Cat Hospital of Austin is so wonderful! Recently had my 1st time visit and everyone was so warm and welcoming. They are reasonably priced and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on certain products. Dr. Perceval-Leland gave me a call after my cat's exam and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. So glad I found my baby's furrever Veterinarian!

The only place I trust with my kitties. Dr. Leland and her team are thorough, kind and compassionate and have gone above and beyond many times. If you're looking for the best care for you feline family member this is it!

I live in Ft. Worth. A month ago, I called this clinic because they specialize in cats to see if they would schedule a televisit consultation for hairball control in my cat's digestive system. I explained in great detail the problem that vets up here only recommend Laxatone and that my cat vomits up the petroleum in the Laxatone product. I was looking for alternatives to help get the hairballs to pass through the system.

A televisit appointment was scheduled for a month out Today, a month since I made the televisit appointment, I received a call cancelling my televisit appt. for 4-11-22 because their staff erroneously made the appointment when they shouldn't have done so. The practice manager stated that televisits could only be done. after. the cat has been seen by one of their vets in person.

Practice manager also said the receptionist who scheduled the televisit was unaware of the policy. Issue, - the manager should be reviewing the patient appointment schedule and canceling appointments sooner rather than later. I lost a month of time trying to find other solutions - if the employee was not properly trained about basic reception policies and practices, that's a failure on the staff at the clinic If this veterinary practice does not train their staff about basic policies and practices, how well are the vet techs trained? Waiting a month for an appointment only to be called by the hospital staff the day before the scheduled appoint that they were cancelling my televisit appointment is: - bad judgement on their part - inconsiderate of potential and existing customers - caused me to lose time trying to find solutions for my cat.

As far as a positive review of this establishment, I honestly don't know where to begin. Whatever you value in a veterinary service, I personally believe you'll find it here in abundance. I recently had a situation where both of my cats were sick and needed medical attention, at the time I was using another vet service which I actually liked but when I contacted them I was unable to set an appointment for around 10 days.

I called around and Cat Hospital was the only service willing to take them in within 3 days. Also, HEARTBREAKINGLY one of my cats of only 2.5 years died recently. Soon thereafter, I received an email about his upcoming maintenance appointment and called to ask them to take him out of their system. The associate I spoke to was very sympathetic of course but a few days later I received a sympathy card with a personal note on it from about 8 people on their staff. I LOVE this place.

I have been bringing my cat here for about 6-7 years and the team is so great to be around. They are all well versed in cat care, and I appreciate how helpful everyone is. Covid has made vet visits unconventional (everywhere) but I think they are doing the best they can and it does not stop me from bringing my cat to them for appointments!

We recently moved from out of state and I was dreading the process of finding a good new vet for my two cats. Luckily, I hit the jackpot on my first try. Super wonderful staff, excellent care, reasonable prices, I couldn't be happier with the care my cats have gotten. This includes routine checkups and vaccine updates as well as a much-needed dental extraction and successful treatment of a chronic pancreatitis flare-up. Happy cats and happy owners.

My Sphynx cat, Sobe, absolutely loves to come in for her vet visits. which as most pet owners know is rather "unusual!" The staff are amazing and great with their furry/bald patients.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. We had taken our cat, Oreo, to a different vet and had an unpleasant experience. I called the Cat Hospital and they got us in for his three week boosters and an exam. They were kind and courteous when they came and got him and brought him back. My only complaint is that they don’t treat dogs

They always take great care of my cats! Dr. P-L, Chelsea, Lauren, Eliza and everyone else there truly love cats and are all super nice! Very knowledgeable and caring and more importantly get my kitties back on track when they don't feel good.

Cat hospital of Austin has been caring for our fur babies for the last 10 years and I can’t recommend them enough! Everyone is alway so helpful and I believe they care about every single animal that walks through their doors! They went above and beyond to help me rescue my latest ‘Angel’ and I can’t thank them enough!

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for the kind hearted people who work here. I rescued a cat that had hypatic lipidosis, and these wonderful souls saved his life. It was a very long, hard road, but they were there every step of the way. No matter how many times I would call, or how many questions I had, they were always there for us. At one point, I was very discouraged, and they may not know it, but they are what pushed me through it.

I would recommend Cat Hospital of Austin to ANYONE who has a cat. I have always brought my cats here for regular check ups and other non emergencies, the prices are fair, and they all treat you like you are part of the family! They really showed me that there are good people in this world, and don't see your animal as dollar signs, as most vet offices do.

I cannot thank this amazing group of people enough, I was truly blessed to have them during this very trying time. So, if you want good people taking care of your cats, who won't gouge you on prices, this is the only place to go.

Great atmosphere with cat-loving staff and cute resident cats. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other vets. After taking my 11-year-old cat there for a regular checkup, I definitely plan on making this my regular vet. Updating my review to let folks know that I ended up adopting two kittens from Cat Hospital of Austin, and now I go there for all three of my cats!
