Our dog Mabel became very ill. We could not get in to see our regular vet and the first four emergency vets we called also could not take her. Our vet recommended CVRC, so I called them and they were able to see Mabel. Once I arrived they got Mabel in right away, but they were very busy and had to wait a while before they could do a thorough exam (almost exactly how long they estimated).

During our wait and in fact through the whole experience, the person up front, Olivia, was incredibly gracious and kind. When we finally saw Doctor Silka, the news was not good. We discussed options and decided to take Mabel to pass away at home. Doctor Silka and Olivia respected our decision and did all they could to make Mabel as comfortable as possible.

We took her home and sat with her until she passed at 2:45 am. She was a wonderful, sweet dog and losing her was crushing, but the folks at CVRC at least made her last hours as comfortable as possible. I could not recommend them more highly, for their kindness, courtesy, compassion, and professionalism.

My dog is still in pain! I paid $500 to get my dogs claw removed and it's still there. When I called to ask some questions like " what did my $500 pay for if not to remove his nail." Staff was rude and I felt dismissed. My dog is like my child. If I had experienced the attitude or read these reviews prior I would have never gone there. If anyone can help or knows of place that cares that my dog is still hurting.

I work, however my paychecks barely cover my rent and his food. It was not easy to come up with the $500 and it were myself.i would just deal with the pain, It's my Hammer. We need an answer to prayer a blessing. please and Thank you! blessing.

Had a great experience with my new kitten. They were very helpful in explaining everything they were going to do and gave me a run down of everything they would be doing. We booked out all our appointments and everything is all ready to go. Everyone in this office was so nice and always a pleasure to be around. I've recommended this place to a few of my friends. I love it here! :

Had an emergency with our dog who ate some medicine, chewed through the heavy plastic bottle and child proof lid. They had me call the poison center first to see if I had to bring her in. They were great in treating her and kept her overnight. We knew it would be expensive but no other option with our new puppy. They connect with your vet and poison control so that everyone is informed. We are very grateful to the crew and doctors especially since they were slammed with surgeries and emergency pets.

I can't be thankful enough for the services provided by the veterinarian staff at Cascade. I was recommended here by my regular vet for my dog to be seen immediately due to urinary strain and blood in the little urine that was produced. I called ahead and was immediately seen. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions. The doctor went above and beyond to rule out any possible and all causes. Yes, it was an expensive visit, but in my eyes it was all necessary procedures to ensure proper care for my dog's immediate wellbeing. Bodie is doing much better.

And I was provided an immediate plan of action (to address his infected bladder and enlarged prostate), home care, and a VERY detailed visit and discharge. I see why my regular vet recommended this facility. I will be coming here in the future for all emergency visits. Thank you again Dr. Nyboer and assisting staff for your calming care and professionalism!

We had a very positive experience with CVFC. Our 18 year old cat, Dora, got very ill late on a Friday. I took her to a different vet "hospital". We waited over 3 hours for a vet who in the end, after having our kitty for 45 mins, provided no treatment and then refused to treat her. The staff came to our car right away. I authorized blood and urine tests before they even asked.

They immediately gave her fluid, pain and nausea medication. Her kidney disease was stable based on the blood work. She wasn't crying out in pain anymore. Just with that little supportive care, she was so much better! We brought her home and have been reintroducing food very slowly. She is much better! Thank you so much for your kindness and care.

Absolutely adore the staff and atmosphere I can tell they have there. My dog had a TPLO procedure done and they were extremely thorough in explaining procedures, going over care, going over financial expectations, giving updates, answering any and all questions happily, and I could tell took great care of my pup! Sarah specifically made me feel as though my pet would be cared for like family while away from us during this stressful time! Thank you to all the great staff and Dr. Spall for a successful procedure.

My dog Minnie was really sick and I knew she needed to go to the vet but the only problem was that it was 11 PM. The emergency clinics are scarce these days and no one could take her as they were full! Long story short my dog gets aggressive at the vet and usually needs medication so I was nervous to take her. When I called cascade and told them everything they said to bring her in!

Not only did she get premium care they said she was really good.and that made me happy! She spent the night and was released the next day and the entire staff there treated us great! I would highly recommend this place! Thanks again to awesome vets and their staff!

I cannot thank this place enough. My cat had a major issue with continuous vomiting, panting, and hiding. She was having problems laying down and I was worried she wouldn't last the night. After being, what I considered, rejected from the first emergency room I was in, we went here. They offered to keep an eye on her all night to make sure she was doing better.

They ended up keeping her for two nights, gave us medication, and a list of specialist to go to after they found signs of inflammatory bowel disease. After I brought her home, I called them in panic a couple of times, where they calmly answered my questions and were willing to bring her back in if I had any problems. They are absolutely amazing. My cat is okay for now and we have to wait for the specialist, but without Cascade, she may be way worse. Thank you for everything and thank you for treating my baby with care and love.
