The care for cats at this place is obvious. My family had a sad experience and the staff were so kind all the way thru. They deserve many more than 5 stars!

I brought Lucky near the last few appointments of her life. I didn't like the former vet clinic I had for her. When it was time to bring in my baby at the end, they took such good care of Lucky AND ME! They sent me a card at my home with words and photos on the cover of the 2 cats on the card to console me! On the card looked just like Lucky and the other one looked just like my Tootsie that had died in 2015 (and they never even met Tootsie!) Today Country Cat takes care of my Sucre.

Very thankful I found this cat clinic! The clinic itself is very quaint and has a calm vibe, along with beautiful birds and nature surrounding it. The entire staff was very kind and the nurses were all super sweet with my Millie girl. Went for a second opinion after going to a vet who was not capable of diagnosing her nonetheless examining her (due to her spit fire attitude with strangers and anxiety).

They would put her in a room alone for an hour and waited until she would "chill out" and would always make comments upon her arrival about her "bad rep". Although a little difficult to get her out of the crate, she did very well and even allowed Dr. Larson to pet her, and examine. Dr. Larson is a gem. She came in very calm and asked a lot of questions which I always appreciate.

She befriended Millie with a Churu cat treat and even provided some grade A catnip (my cat was drooling and I've never seen this, lol). Additionally I saw everything from cat calming mists to whip cream. They have everything you could think of. She went through all of Millie's previous history and provided a lot of great information on her condition as well as behavioral health information.

We now have a plan of action on how to treat Millie. I am very optimistic and can't think this cat clinic enough, and Dr. Larson. You all were definitely meant to do what you do. Thank you all so much!

Country Cat Clinic is simply the best! You can tell they all care about their patients and it's really nice to have someone who specializes in cats. The staff and doctors are helpful and flexible. I had an appointment with 2 of my cats and noticed that my 3rd was having issues throwing up the morning of the appointment. I panic called them 30 minutes before the appointment and they let me bring her in with the other 2, no issues! They have helped me with 2 cats with dental issues and one with auto immune issues, I could not recommend them enough

The staff is super nice and attentive to our needs. They handled our cats with extreme care and patience. The price is a little more expensive than other places, but you're paying for a quality experience. I will continue to take our cats to them.

I have been taking my 2 kitties to Country Cat Clinic for checkups and medical issues. The staff, veterinarians and technicians do a wonderful job. They are so kind and caring of our kitties and to me (the human kitty mom) as well. The facility is very pleasant, too; clean and comfortable and in a lovely natural setting, too.

We love taking our kitties here. They have our Danny a new lease on life when he had a blocked urethra and kidney stones. They worked with us to find a way to cover the cost after we had already dropped over $1k at the emergency vet(who didn't actually fix him). Outstanding care, honest conversations, and a loving place to have your kitties treated. :) Xoxo, Ruby & Danny Kellie & Cole

Very helpful staff with best interest for your cat in mind. Once your cat has had its first visit it is easy to get help. Phone system directs you to appropriate line for service. This vet offers dental services as well.

They take excellent care of my elderly cat! I have him shaved twice a year because his hair is so long, it keeps him cool in summer and cleaner potty wise too! He loves the attention, and the treats too!

We were looking for a Feline only clinic after we adopted our purebred Seal point Siamese cat. The breeder (Katz Meow Cattery) had a feline-only vet for all of her cats. We wanted the same and that one was too far away from where we live. Did a Google search and Bingo, Country Cat Clinic just a few miles away. Made an appointment for a first evaluation/meet and greet.

Great location in a rural area with farms and horses. Nice quaint building. Very friendly staff. Julie the certified Vet Tech was really nice. Treated our Chelsea really well. Dr. Jennifer Travers was so nice, caring, and thorough in her evaluation check-up. Spent time just to get to know us and our Chelsea. Both Julie and Dr. Travers sat on the floor with our cat.

Never had that before. Knowledgeable caring staff in all ways. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice view out the window. We are so happy to be here and will be coming back for all of our cat's needs. Thank you Country Cat Clinic. It is very nice and reassuring to be in a clinic that knows and understands Cats.

Such a cute building, everyone was really sweet. The environment was calm and small but honestly, the bigger waiting rooms are kinda stressful feeling so I liked that it felt more like a home than a vets office. My cat liked it too, Quentin made herself comfortable right away climbing on the counter (sorry again about that!). The room itself is also fairly simple, the bench was kind of uncomfortable but I would imagine it's a hard wood seat so that it can be easily cleaned off so I don't mind my bum being uncomfortable if it means a more sanitized area. Quentin also appreciates the window and ledge next to the vet table so she could see all the birds outside.

The few women who saw my cat were very sweet, talked me through what they were doing and made the experience very personable. I'm also a college student on a budget so when I let them know that, they also helped me prioritize what should be taken care of first to help not make my wallet cry too much. This was my first trip to this vet and I, like most cat people, LOVE my cats so it was nice to go to e vets office that treat all cats like their own. I strongly recommend this place :)

Absolutely LOVE this place--and have so much respect for the staff especially Dr. Racey. My sweet girl Zoey had lived her whole life with FeLV (5 1/2 years) and never showed any signs until the disease quickly took over. I quickly found this clinic and decided I wanted to take Zoey somewhere that specialized in cats. Dr. Racey was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with us from the very beginning until the end.

She provided us with all of our options, kept us constantly updated, and always made herself available whenever we had any questions or concerns at all as we went through the process of having a cat that was dying. I can't say enough good things and will be forever grateful for the support and services that were provided to us. My husband and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their cat.

Very happy with the service. Just transferred care after a move. Comprehensive exam, quick dental cleaning, printed out progress note at the end and thorough explanations. Reasonably priced as well!

I've been using Country Cat Clinic since 2010. Dr. Racey and Dr. Kaufeld have been fabulous under very trying circumstances. My two Maine Coons came to me as older cats with lots and lots of problems. That means I spent a lot of time at Country Cat Clinic and experienced first-hand the patience and empathy that makes this practice unique. After four years battling everything from tooth extractions to allergic reactions, both boys developed cancer and had to be euthanized within 5 months of each other.

I couldn't have made it through the diagnoses, surgeries, medications, and difficult decisions without these two amazing vets. Not everything turns out the way we want it to, but the process really really matters. I only wish they could be my own doctors.

Still in love with this place. This time The Dark One (our black cat) was the sick one. She hadn't jumped up anywhere in days, kept yelping if we touched her back, just very scary behavior. I called on a Thursday and was able to get an appointment for the very next day in the afternoon. The Dark One was acting like she was in SO much pain at this point, so we were extremely grateful for the quick appointment.

We ended up opting for x-rays, blood testing and giving The Dark One pain killers. You could tell she IMMEDIATELY felt better with the pain killer in her system. The staff were wonderful and handled The Dark One gently, but made sure she was safe. She did NOT like getting an IV of fluids, but she really needed it. The staff also made sure I was safe and allowed me to wait outside the room while she had shots and the IV, since I can't get a cat bite (I'm pregnant and you can't take antibiotics while pregnant).

They prescribed some medications and suggested some things to try to get her feeling better, and I'm happy to report she's finally feeling like herself again :) They spent about 3-4 hours JUST on The Dark One. I feel extremely happy and comfortable bringing my cats here, and will continue to do so. You can tell everyone on staff adores cats and wants to make sure they're all happy and healthy. (Can I give them ten stars? Because they're amazing.)

I take my cats here. I really like Dr. Racey and her associate for the specialized care they give to cats. I wish it was closer to my house, but it's well worth the 25 mile drive. My nine year old Bengal cat almost died four years ago and they and the specialist helped save his life. He was in liver failure which reversed itself with medication and luck.

Dr. Racey and Dr. Kaufeld are amazing! Helpful, caring, and trustworthy.all the qualities you want when trusting someone with your pets.

Cat only veterinarian clinic is the way to go if you have a pet cat. I wish I had realized this sooner! What a vast difference between this clinic and other veterinarians in the area! My cat was diagnosed a couple of months ago with chronic renal failure (CRF) by another vet. The vet did not seem knowledgeable about the various tests to conduct or treatments to provide.

A quick internet search led me to a website called Tanya's Comprehensive Guide to CRF. http://www.felinecrf.org/ I learned about the different tests and treatments and asked the former vet about them and she seemed confused about what I was talking about. I was angry and discouraged. I decided to find a cat-friendly clinic and came upon Country Cat Clinic. Dr. Reese at Country Cat Clinic knew a lot about the things I had read.

She also suggested other tests (without guilt or pressure) and found out that my cat had high blood pressure and a kidney infection! My kitty was put on BP medicines and antibiotics for her infection. She is doing much better and seems herself again. I am more than pleased. You can tell Dr. Reese really likes what she does and knows her stuff! I would have given this clinic 5 stars, but like Katie D said, the office staff is less than perfect.

One technician gave me an incorrect dosage on my cat's BP medicine and her pressure went up again! They aren't overly friendly either. The clinic is a little tricky to find at first. Look for barns with blue roofs and horses out front!

I have been to a lot of vets. I am endlessly chock full of sick cats. But luckily, due to a chance sighting by my dad I found the Country Cat Clinic. And they are truly top notch. Dr. Kaufeld is really awesome. She really and truly takes the time with our animals that we need. She answers endless amounts of questions, even about cats not under her care.

She just always goes above and beyond. She is also very honest. You can count on her being honest about what you need and not up selling you on what you don't. The pricing is good. I never feel like I am being ripped off, the revisits are generally free or reduced. Not sure about the pricing structure here, but it is very fair and reasonable.

The facility is clean, I've never had any concerns here. It is actually next to a house, so you have to watch for it - don't miss it. But really and truly, if you are looking for great care for your cat, you should come here. Thank you, Dr. Kaufeld. Lilo and Stitch thank you too!
