.

You have always been wonderful. We have been coming to you for ~13 years. Everything from surgery, medication to having to say good bye to 2 cats. Dr Campbell has been the best vet we have ever had and the office staff always the best. Have only met the new vet once but he seems to be of the same type fo person as Dr C. We hope to see Dr C soon but even if he is not there we will still be with the clinic :

My experience was OK. I brought my dog in because she had been limping for two days and it was getting worse. I noticed when I touched her paw and toes, she would try to pull away or nibble my fingers. It also looked like her paw and toes were kind of swollen compared to the other hind foot. I see her feet every day, so it definitely looked different.

When I brought her in, the staff was definitely friendly and welcoming. My dog was a little nervous because of past vet experiences. They were slow and gentle. The veterinarian was a younger guy. He manipulated her leg/knee to see what was going on. I explained to him that I thought it was her FOOT/TOE, but he kept messing with her leg, in which she had NO reaction too.

He didn't seem to listen to me when I kept telling him I think it's her foot. He continued to tell me he thinks she has a partially torn ACL. It's weird to me because she had no reaction with any sort of manipulation of her leg. Only when her toes and paw are being touched is when she felt the pain. They took x-rays and saw some swelling. $650 later I was told keep an eye on it.

I come back home and this just isn't sitting right with me. I can move her leg all sorts of directions and she doesn't flinch. The second I touch her paw and toes she hates it and is in pain. I know my dog. I don't agree with the diagnosis we were given. I felt like I wasn't listened too and now I spent all that money when we will probably have to go back in to re-evaluate.

We've been bringing our pets to College Way Vet for over 15 years. Since Dr. Temple came last year he's worked with all four of our pets. I appreciate his warm and caring manner with our two cats and two dogs. He has excellent people skills too. The rest of the team is the same as when Dr. Campbell was caring for animals. They're all very professional and caring. Highly recommend this practice.

When I came here they couldn't make an appointment to save a life, and when I DID get an appointment they tried to give me false information about my rescue I know this because I had a gut feeling and I went to a different vet clinic after and they fact checked everything I was confused about. I do not and will not ever trust this vet clinic not after the way they treated us. Just because they have the name does not mean they can be trusted. Either they fake being vets or they try to do some sort of reverse psychology.

Every person we've met here is gracious, professional, and thorough. They patiently explain options for our cats' and dog's care, including surgical, preventative, and behavioral care, and also make it affordable. We know vet clinics are extra busy and stressed during the pandemic, but somehow they don't show it.

Took our male and female German Shepherds in to get neutered and fixed. We love them so much and are our family. So we were wanted them to get the best care through this. Needless to say College Way Animal Hospital was the right choice. They may be a bit more expensive but we wanted to make sure they were cared for and experienced vets did the procedure.

We made the right choice. The staff was fantastic and they both made a quick recovery. Many people don't realize it's a pretty serious procedure especially with a female dog getting spayed. Glad we made the right decision bringing them here. Highly recommended!

Critical: Reliability I had been taking my dogs here for about 5 years now and they used to be pretty good, but lately their services have become extremely limited forcing me to find another vet.

This was an frustrating experience. This is our vet yet we have struggled to get our dog's prescription for his allergies refilled. So we were told to have blood work and vet appointment to be able to get this prescription. Which we still don't have! And we have 2 more polls. Feels like they no longer are run like before and really don't care about our dog.

Update: Wilson is three years on from his double TPLO. He was a very hurting and sick puppy for a few days after the surgery, but was bearing weight right away. Within a month, it was all I could do to keep him from trying to resume his pre-injury practices such as sailing up onto the bed and boiling down the back stairs to bark at the neighbor's landscapers.

I was at my wits end, and happy about it. Today you would never know he was crippled once. He doesn't run as fast as he did, but he's almost 6. He runs, that's the thing. Gets the zoomies in the house after a walk, bounds up on the bed, chases his sister dog, swims ambitiously after the ducks in the lake, jumps for balls, and went on a 20 mile hike with us last summer and a 7 mile hike a couple weeks ago and nagged and chivvied us to hurry up the whole way.

A guy we met at the top of the trail laughed at us and asked which of the two dogs was the impatient one who barked every time we tried to rest. It was, of course, Wilson-dog. The care here is superb, the staff genuinely concerned and compassionate and clearly love pets, and the cost humane. This is where you should have your beloved pet treated for TPLO.

*climbs on top of a mountain and shouts* "WE LOVE DR CAMPBELL!" This dude is so nice, and he and his staff handle my 80lb wrecking ball of a bulldog so well. He needed TPLO surgery which sent me on a manhunt for a dr who does this procedure. (our -now former- vet hospital doesn't do surgeries of that nature). Not only does this place have great reviews (for good reason), the surgery cost was the best i was able to find within at least a few hundred mile radius from where we are in Bellingham.

If you are disenchanted with your vet and the prices, i highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you have a bulldog. It's really hard to find a dr that understands their quirks, and Dr. Campbell definitely does. Thank you sooo much College Way!

Dr. Campbell and his staff are excellent! They truly care about each pet and that pet's well being. They don't try and up sell you services you don't need. Dr. Campbell spends the needed time with you to explain the treatment plan. You don't feel rushed.

Dr Campbell and his team are more concerned about making your pets well than the amount of money they pocket. I felt beyond hope when my cat got sick for the 4th time in 4 years - I had spent thousands of dollars trying to make him comfortable, and was utterly broke when I called this clinic. It was my first time in; though I was having a kitty emergency, three other veterinarians turned me down and tried to send me to the only emergency vet clinic in the area whom I've not had good experiences with in the past.

Their team wiggled me in between appointments even though they were near closing, and Dr. C had him diagnosed only minutes after that. He was so kind and considerate talking about our options. He worked with my situation like no other medical provider (even the human kind) has ever done for me, and I got to take my cat home the very next day, right as rain.

In fact- he helped to come up with a permanent fix to Mr. President's (the kitty in question) problem, which I didn't even think was possible. Going above and beyond is what they do here, and I'll be telling everyone with animals great and small about this place.

I have been taking my pets to this clinic for years now. The quality of service has always been outstanding. We did have a mild emergency this week with one of our dogs Zoey. I called the office after closing just to see if I was lucky enough to get a answer about what I should do. No answer so I left a voicemail. Not really expecting a call back after hours, I started looking for a vet that was open late. Unbelievable my phone rings and the nurse says "We just received your message and Dr. C says to bring her in now". He just happened to be at the office late tending to patients still. This was way after closing and exceptional customer service. My family thank you!

Dr Campbell and his staff are wonderful. I brought my little dog in with a mouth in terrible condition and he took excellent care of her. I dropped her off in the morning before work and picked her up after. He saved and cleaned the teeth that could be and extracted the rest. I expected her to be drugged and dopey when I got her but she was happy as a clam and obviously feeling loads better. On top of it all, he gave us a huge discount on all the work she needed and I ended up paying much less than I was expecting to.

I went here about 3 years and finally switched vets. This place has never impressed me. The receptionist is consistently very rude and makes you feel like you are not wanted. The vet techs are nice enough but there are a lot of them and they are pretty much unnecessary during the actual visits, which makes me feel like I'm paying for their presence even though its never needed. Dr. Campbell is a capable vet, however, I was surprised that he had me billed for an "office visit" when I dropped in to get my dog a simple shot. Also, I had gotten a female dog spayed through him.

When she was in pain and I called, unnerved, he and his receptionist spoke to me like I was ridiculous for being concerned. They should have treated me with compassion and understanding as I worried about the amount of pain that dog was in.

My 2 dogs have been going to see Dr. Campbell for 3 years now. Everyone that works here has been nothing but nice to us every single visit and phone call. Dr. Campbell is easy to talk to, honest and compassionate. My dogs have been in for routine check ups, immunizations, teeth cleaning and at one point frequent labs, xrays and follow ups. His staff and himself are very approachable and willing to answer whatever questions you have in a timely manner and with honesty. I would definatly recommend this office to anyone seeking a vet!

My regular vet is too small to do dental work on our dogs, so we began using College Way Animal Hospital for teeth cleaning. After a few bad experiences I will never be back. After getting our dogs teeth done we checked around on prices and they are EXTREMELY high here. We chose not to have the anesthesia allergy test done for our dog's second cleaning because he had already had it only 6 months earlier and had the test done many times in the past.

The receptionist gave me the worst guilty trip implying that if I loved my pet I would get it done and I was a terrible pet owner for not doing it! We took our dog in for an emergency one morning and they said they could get him in right away and took him to the back. I asked to stay with him but was not allowed- 3 hours later they called me to say the doctor was just about to see him! Had I known they were going to take hours to look at his wounds I would have found somewhere else to take him immediately.

Affordable, Quality care. I have 3 little dogs (less than 25 lbs) and am full-time college student, so needless to say I usually don't have a lot of extra money floating around. CWAH have always been willing to work with me. They have CareCredit which has gotten my pups out of a few scrapes, and allowed me to slowly pay off their yearly preventative care at a slower pace.

All the staff are very friendly, including Dr. Campbell himself. I've been going there as needed for nearly 4 years now, never had a problem. My husband and I have never taken them anywhere else, and probably never will.
