The following websites include comprehensive information on feline medical conditions, behavior, and medications. These sites are listed for information only. Feline illnesses cannot be diagnosed via the internet. If your cat is not well, consult a veterinarian immediately.
Urgent care for cats may or may not be feasible or practical at home, depending on the severity of the situation. If you feel your cat needs emergency care, please contact me at my home office (517-393-2287) or by cell phone (517-388-0045). We can discuss the best course of action. If you are unable to contact me in person, please call the Michigan State University Small Animal Emergency Service (517-353-5420). Your cat is vomiting multiple times and is displaying behavioral changes such as lethargy, hiding, not grooming, or not eating.
Prevent inappropriate elimination issues by making your cat's litter box appealing to your cat. Manufacturers that produce litter boxes and litter products place human needs above cat preferences. Cats prefer unscented, scoopable litter that is cleaned daily. They prefer large litter boxes that allow them plenty of room to reach and bury.

This "doctor" gave my cat a shot in the spine, didn't even take her from the crate in order to administer the injection. The needle wouldn't go in as the needle was touching a spinal vertebrae and this doctor kept on Jamming the needle into my cats spine. Since this bad injection my cat had petite mal seizures all day long until her death years later. Everyone kept saying it was the injection serum that my cat was allergic to but that's not what had taken place. I watched every horrible moment of it.
