Good, but still doing "touchless" delivery. The doctor didn't order what blood tests she felt important, instead I had to chose panel A, panel B, etc., like chosing an option package for a car.

Awesome caring vets and techs. Our boy George is 9 and he has been going all his life. They treat him like family! He is a nervous wreck but they know him well and love on him! Highly reccomend

My daughter has a Silver Fox rabbit she took their for a checkup. The staff and Dr were very kind, easy to deal with, unexplained things in a very understandable way. Parking is good, they had covid rules in place so they called the people with their animals in one-by-one there was no waiting in the lobby. My daughter was extremely happy with the service she received and will be taking her rabbit back there to get it neutered.

The best! They care for my dog and cat like they are their own. Also, a beautiful and clean facility. I use their online store to get special allergy food for my dog and it's delivered. The only thing I haven't done is their boarding services, but wouldn't go anywhere else if I need boarding at some point. They have an entire separate building just for boarding!

Everyone was very accommodating when we had an emergency with our dog. Very caring and compassionate giving us time to decide what we needed to do. Thanks to all who helped during this difficult time!

I literally couldn't say enough amazing things about this vet. Our Akita came home from the groomers and was whining and laying down every time he tried to move. We called Carroll County Vet and described his symptoms and they immediately got him in. It turns out his stomach had bloated and flipped. They stabilized him and coordinated with CARE Emergency Vet in Frederick, and we were able to get him to emergency surgery that night.

The emergency vet said that if Carroll County Vet didn't do what they did to help him and didn't get him in right away, we would have lost him. We're a month post-op and he's back to his normal self again. I can't say enough wonderful things about this vet for saving our baby. Thank you for answering all of our questions and putting up with all of the stress/miscommunication that sometimes occurs during emergencies. We will always recommend this place!

I was in town on vacation visiting family from Ohio and my dog was limping on a back leg, which is always a concern because of the acl. My mom uses them so I called them and asked if they could fit me in. Without question they fit me in. The wait wasn't long even though we didn't have an appointment and the service was exceptional. They were all extremely friendly and made sure Duke got the best care, again even though we didn't have an appointment.

The vet that examined Duke was thorough and took her time on the phone with me. Overall, it was an amazing experience. If I ever need vet care while I'm in town again I'll definitely call them first!

My family has taken several of our pets to this vet for almost 15 years. I never feel rushed when having multiple questions and the staff responds perfectly. When concerns arise about your loved pet you want expertise and confidence in the treatment. I always feel like I am treated like family and that is very very important.

My experience with Carroll County Veterinarian has been great. The staff has taken great care of my beloved Lilly who we had to say goodbye to today. Dr Wimmer was very understanding and Gabrielle was very compassionate. Thank you all for taking such great care of Lilly even though she was feisty at times lol. You guys are amazing and thank you again.
