Every pet is treated as we would our own. We make sure of that. There is a level of efficiency, collaboration, and polish here at Brook Farm that you won't find elsewhere. Your pet is precious to you. We understand. They're precious to us, too. It's why we're here. And because of that, we've worked hard to build an environment that people and pets actually enjoy being in.

An atmosphere where you feel like family. Because to us, you are. We have finally found 'our vet!' I am just so grateful for their level of care and compassion.
Services
The love we feel for animals drives us to do our best - we're not afraid to roll around on the ground with a pup, and we love the kitten snuggles and puppy breath that greets us each day. Brook Farm is owned entirely by our founder, Dr. Evan Kanouse DVM, and his son, Evan Kanouse, Jr. We work with initiative, positivity and warmth to bridge the gap between human and pet, focusing on wellness to keep a better, stronger bond - we know pets are family.Empathy begins before our first interaction. Because even before we can share what we know, or do what we do in caring for animals, we must care for people.
The team at Brook Farm is known for their world-class veterinary care - because your pet is worth it. From wellness care to advanced emergency medicine, our dedicated team of veterinary professionals will care for your pet as their own. Our modern in-house laboratory equipment, combined with our partnerships with respected laboratories and board-certified pathologists, provides us with fast, reliable results.
We'll make sure your pet is happy and healthy with a comprehensive exam and personalized treatment plan. Comprehensive physical examinations conducted at Brook Farm provide an in-depth assessment of your pet's overall health, establish important baselines and meticulously inspect your pet from tooth to tail.
We know from human medicine that oral hygiene is incredibly important for overall wellbeing. It's a key way to keep your cat or dog healthy. Dental disease in dogs and cats is very common, and very dangerous. Left untreated, it can lead to major problems like heart disease and kidney failure. If a cat or dog could brush their own teeth, it'd prevent the need for frequent cleanings, but unfortunately they can't. During dental cleanings, we remove tartar from the teeth and under the gum lines, which will prevent infection and bone loss.

Brookfarm takes measures to make your pet feel less stressed. Nelli is 16 years old and she has been going to Brookfarm since we adopted her 4 years ago and I wouldn't trust her care to anyone else. Dr. Clark and Dr. Kanouse take the time to educate you about your pets care and care options.

I took in my dog for some medication for an ear infection and it was well over $400 after all of the hidden services that they snuck in. There were random examinations and tests I did not request tallying over $200. On top of this one of the doctors was harsh to my dog who was reasonably scared of the vet. She was not careful when sticking utensils in his ears and clearly caused him a lot of pain in her frustration. I would recommend buying medication online and doing research yourself unless your pet is very ill.

Brook Farm Veterinary Center is a quaint farmhouse type place. Homey and immaculate. The Staff offer tea, coffee. They go above and beyond to help and please you any way possible. I have found that the Doctors here are very patient, they sit down to talk to you and never rush you. They pet your animal and talk to them like you do! If you are in a hurry don't go there, These people Are dedicated to their work and they don't rush. You and your pet will be well taken care of. Dr. Kanouse is very knowledgeable and has a heart of gold. So very happy I'm a BROOKFARMER

We used snd I paid for a coupon from friends of animals. They they proceeded to charge me an additional 1300,00 for two dogs. The coupon included everything on the bill except for a rabies shot snd a microchip. They said they went over the fees and they did not. My daughter had her hands full with two puppies. On top of it no one will call me back, playing keyboard warrior. What a terrible snd unprofessional place Be warned

We took our puppy there to be spayed back in December and we loved this vet so much that we will take all three of our dogs there for wellness visits throughout the year. The office is sparkling clean, and the staff is so nice and helpful. Our dog Moose was injured and they followed up with check-in phone calls to make sure his healing process was going well and to ensure all of our questions were answered. Thank you, Brook Farm!

Thank you to the entire Team at Brookfarm for your kind care of our dog, Reilly. From check in to direct care with the Techs (Emily and Caitlin), and Veternarians, Reilly has been treated with love. We can not thank Dr Kanouse and Dr Clark enough for keeping us informed as we navigate our precious fur baby's unusual case and care.

I have been a Brook Farm customer for over 20 years and 4 dogs. They are kind, so caring, patient, and very professional. Would not trust my fur babies with any other practice!
