Very nice people. Friendly and took good care of my dogs needs, noce and clean.

I just moved to the area and had an emergency the first week. No other vet would take new patients even though I told them my dog wasn't even able to get up. Bryan animal hospital was so caring and for me in right away! The veterinarian listened to my concerns and was so caring and gentle. She helped my doggy walk again with meds. I am so grateful to this place! I would recommend Bryan animal hospital 1000 percent!

Awesome vet - clean waiting area, friendly staff, they will take excellent care of your pets and they are also sensitive to cost. They will have my business for as long as I live here.

One of the BEST veterinary hospitals in our area. The staff always knows exactly what to do during hectic times and how to handle us "worry wart mama's" by reassuring us. I wouldn't take my babies any where else except here! They know my animals by first name and the vet remembers everything we said at the last visit every single time. I love Bryan and I hope they never close and hopefully one day they can see my reptile babies too!

Staff here is very friendly and caring! I have 2 difficult animals and they are so patient with them. Jenna is amazing with my animals and makes me feel like they are in the best hands! Dr. Slavin (sp) always answers all my questions and takes the time to explain everything! My animals are my children and I definitely don't worry about bringing them in here! I recommend all my friends and Family here.

They are all so nice and treat my cats with care. Beautiful office and they also have a kennel for boarding 10/10 would recommend

The ladies that work here are extremely friendly. They are compassionate about there jobs. They are all in the right line of work. They love what they are doing and really care for our pets. I've been to other vets that don't seem to care about our furry friends. Not here they take the time to explain everything and are very caring Not only are they friendly and caring towards our pets they are friendly and respectful towards us. Keep up the good work girls.

We are not fans of this place. The veterinarian did not do a thorough yearly exam. We trusted she would check everything over, but she didn't. She simply glanced over her and asked us if we had any concerns. We are not veterinarians, so we were relying on her to find any health issues. She didn't find anything, but less than a week later our pet's eyes were both severely infected with conjunctivitis. Did our pet already have an eye infection when she was seen at the vet, but it wasn't found?

Maybe the infection happened after our pet was seen. We'll never know. However, after calling and requesting our pet be seen again we were told we couldn't be seen and would need to wait until the next day or go to an emergency animal hospital. We are no longer taking our pet to this animal hospital.

My experience with Bryan Animal Hospital has been very poor. I found them to be very unprofessional and not knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing my pets. It was all about the money and not about my pets care. Tracey the office manager, does not care about how you are treated as a customer. She covers up the flaws of the employees as stated above.

Unfortunately my cat was diagnosed by them as being stressed. That was the entire situation. They did not seem to care nor even offer any worthwhile suggestions that would work. For people in the industry as long as them, they should know what to do and what works. I asked Dr. Slavin to give me a call to discuss but she never did. Is that professional?

Instead they asked to part ways with me after my mom and I trusted them for many years. Please, please do yourself a favor a find a vet that cares about your pet and you. They do not. Most of the girls who answer the phones are not professional and do not know how to do their jobs. When I brought that to Tracey's attention she never addressed that with them.

Instead they go and cry to her every time I would call them for service. They are a very incompetent staff and again not professional when dealing with customers. DO NOT BRING your pets there. TY for reading this email. Kevin

Friendly and thorough staff. Met me at my vehicle to bring my dog in. She went inside with them and came out a happy puppers even with getting a shot. She loves her new vet and that's all that matters to us.
