So glad I found this place! All the staff, receptionists, technicians, and the vet herself were all extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. I brought my two dogs in to catch them up on vaccines, flea medication and teeth cleanings. They explained everything thoroughly, made recommendations, were not at all judge mental (my dogs teeth are in poor condition) and gave me plenty of options and time to ask questions.

I never felt rushed, judged or like an inconvenience. They also seem to have reasonable prices, even for teeth cleanings! I was super impressed with my first visit and highly recommend!

Covet is here but all businesses are open all doctors are seeing patients and the fact that we still cannot go and check our dogs into Cascade animal clinic is ridiculous. They know it, and we know as customers what's going on, many other vets are seeing customers everybody's living their normal life. The fact that when you call them that they will not take an appointment till 2 months out is another absurdity. I've been going to Cascade for 20 years and I would always be able to call and get an appointment within a few days now they want to charge me for an emergency appointment to see me in a time frame that would normally just be a normal fee. They are taking advantage of our community that has supported them for many many years. Shame on them.

We have used this vet for years. Very nice people. Prices are comparable or less then other local vets. Sometimes a little hard to get in to especially since covid. If you can book ahead. It takes anywhere from 6 weeks to a few months to get a appointment but worth the wait if your can

Everyone was easy to deal with. For. My retired budget I would really have appreciated a senior discount on the x rays they gave my dog. But while my dog is still recovering, I believe my dog is doing better.

I love this place. They explained to me very detailed information as to how they would treat my old man puppers. When the vet comes in and speaks to him in a sing song voice like i do i was hooked. save tons of money with their health plans!!

Was a client with this clinic for over 8 years. After consecutive times of effectively being "blown off" when I was asking for a simple consultation I went and found a new vet. One phone call later I was able to get an appointment on a reasonable date. Since they clearly have no loyalty to their long term customers you shouldn't have any loyalty towards them.

I told Sabrina 3 times my cat was breathing weird and again I told a tech when I brought her in for routine bloodwork. This place is so frustratingly busy, they don't have time to properly care for your family. She was ushered through like an assembly line and never checked her breathing and when I asked the tech about her breathing, she looked dumbfounded and said she would ask the vet.

Never happened. I ended up taking her to the ER on a Friday and cascade called me on Monday to check on her and I told them how bad she was doing, yet still refused to make time for her or see her based off the notes from the ER. My girl ended up getting treatment with another vet and Cascade continued to call in the following weeks to check on her. Why? What good did that do for any of us? I'll never bring a beloved pet to this place ever again.

My large dog has not had good experiences with veterinarians. She has been very reactive and had a lot of trouble, so we needed to be with her to try and keep her calm. Due to the pandemic, this office has been seeing patients sans their owners, but they were happy to work with us and see both dogs, at the same time, in their back yard. The little dog needed some serious ear cleaning, which they handled very well, and they were able to work with the larger dog and give her a really positive vet experience, which she desperately needed. I am almost looking forward to the next time we take her in!

It's difficult when you can't be in the clinic with your pets but Dr Rosen stayed on the phone with us discussing treatment options until we came to a decision. I think my pups are in good hands.

I recently had to have my cat of 12 years put down. The vet explained what they were giving her and what the effect would be. I was able to be with her the whole time too. The nurse was so kind and caring and kept offering words of kindness about losing a pet. They made a negative situation a little more bearable and I am forever grateful. Thank you, Cascade!!

Now that enough time has passed, I believe I can leave an honest review. In April of this year, my dog became very bloated, and since he had been diagnosed with a heart murmer, I took him in thinking that was the cause. The clinic is only doing curbside pick up at this time, despite the fact that they told me I would be allowed to come in with my dog, who is terrified of the vet.

I get there and was told no, I could not come in. I allowed them to take him inside. About 20 minutes later, I get a call from the vet, who apparently couldn't be bothered to come outside to give me the horrible news that my dog had a tumor in his spleen that was bleeding into his abdomen causing the bloat. He was terminal with hemangiosarcoma.

She went on to tell me that there was an experimental surgery available at OSU but aside from that, there was nothing we could do. She even had the temerity to mention euthanasia that day. With me not being allowed inside! I said no please bring dog out. Though she did apologize, I found it very cold and heartless that NO ONE could be bothered to be human here and realize that a member of my family was dying and come outside to talk to me, give me advice or options.nothing.

When they did bring Harley out to me, I received NO paperwork regarding or explaining his diagnosis and what I had just been told, just the bill and a tech saying "sorry" Dr Willenberger was the vet that day. Do not use this vet if you love your pet like family becasue these people are about as cold and lacking compassion as you can get. I had to go home, after being left outside crying in their parking lot for 30 minutes, a Google all could find out about his diagnosis.

Cold and heartless is my review of this clinic. Too bad they lost Dr. Callahan, who was our regular vet there as he was wonderful, but I can understand why he left a practice as heartless as this one.

I take both of my pets to Cascade Animal Clinic and I never want to take them anywhere else! All of their employees demonstrate outstanding customer service. They're friendly, considerate and very understanding. They do their best to keep costs down and have a wonderful facility. I recommend them to anyone who will listen!!! If you want the best care, take them to Cascade Animal Clinic.

They helped diagnose my cat, Fish, with anxiety and provided some excellent solutions for her health. We've settled on a calming food for her after many calls and questions and almost needing surgery. Throughout the duration, they were nothing but kind and concerned for the health of my moderately chubby cat. I highly appreciate that they offer multiple solutions, from traditional medicines, natural medicines, and prescription foods.

They've helped immensely with my young dog Bert (pit mix). He had a swollen paw recently and I was unable to get an appointment right away with Cascade (in general they are outstanding about last minute appointments, but have been very busy this summer). I took him to another vet, who did their best, but they're just not as friendly or welcoming. 4 weeks later another visit (this time to Cascade) and they were able to pop a weed seed out of his swollen paw!

We took out Staffie mix Lou for basic vet care & then surgery for a lipoma on his elbow. Everyone has been AWESOME! Lou has anxiety around strangers & they were all so patient & kind. Special thanks to Racheal for developing a special bond with Lou...you are a rockstar!

I love this place! I’ve bounced a few places not really loving the service I or my animals were getting till I found Cascade. I will always 100% recommend here over all places. I feel that I can be over-bearing and overly protective when it comes to my fur babies so I have high expectations when it comes to their care and cascade delivers. I trust my animals with them and that means a lot to me. I love the staff as they’re always so friendly and listening to what I have to say or any concerns I have. Thank you Cascade Animal Clinic for all that you do!

Every time we bring in our boys Charlie and Pablo, they are given great care and lots of love by the doctors and all of the staff! We live 45 miles away and there’s a lot of vet clinics between home and Cascade but we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This business does not encourage new customers. Their sign is hidden from view if driving north on Centennial. I had an appointment at 1:00. I have a sick kitty who needs surgery. I get there 10 mins early. Parking lot empty. Call message says we're closed. Be back Monday. I left. Checked my messages before took kitty out of the car no message. Called when I got home they were open. There's a sign on the door " out to lunch" can't see it from the car Didn't bother to leave me a text message while I was driving. So, disappointing communication skills. My take too busy to take new customers. Bad front office management.

Very nice staff, nurse, and doctor. If I didn't live an hour away I'd make them my main vet. Arthur says "thanks Cascade Animal Clinic for being so nice and taking care of my microchip and sutures." You have a great, profesdional team that seem to love what they do, thank you from Arthur's dad!

We had taken our dog here for several years and for the most part been very happy, other than they had been charging us way to much for prescriptions. So we switched and were getting at Allivet and reduced are bill by $100 a month. Did not seem like a big deal because this seems to fairly standard with vets, today they told us they can no longer send out prescriptions and if we want it we have to drive and get it, meanwhile my dog is out of his pills and I will get to pay for next day air, but will still be a savings. Allivet sent out three requests for a prescription and Cascade Animal hospital ignored them and never called us,

I have been taking my Shih Tzu's to Cascade Animal Clinic for many years. The Staff at Cascade is welcoming and understanding of our little people with fur's medical needs. I believe that Dr. Kelli Rosen is one of the finest Veternarian's in the area and her ability as a Veterinarian Surgeon has no equal. Noelle Brewer

We went here again recently and saw the head vet. It's been a few days so I do not recall his last name, but it was a completely different experience. He was amazing. He took the time to speak with us, didn't push any expensive services, and was warm and compassionate. The next time we need an appointment I will be sure to ask for this vet. I believe he might the founding doctor.

I would like to say that I am very disappointed in Cascade Animal Clinic. I had heard their advertisements on my radio station. So I tried them out. I am very sorry I did. The only thing they want is your money. My dog, Gibbs was very listless and not eating. I took him in and saw Dr. Polk. He diagnosed him with pancreatitis. Did not take his temp.

Put him on pain meds and a treatment for hypo-thyroid. Gave him fluids and sent him home. He did not get better. Took him back, saw a different vet, Dr. Wilberger. She asked why Gibbs was not on antibiotics? (Good question) So she took his temp(105.4) not too concerned. Gave him more fluids and two types of antibiotics, probiotics, acid reflux meds. Sent him home.

We are now giving our poor Gibbs 15 different pills during various times of the day. He still is not getting better. After 5 visits for advise and fluids, Dr. Callahan after reviewing Gibbs chart said that they had done all they could and recommended a specialist (REALLY! We had now spent just over $1000 and my poor Gibbs was worse off now than before I had brought him in) I hung up and looked around for another vet for a second opinion.

I called Santa Clara Veterinary Clinic. They got us in that afternoon. Took his temp (106) and immediately said he needs hospitalized. Wrote us up an estimate for between $600-800. Kept him overnight. The next day his fever had broke. But still was not eating. Kept him two more nights. By the third day he was well and ready to come home. The final cost.$481.

Our Gibbs has made a full recovery. Dr. Barkhurst and her staff called every day for a week to check on our Gibbs. If this site gave negative stars I would choose -10. The vets at Cascade are uncaring people out to steal as much money as you are willing to fork over to save your beloved pet. Not impressed.

This has been my vet for over 5 years, they keep getting better. They have moved to a larger building and have a lot of great staff. My dog has been terminal for 5+ years, his previous vet said he was too old for treatment & wouldn't live much longer (when he was a 10yo #85 dog). Cascade was more optimistic & has worked with my personal approach on natural healing without issue, now he's 15yo & happy.

Recently my cat has become ill with what appears to be an aggressive cancerous growth that has already been affecting her bone health. she got sick during a very difficult financial period in my life but Cascade has been able to work miracles within my tiny budget. they have gone above and beyond to help me with my dying sphynx kitty I absolutely recommend them.

The experiences I've had at cascade animal clinic have been ok, not great. I started going to them when i first moved to the area and have been a few times now. Not impressed with the service or care my dog received. The very first time I went in the vet gave me a quote for a very expensive surgery to have a benign tumor removed from my dog. The experience was unsettling knowing the vet would put an animal through unnecessary surgery.

I have always had good experiences with the vet and nurses as far as how they care for my two dogs and one cat. The problem began once my animals started getting prescribed maintenance medication. My cat needed a special urinary cat food that you can only get with a prescription. My dogs needed Comfortis flea meds that also need a prescription. Cascade Animal Clinic outright refused to give me a written prescription so that I could purchase these maintenance items online for a significantly lower price.

The lady at the counter explained to me that it wasn't "safe" and that "the doctor would back" her. I had paid for my office visit and I had even bought the first doses from them; still they refused to give me a written prescription. I have spent thousands of dollars with them for office visits and also a surgery on my cat. I was left with the decision of either allowing this level of service and paying inflated prescription prices, or finding a new vet. I decided to find a new vet and I would not go back to Cascade Animal Clinic.

I live very close to this clinic and had a bit of an emergency with my cat. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment the very same morning. I was so impressed with the lack of waiting time (which can sometimes be a problem at other vet clinics). The staff all clearly adore animals, and my wounded kitty was no exception. The vet we saw didn't try to over-sell me anything and I could tell from the get go that he was competent and trustworthy. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a cat or dog who needs some TLC or simply a check-up. I will definitely be going back as needed!

I started coming here 6 years ago. I don't go often only when my cats need it. When I do go, everyone is very nice and helpful. I have had to call a few times to get advice when something happens. I worry about my babies a lot and double check on things with them. Anyone who answers the phone is super nice and helpful and actually cares about my animals.

My vet is Kelli Rosen and she is by far the best vet ever! She takes the time with your animal and you can tell that she is an animal lover by how she is gentle and caring with your pet. Nothing but the best for my babies! And she is the best! And this is the best place to take your animals!
