Update 3/25/22: I changed my score from a 1 star to 5. My main reason was they went out of their way to really help my Great Dane during a very packed week. They provided great service, care and shared a lot of knowledge about my dog. They didn't try to push sells on me and anything suggested was what my Great Dane needed. They addressed the severe infection, which was causing my dog to be in a lot of pain. 3 days later, she's back to normal and I greatly appreciate all their help!

This review reflects the whole office staff and Doctors. I can't thank you enough and this is a great place for your pet family member. Update 3/22/22: They called me back the following Wednesday to help us get my Great Dane in for an appointment. They were very nice and willing to help. I will provide an update after my full visit. Their phone system doesn't allow them to receive any calls during their off hours or lunch.

Diamond (front)American Bulldog, Sophie and Mugsy were Boxers. They had the best care possible. We also had a Teacup Poodle, a Sheltie, a White Shepherd and my husband's Black & Tan, Guide Dog plus 3 cats. They all had exemplary care. Thank You BRVH!

My 16 y/o feline daughter has received excellent care at this practice! The staff is friendly, respectful of the animals they treat and their humans. Affordable, professional, compassionate group!

The doctor explained all of our options clearly and explained what could be going on with our dog. Each staff member we talked to took the time to tell us what to watch for. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

They are excellent in taking care of our 2 Westies- Cody and Darcie. They get a thorough check up once a year and they are very responsive when I need meds or a cytopoint shot for Cody. I have never had any issues. The vets and the vet techs are very kind and helpful! I also use their online pharmacy which is reliable and offers occasional discounts on my seresto and heartworm meds.

The doctor was so nice. He was thorough and informative. I couldn't be more pleased with his services and even the vet tech we saw before him. However the office staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I was very disappointed. No one greeted us when we walked in even as my dog was terrified. I felt like a bother at the entry desk when signing in and asking questions.

On our way out I stood at the desk waiting to check out and not one person said anything! No hello, no how was your appointment, nothing! I stood there for a good while before even being acknowledged to pay the bill.

The doctors have been excellent. We had to put our elderly beagle down during quarantine time and everyone there was so compassionate! It made the sad experience go as well as it could! They gave us blanket to wrap her up in and also sent us a bereavement card signed by all the staff. They only issue I have is that it is hard to make appointments at times but I think that's everywhere right now.

Brady's Run Vet has been taking care of our dogs for 15+ years. Wouldn't take them anywhere else. Staff is the best.

On behalf of my family and all of those who loved Onyx Springer, I want to extend my gratitude for everything they have done for her during her 16.5 years of life. The staff were extremely compassionate and understanding during her final visit, and allowed her owner to bring the friends and family with him. Thank you Lori/ entire staff of Brady's Run Vet for taking such great care of Onyx, and for allowing her to end her long life knowing that she was loved. Onyx wasn't fond of getting her nails trimmed, but she is thankful for the love and care she received.

Took my dog in for yearly examination and shots. They were right on time getting us in at the appointment time. The doctor and technician were very nice. Doctor gave me enough time for any questions I had. Only spent a total of about half an hour there from start to finish. Their prices are very reasonable.

We have been going to them for years. Everyone there is positive and kind. The doctor took his time warming up to our great dane. We really trust them with our beloved animals.

Brady's Run Veterinary Hospital has been our "go to" place for pet care for many years. Last year around Valentines Day, our miniature Dachshund, Heidi, suddenly began to have very severe convulsions, followed by whimpering and walking in circles, bumping into things and seeming totally disoriented. We immediately took her to Brady's Run Vet Hospital, where they tested her and found a brain tumor that was inoperable.

They said she could be treated with drugs, but that within a month or so, the convulsions would probably return. We were devastated! Our little girl had been with us since she was six months old and was so engrained in our family routine. Then at 13 years, we faced a daunting decision; temporarily treating her with the great potential of her having to go through the same pain again and not having the same quality of life, or putting her down.

The staff at Brady's Run Vet Hospital was amazing and took care of everything with grace and professionalism. When our little Heidi had been cremated, they put her ashes in a beautiful little box and return her to us. She now resides in a place of honor in our family room, where we spent much of our time with her. We haven't found another Dachshund to add to our family, but when we do, we will always take her for routine health and wellness checks to Brady's Run Veterinary Hospital to keep her in top condition. Thanks to BRVH staff for being a part of our family during Heidi's life and death!

When faced with An unfortunate diagnosis the staff went above and beyond, even the front line staff after they heard my pup had to get an 'x-ray'. I'm hopeful my dog will have a better future since being treated. I will continue to drive out of town to this wonderful clinic. Thank you.
