This place is the best! They work with compassion and integrity. Twice in the past few years my dog got sick unexpectedly and they made her a priority and fixed her right up. Also, their prices are reasonable! Highly recommended.

I like and trust Pet Medical Center. I have the pet insurance plan and take both my dogs to Dr Todd. I won't go anywhere else. My pets are in good hands.

I had to edit my 5 stats to 1. Just one year later. 1 star because lack of followup, which likely is due to their "issues with our new system. " if they say they'll call you back, call them back. Everyday. Oh for a follow up call. Call them

I have been with this vet for 4 years now. I love them! I have always had a great experience with them and appreciate how kind and caring they all are. The doctors listen to my concerns and make me feel like my fur babies are their number one priority every time. The office is always clean and and even when they are super busy I don't feel rushed or like they have more important things to take care of. My dogs have never left there super anxious or scared.

Can't praise this pet clinic enough I have a 14 y/o black lab mix that I have started with this clinic several years ago. I needed to find a new clinic that was not so apt to push pills & find someone that would actually get to the bottom of whatever the problem was & go a natural route of helping with the presenting problem. I indeed found this in this clinic.

Our lab has had two Malignant Mast cell tumors, has a low thyroid & Adrenal tumor along with arthritis. Lately she's also had some abnormal lab work with her liver. We have her on natural supplementation for all her abnormal conditions & she's had improved results with her latest blood testing! Again I can't give enough praise to this clinic & all of its staff.

The attitude of all the staff is great, the demeanor of all staff is so different than the previous vet that I went to. I have no doubt that my lab is alive @ doing fairly good with all her medical conditions because of this Vet Clinic. Would highly recommend them

The Veterinary team is like family! They are always welcoming, take amazing care of my pets. I have been taking my feathered and furry pets to this clinic for about 30 years now, I wouldn't ever change clinics!

Dr. Coleman is an absolute miracle worker. When my dog's neck was injured, everyone else told me my options were risky surgery or painkillers which would shorten his life. My grandma recommended Dr. Coleman, and at first I thought dog chiropracty was a bunch of hocus pocus. Ten sessions later he was back to his old self, and has been for four years now. On the other hand, everyone else leaves so much to be desired.

The staff are passionate about animals and are very accommodating to special needs. Dr. Kristen is confident with reactive dogs and knowledgeable about animal health. We subscribe to the monthly care plan, which we find to be affordable and convenient. Grooming and pet supplies are located in the same building. In my opinion, Pet Medical Center is the best veterinarian in the Tri-Cities!

Update: 1.10.22 today they said they Dr are too busy to explain what shots the dog needs but they had plenty of time to explain the $400/yr wellness plan. This place is trash, charged $30 for poop sample check when you could see the 4 inch roundworm, they also didn't think wormer was a good idea for a puppy. We are leaving to get a new vet, so discussed.

We are very happy with our experiences! We became parents to fur babies in the middle of the COVID PANDEMIC - October 2020! The staff, doctors, and facilities are great! The quick transition to adhere to constant changes to state mandates during the pandemic were seamless! Our fur babes and all other animals in our city have a place to go! Glad to be part of this business and a very happy family we are!

I have been going to this practice for about 7 years. My dog passed away from kidney failure about 5 years ago. My experience had always been pleasent because all he ever had were regular vet check ups for weight, and as he got sicker we too him to the emergency clinic which was never a bad experience either. About a year ago, I took my 10 year old kitty in for a check up and getting her necessary shots.

Everything was normal, we got home, then we get a call from the veterinarian saying they gave my cat the DOG version of the vaccine. Although her side affects were only lethargy and upset stomach (which could have been way worse depending on which shot she was receiving), it is still very unprofessional and not acceptable for trained professionals to make such an inexcusable error.

Fast forward to about 2 months ago. Our year long preventative plan with this office was almost up so we decided to go ahead and get her blood drawn since it was included in our plan and it was recommended since she is getting older, and she is an outdoor kitty. This was about the only thing we trusted them to not mess up at this point since there first mistake was a very big one.

My cat is already petrified because of the commotion going on in the quiet examination room due to the loud assistants. As the two workers start drawing her blood, my cat immediately has an issue with it (which is to be expected) but they PINNED MY CAT DOWN and proceeded to draw blood until my cat got loose from their grip and ended up breaking the needle in her arm. SERIOUSLY!?

That much force needed on a 9 lb cat?! You'd think after my cat started to hiss and throw a fit that you'd stop and offer a different plan like sedation. But nope, I had to watch and listen to my cat suffer. After, they said "Maybe she would be better under sedation since we didn't even get enough blood to run any of the 9 tests." Reallly?

Maybe you could have thought about that when she first showed signs of discomfort before it took two of you putting full force on my cat to pin her against a metal examination table? SO HORRIBLE. I felt like such a bad pet owner for putting her through both of these situations and I felt awful for my cat because she was in so much pain and she wouldn't let anyone touch her for days.

Bottom line is we will NOT be returning to this practice or recommending it to anyone else. While our simple check ups and vaccinations prior to this were ok nothing special, the most recent visits have been absolutely terrible. For the best interest of your animal, STAY AWAY!

Have always had compassionate care for my fur babies. Dr. Cleveland has been helpful, patient and even saw us on her lunch break when we had an emergency today.

We've been taking 4 of our pets (3 dogs & cat) here for several years. Staff are always welcoming and compassionate. Each of the veterinarians have seen our animals over the years and all have been top notch. Dr. Cleveland has been seeing us the most and I find her to be very helpful and concerned about he well being of our animals. She's worked through some challenging issues with us and understood at times that we can not afford all the procedures available, without any guilt feeling.

I appreciate that they work with the on site store, but will also refer to other online locations as an option to save money too. Twice we've had to have end of life discussions about two of our pets, and they were very helpful and assuring. Gave us all the options we needed. We did have to say goodbye to one of them, and the entire teem made the processes easy, and as comfortable as possible for us as well as for our four legged friend.

Our first visit as we are new to the area. Very friendly office staff and front desk staff. Answered our questions knowledgeably, clean office, and treated our "baby" with care.

The first visit was an eye issue. I was given meds. and treated as though He had no time at all. We were rushed out of there. Very rude and short. The second visit not as rude or short, but no explanation of the nasty side effects of the meds. and proper way of giving them. Yes I should of asked, but silly me I trusted him that was my mistake. Three days after the visit my senior dog was getting pretty sick.

I called the vet. told them the symptoms asked them what to do. They said give probiotics for the bad diharea that he was getting from the drugs. I thought that sounded well actually stupid. I went online and looked up the drugs and side effects and what to do. I did not appreciate being blow off, and my dog's issues not taken seriously.

I'm new in the area and needed attention to our pet cat. The employees are courteous and friendly. They took good care of our pet. The price on the other hand.was more than double from the vet service we were "used to". I recommend, if possible, you check other locations for pricing 1st.

I adopted two kittens here last year, and as part of the adoption process, had to sign into a one year contract with their Prevent Plan. Everything was great during the adoption process--I applied, received a call approving my application a day later, and scooped up my kitties soon after. When I returned a few months later for their vaccinations, I saw the veterinarian for about five minutes before she had to attend to another emergency appointment (totally fine).

What surprised me was that even when I returned months after that to have my kitties spayed and for their post-op checks, I never once spoke to another vet. After their spays, I was handed my carrier by a front desk assistant in the waiting lobby & told everything was great. During their post-op checks, the assistants would wisk my carrier to the back since they were so busy and the rooms weren't "ready".

About 15 minutes later, I was told they looked fine. I had to set up an appointment when one of the spay incisions got infected; even then I didn't speak directly to the vet. They again took them to the back, determined my cat would need additional staples and antibiotics, and while I paid, my carrier and pet were returned to the front lobby.

The entire experience felt impersonal and rushed. I realize that they have a lot of pets to examine, but even so, a little more time to connect with the animal & owner would go a long way. If you don't mind indirect communication with the vet (through their assistants), this place is fine. Overall, I'm not impressed with service, and once my contract expires, I definitely plan to seek a different provider.

I took a sick kitten there and I was appalled at how uncompassionate the receptionist was. They wouldn't even look at this kitten and told me to take her to animal control. Before she suggested to just throw this kitten's life away with no remorse, but disgust rather, my intelligence was insulted because I told her I tried to take the kitty to the emergency care place on accident and she snapped at me in mid sentence that they are closed.

To sum up my experience there, I wouldn't take a dieing cat there, and that's exactly the kind of place you're supposed to take them; to a vet right? I would like to add that although the emergency care vet was closed across the parking lot, there was a receptionist there and she was very helpful and compassionate. I will wait until they open to take this poor kitty there.

I WAS satisfied with the expensive prices I paid there because the service and care were decent UNTIL my dog had an emergency. We were treated across the parking lot at the emergency veterinarian on a Sunday night after my 2 year old whippet opened up half of her side. Monday morning that vet suggested, since we were regular patients at Pet Medical Center, that we take her there for observation during the day.

They also gave specific post operative instructions. When I picked her up Monday evening none of the post operative items were done and I had a $180 bill for watching her sleep. The tech told me if I need dressings changed to bring her in at no charge. I brought her back Tuesday for a bandage change and to repeat the post operative instructions which they argued that I must not understand and then charged me $35 for $.50 of materials. Friday, after feeling stupid and belittled by Pet Medical Center, I went back to the emergency vet and they were appalled that the post operative care had not been completed as instructed four days prior! I will not be taking my animals back to this over priced vet that has better espresso than customer service!
