I'm a long time customer of Caring Hands. I find them to be knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional without being cold or aloof. Just as an aside, when Dr. Koss retired I felt frightened and insecure but my fears & concerns were quickly put to rest as the existing staff picked up the pace and didn't skip a best. Covid didn't sink the ship either. I'm eternally grateful to the staff at "Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital" and wish them many many more years of success.

My dog needed to be spayed. Found this place and what a great experience. They were g do oing a check up and noticed my Girl has allergies. Gave us meds and she is much better. The surgery was very successful and while she was under she also got microchipped. They explained everything in detail leaving us with no questions. We highly recommend this Veterinarian

Drove up from San Diego to get special handling from our trusted Veterinary Hospital for our vaccination sensitive Chihuahua. They closely adhered to our appointment time to pretreat and observe our boy for any reaction. The staff is friendly and efficient. We will continue to put our trust in them.

We have been taking our dogs to Caring Hands for over 15 years. We have always received the best and most compassionate care for our dogs. Dr Betty is amazing and everyone on the staff is gentle and loving. I would not take my babies anywhere else and recommend them all the time!

Dr. Betty and Laurie are very kind and professional. I feel very safe with them taking care of my baby. They are communicative, patient, and the pricing is very modest compared to other Vets.

A friend recommended Caring Hands to after trusting her dogs to their care for many years. We have been fortunate to have two healthy 10 year old dogs and we haven't needed care that went beyond basic shots. However, we discovered an odd growth on our male dog, Miles, last year. In a panic, I reached out to Caring Hands and they worked us in to the schedule immediately.

It was a Saturday and we were NEW patients and they still went above and beyond. They took great care of him. The doctor took the time to be sure we understood what was happening and he carefully went through treatment options. I never felt pressured and, unlike other vet experiences I've had, they did not gouge me. On 5/30/20, we brought Miles to Caring Hands and said goodbye to him. Dr Lobanov cared for Miles towards the end. I honestly don't know if they could have handled the process more perfectly. They have earned my loyalty and they will be the only veterinary practice I'll use.

Great place to get your pets vaccinated, the girls are always nice and respectful, every time I call for an appointment they always help me and treat my dogs with kindness and love. Roseanna the receptionist is really nice, and Denise is super sweet with my nervous dog at vaccination timeđź’‰ . Thank you girls, Dr. Koss has the best staff.

I can't speak highly enough of this clinic! They are so honest and helpful. I have been to many vet clinics in the past who over charge and recommend unnecessary procedures ... ugh ! It had almost discouraged me from adopting shelter pets. Then a friend recommended Caring Hands and I am so thankful. They have taken great care of my pups and have been such a blessing. Honest and fair in their assessments and with what they charge. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Caring Hands Veterinary hospital is the only place that I will ever take my pets as long as I am in the area. They saved my little puppy's life after he had ingested something that caused his entire system to shut down. After days of non stop care, they were able to bring him back. Present day Sushi is happier and healthier than ever. The staff is always attentive and caring, consistently living up to their name.

It does not matter which doctor you go to, each one is absolutely excellent. They will never try to push extra services on you that aren't necessary. It is beautiful to see how much everyone there truly loves and cares for animals. This is why I cannot trust anyone else to care for my animals. Thank you Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital!

I took my dog in to get updated on his vaccines and they had a clinic from 8am-12pm for vaccines so the price was extremely reasonable. The staff were all very caring and friendly, they were so gentle that my dog didn't even notice he was getting shots, and they were also able to recommend a groomer who has great reviews. I could definitely see myself coming back here.

We brought our dog into Caring Hands. She had eaten poison outside, and we were told to get an MRI for $3700 elsewhere. Dr. Koss felt that he should stabilize her and do blood tests. She had gone into shock with neurological symptoms, and we were sure we would lose her. She then was able to return home after his incredible care. The fees were extremely fair. Dr. Koss made sure to follow up on her condition, and we are grateful for his professionalism.

The staff is incredible. Lisa treated us like family, and all the staff cared. Thank you Caring Hands. We give you FIVE STARS. We are thankful that our baby is still with us.

Our dog, a Pomeranian was very sick with shaking and panting in response to a medication that this doctor has prescribed to her few days ago. My Wife was up all night monitoring the dog. She called the Clinic early morning asking to speak to the Doctor, they said he is busy and just bring the dog to the clinic to be seen by him. I took her to the doctor and dropped her off, ( since she could not drive she had a cast on her right injured foot).

After more than an hour I returned back to check on my wife to see if everything is OK and find out that my wife still waiting to be called. I asked his staff if she would be seeing soon and the staff reply was I don't know we are booked today & we will try to fit her in when we can. I immediately went online to find another clinic close by and brought the dog there where they took us in immediately.

My wife has given this clinic thousands of dollars over the past year. This establishment has been very unprofessional and my wife didn't deserve this kind of treatment from them.

It’s the worst experience ever after being a client of 7 years don’t ask for Dr. Koss specially if your a Spanish speaker. I asked him a question if they do a payment plan. He over reacted and told me they don’t do that if I can’t afford to take care of my dog they why have one. That’s why he didn’t buy a dog for his daughter cause he didn’t want to take care of it.

If I wanted to take my dog to take her now. My dog has a wound and it’s the size of a coin. He told me why do I have a dog I told him it was none of his business. I even apologized if I offended him with the question. I had paid $700 previously for her surgery and had to pay $200 for other things she need. That’s why I asked. He told me if I can’t afford her get rid of her.

If I want her to take her to another clinic that I will pay $500 per visit with payment plan. Then he rudely said do you want me to do the service or not. I told him yes cause he already took her bandages off and I was gonna have to pay for his service cause I love my dog want her alive and keeping my dog. He was rude. Never ask for him. If you don’t want your dog also miss treated cause he confessed he doesn’t like dogs. I’m guessing he just a vet for the money Not cause he loves animals.

Dr. Betty and Dr. Ron, along with all of the staff are the best Veterinary group i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have 2 doggies who love to go to the Vets' office! That tells me a lot about their care and treatment of my doggies when i am not there! I like the management of appointments and the smooth operations of the visits when we have to go.

I just had the experience of stitches in one of the dogs face for running into an aluminum corner. The entire experience was so easy and painless. He is all fixed up and ready to do something ridiculous again. As i am sure he very well may. I do know i would not hesitate to recommend them for anytime regular visits or special pet problem moments! Care is excellent, , As for pricing and time frames i will let you decide! I would say EXCELLENT on all points! I just love going to them for the past several years! I truly appreciate them all!

Dr Koss and staff have been outstanding in their treatment of my adopted dog. He was referred to me by Tiny Loving Canines rescue shelter, he takes care of their rescues and thought since he already had treated my dog, I should continue. He performed major surgery, dental cleaning and treated a bite wound. They were able to see my dog on short notice-emergency- The staff and Dr were very empathetic and caring to both human and pet.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Extra leash was provided in case you didn't bring your own. We were helped promptly with minimal waiting time. Even though I have to drive 40 miles to see the Vet, I prefer him to vets closer to my home.

I take my two dogs to Dr Betty at Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital. She is fantastic with them both. Neither of them are a fan of the Vet in general but she is so warm and caring and puts them at ease right away with loves and cuddles. She always makes time to give them a thorough check over and asks me lots of questions to identify exactly whats going on if they are sick.

Recently I had to take one of my dogs to the ER in the middle of the night. The records were faxed to Caring Hands Veterinary Hospital and within 2 days Dr Betty phone me to get an update on how she was doing. The staff at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful if you call up for advise.
