They cause the early death of my dog. Akillies was diagnosed with bone cane. I went to them for his leg amputation. The cost seemed low and the people friendly. Afterwards I asked about antibiotics. They claimed it wasn't needed for this type of surgery...not once but twice. 6 days later his wound swelled and looked and smelled wrong. Brought him in and was told they didn't know what the cause was gave me antibiotics and sent us home. 24hrs later we rushed him to the ER where I was told he was critical and in septic shock. He was rotting from the inside out. There was Nothing to do but say goodbye. They caused unnecessary pain to my dog and our family as well as draining our finances. All of which could have been avoided by giving him antibiotics after his surgery. Their negligence, stupidity and incompetence caused our dog's early death.

Claus Pass was able to get us in for a new pet visit in much less time than most of the other clinics in the area, and they were able to see both our kittens in one appointment rather than requiring two separate appointments.

We have been bringing our 3 dogs here for about 3 years after a few bad experiences at our previous vet. The staff is always super friendly, reassuring, and kind to us and our dogs. One of our dogs is blind and very needy and they are extremely patient with him and take their time letting him warm up to them. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. We really appreciate the care Dr. Evert and her staff provides for our babies.

This was our go to vet when we lived in Vancouver. This time we're traveling thru and our little guy, Jack, needed a rabies update. Always a pleasure to use this facility! Four paws up from Jack!

Dr. Chan, Maggie, & the front-desk staff are great! I recently relocated to the area with my aging 135 lb. dog. The entire staff is very patient and allowed me the time to explain all his symptoms. I'm very grateful for this place & their staff. Also, the amenities are great. The scale to weigh pets is floor-level & very convenient for large dogs. Little things like that made this a great first visit. Veryyyyyy kind staff!

We decided to give Claus Paws a go with our newest pup. The experience was so good, we decided to move our other pup from his vet.

We moved here recently and were worried about having to transfer to a new vet after being with our old vet (who we loved) for over 10 years. Claus Paws was one of the only vets in the area taking new patients so we gave them a shot. After having had a few appts already in the past year, I am so happy we ended up here. Claus Paws is so professional, organized and helpful.

The staff has been great and the vets have been incredibly communicative and thorough. All pricing so far has been up front and fair. I'm so happy they are caring for my pup!

We are a returning customer. The lead time for appointments is quite reasonable. They make a wonderful phone app available for tracking care, tests, appointments etc. The vet and vet techs were very nice to work with.

Nice place vet is intelligent and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices clean place relaxed inside. Only complain they are booked a lot so if you have emergency they recommend urgent care clinic for your pet or make appointment and see the vet in a few days.

They were more then helpful when we suspected something was wrong with our dog, they managed to squeeze us in when our regular vet wouldn't see us for 3 weeks. Turns out our dog has diabetes and they have been so supportive and helpful through her diagnosis and helping us figure out her new life as a diabetic dog. We switched over to them as our regular vet.

Oh my gosh! We are THRILLED with our experience here. We recently moved to the area and we have two senior, previously *extremely* vet-fearful dogs. All of that changed today. The tech and the vet (Paige and Dr. Evert) made our girls so relaxed, they were actually happy and wagging when we left! I'm still in awe. We are so, so relived and happy to have found this vet practice! Olive & Gracie thank you!

Took Bandit here for the first time. Everyone was so friendly. Loved the fact they didn't stick her on a table. They got down on the floor with her. We have our new vet!

I am quite upset. I set an appointment for my dogs shots and an exam due to chewing at his hind end. They took an ear swabbed and charged me $25 and also a swab of his hind end to see if he had an infection $30. I wasn't informed of these amounts prior to. Due to these extra costs I was not able to afford his regular vaccines. I am extremely upset over this. We miss Dr. Claus, she was an honest vet. We will be going elsewhere with both of our animals.

I used to really like this place, had been going here for years. We have two cats and they have always been professional, however over the last 3 years or so, they have been difficult to work with. For one of my cats, she is terrified of the cat carrier and car, so any vet visit is an ordeal. I scheduled her annual checkup to get her vaccines. Was there for an hour, paid and left.

A couple months went by and she needed a refill on her prescription flea/wormer meds. When I went to pick them up, they said they couldn't fill the prescription without a physical. I insisted she was just in a couple months ago for her annual checkup, and they said I'd have to bring her back, because that checkup was only for vaccines. Fast forward to the next year, bring her in because she was attacked by a neighborhood cat, and I scheduled an appointment for the following day.

My cat was scared, peed herself in the cat carrier, and somehow I made it to the vet on time with my injured cat and infant for the appointment.and they did not greet us or others at reception for just over 30 minutes, because they had a morning meeting session. (They should not book appointments at that time then!) Then recently, perhaps the last straw, I went to pick up my cat's monthly prescription (1x per month for 6 months).

They didn't have it. I asked when they will have it, not sure they will have to check. Then, I asked for a copy of the prescription to order elsewhere, their response it would take 24-48 hours to prepare it and they would call me to come back to pick up the paper for use at physical retailers, OR I can order online and have the online seller contact them.

Claus Paws (specifically Dr. Evert) was so very helpful, even from a long distance. They were quick to come up with solutions for my little one who was suffering from heart issues. Very compassionate, honest, and caring. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and beyond! Keep it up! Thank you again!

Been coming here for years. Both of our dogs love their vet and technician Brian! Makes your family feel very welcome. Able to adjust schedules to meet emergency needs. Couldn't recommended more.
