I had the worst experience at this veterinary not once not twice but three times! Took my pregnant Frenchie in for a C section and to get tested to see if she was ready & got sent home told that my dog was not ready and I had to watch her for a couple of more days. Went home and not even 20 minutes had past when my dog starts going into labor, which is extremely dangerous for frenchies since they can't really birth on their own.

My dog was already starting to push them out, luckily I called another vet in town and they were able to get me in for an emergency C-section but we unfortunately lost the pup she had already started to push out! Extremely disappointed in this veterinary and will definitely never be taking my pets there anymore. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Brought my cat in with an infection and they were great. It was clean, a very friendly staff, and the vet I saw was amazing. I could tell she really cared, and they are reasonably priced! I made an appt to have my kitty spayed in a few weeks, which includes vaccinations. I would trust them to take care of all my pets.

My cat ate fertilizer and got really ill. He did not have a vet yet, as he's a kitten. So I found Cascade! And what a blessing! I was so strapped for cash so I just went in and they went above and beyond with what I could afford! The very next day Blackberry was already feeling better. I couldn't thank them enough, he truly is my best friend and they knew that! Thanks y'all!

The staff here was very friendly but when it came to attending to my pet they were scared of him even though he was muzzled and on a leash. The assistant that was giving him a sedative had to stick him 3 times before he was able to actually inject the medicine into my dog. And then each time I had gotten him calm and relaxed(with the muzzle off as requested from the staff) so the vet could examine him--one of the staff would open the door and I would have to remuzzle him and then spend another 20-30 minutes to calm him again.

They acted like my dog was able to bite them even with a muzzle on. After having to give my dog 2 doses of sedative they were still unable to complete a complete exam on my poor puppy. Then the bill happened and that was just as bad as their service to my dog. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I love this place! Have 2, 1 y/o male Malamutes that started getting aggressive and fighting each other for dominance. Our original vet told us to wait until 18 months so they sort of left us screwed when things turned south. Called almost every vet in the state for a netuer; because of covid either no one is taking new clients or they are booked several months out. Cascade got me scheduled a week out from my call.

They assured me they could handle the aggressiveness; when I showed up for the apt they allowed me to bring my problem child through a back entrance. They handled everything with ease, made sure his path was clear so there were absolutely no tiff ups! I loved all the staff, even the ones I didn't talk to all seemed to have a smile on their face and enjoy their job!

They knew I was from out of town (5 hours) and got my boys in and out first so I could head home early. Normal check out time is about 5, I got a call at 11:30! They were pricier than I would have liked but I was happy to pay to get me out of the situation I was in. Even though I live far away they are worth the drive and the price for me! One thing I would like to see changed, no one could give me a price over the phone of the cost; I did receive an email 2 days before my visit explaining in detail a high and low bid that I could easily select what I wanted or didn't.

This clinic has the most confused staff i have ever dealt with. They just seem to do what ever they please to pets brought to them and their prices are far higher than any other vet. So even they have had a couple decent vets working there, there is no way of telling if you get lucky enough to get one of them and have the office personal give them the correct instructions.

These guys were awesome, able to help us in a panic on Sunday. Very quick, friendly and took the time to walk us through all options and explain everything being done. Drove over and hour to go there, would definitely recommend for all vet needs!

My experience left much to be desired. While the staff I spoke to while scheduling the appointment was kind, as well as the gal who actually administered the euthanasia was very kind and compassionate - the experience I've had with hidden fees, total non transparent fee schedules, and flat out inaccurate information on what cremation services cost - I was billed a total amount of $705 to put my dog down.

I didn't see an itemized bill until after services were rendered, my card was charged, and only after I requested a copy. While they did try to remedy the situation, and offered a small refund, I felt incredibly taken advantage of in an emotional situation. I will not be back, and wouldn't recommend them to someone else. I am new to the area - cascade was recommended by multiple people, it's really a shame that this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth.

The final nail in the coffin was the price they quoted for the cremation services ( from a 3rd party business) was $70 lower than the actual service cost. I don't understand how this vet clinic could have missed the mark SO FAR - But they did, almost every step of the way.

I have had a dog for the past 16 years. They were great when he was a young puppy. But they slacked so dang bad when he was older. It was a week ago my dog got sick, we took him there they told me "give him the antibiotics he would get better in a week." It's been a week and he just got put down today. Do better. Lost a costumer. Hope no one ever goes through this.

There are excellent vets working at this place, who pay attention, answer questions, and are thorough and informative and explain all options. There are also one or two vets here that are NONE of the above. Hopefully your pet is treated by the first vets described.

I had Selah Vet for yrs and never thought I'd been able to find a vet as caring as they are. Cascade took us in as new clients at a time we needed to find a vet. They took care of our little Boo on her last day. Thank-you for the care and kindness you had given us that day.

Fantastic. From the front desk efficiency to the surgeon talking to us about the procedure and follow up. Seems like Cascade Vet has a good system of taking care of all the various needs of the animals and keeping their owners informed.

Today was one of the worst visit ever. Forgetting the oath you take in giving the best medical care for your patients. They might be pets. But, they have human parents that will speak for them. It would've been nice if we had received a little bit of sympathy and compassion. Instead of being just another number. Sorry, for being such a burden to your day. Thank you so much for the worst service ever!

Our kitty became sick, and we live in Oroville. We drove 150 miles one way because they were the only vet open on Saturday that could get us in. They were incredibly friendly and caring, professional, and thorough. The prices were reasonable and you can tell they really care about the animal patients they see.

They did an awesome job helping my pet, BUT we're not up front about how much it would cost. I was asked to pay $1,098.00 when I dropped off my pet. I was told that it may cost a little more or a little less than that, and they'd let me know when I picked up my pet. After two days had passed. I was told that the bill was nearing the $2,000.00 range.

This was on top of what I'd already paid. The pet was there for one week. The vet wanted to keep my pet longer. Ultimately I had to pull my pet from treatment. The final bill was 2,984.00. The total bill was over $4,000.00. Big difference huh? I wouldn't have minded if they had been honest with the cost from day one.

My dog has anxieties. And when the staff first came out to speak with me, he started barking and couldn't control himself. Staff were very understanding and empathetic. They brought am muzzle for him. Is cost he wasn't impressed by it, he did put up a struggle, but I would have too. They still treated him.

Excellent service and very efficient and kind. My 4 month old Aussie needed surgery for fractured tibia and despite being VERY busy over Thanksgiving holiday, the surgery was done that week. Dr. Johnson came in just to take care of "Camp" even tho he was not scheduled and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. Thank you and blessings. Highly recommend this clinic.
