Every pet is different, normally dental cleanings are not needed until after two years of age. Usually, the smaller the patient, the earlier and more often a teeth cleaning is needed. We do not recommend human food as a key part of your pet's diet. Some acceptable foods are low fat protein such as boiled or baked chicken or turkey breasts.

Not bad. I want to be right beside my dog during normal treatment. Nooo. They left the tiny exam room with her. I think I'll try elsewhere. I'm use to Country vets not city folks

The first time I went, they almost refused care because I didn't have the money at the moment instead of working out a payment plan like the vet I used in my hometown. Instead they just opted to not run all these tests they wanted and thankfully we didn't need them. This current experience? Pitiful! Went on Thursday. Vet doctor gave me a home remedy that turned out to not work by the end of the weekend and has led to an infection and a need for surgery.

They then proceeded to call me at almost 7 pm Friday to tell me that I had a FOLLOW UP on Monday at 8 AM. To see if we needed surgery. At the moment, I told her I didn't think we needed surgery but that we would be there for the FOLLOW UP. She said that if I would be running late to call her. Well this morning that's exactly what happened. My ride service gave me the runaround.

I spent roughly 20 minutes calling the vet nonstop to get a busy signal and the call would disconnect. When I finally got a hold of someone to let them know I was still waiting on a ride there they told me I couldn't be seen due to more emergencies popping up. Cool. I had to cancel my ride, which also still cost me a fee almost as much as the ride.

Then I found out the reason why was because they put me in the system as a SURGERY when they told me it was a FOLLOW UP! I had to tell the last person I spoke to MULTIPLE TIMES that I was told it was a follow up and that's what I was under the impression it was. So he asked me when we decided it was a SURGERY and I told him, once again, that I was told it was a FOLLOW UP, and that I didnt think it was a suegery until last night. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to take a newborn kitten with a swollen, infected leg to receive antibiotics and suegery.

I gave 4 stars because I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait 30-45 mins for them to verify me, then I got chased out by a young man very startling and he said "You forgot to pay" when I had already pre-paid several days in advanced an he spoke broken English. In hindsight the "Actual" vet did her job, and my dog is feeling much better.

I love this clinic, Both visits were unexpected and they were able to accommodate me within mins, very friendly staff, I felt very comfortable leaving my pup in their hands. Will be making them my regular Veterinarian for all 3 of my fur babies!

Best Veterinarian in Killeen. If you have a bulldog they are the place to go. They treat you like family. I have been taking my fur babies there for 4 years and they know us and our fur babies by name.

The ladies in the office were very knowledgeable and have great customer service. My vet tech n Dr were very kind. I got her vaccines and nails clipped and the yearly check up done. Also got a shampoo. The prices were reasonable and i feel like everything i needed to know and get done were addressed. I will be using this clinic regularly. Thank you.

We have brought all of our pets to Killeen Vet Clinic for about ten years now. The staff is always professional, and I especially appreciated the care and flexibility they showed when my 16 year old dog just was NOT cooperating at his check up. They quickly switched gears and didn't force him into a stressful situation. We will continue to bring our pets here because I know they care about them as much as we do. Dr. Jones is one of the best in the business!

I think my Archer found the visit pleasant, he was not restrained, she was so good to him although my baby is naturally well behaved. He's was skeptical but she reassured him it was alright. Now I move a little farther from this vet clinic and I'm think of still coming there but I hate putting my baby through this driving thing.

The best Vet clinic in the area. We had an emergency woth our kitten and they took us as a walk-in after hours when the After Hours vet was not open yet. They provided great care, answered every question, and gave us the aftercare information we needed. They really care about the animals and it shows. We don't plan on going anywhere else. Thank you for everything!
