They get you a appointment within a day or two which is amazing since everywhere else wants you to wait like 2 weeks or more for exotic animals. Unless you go to a emergency vet. They also seem to really care about the animals and do their best by them. The drive is well worth it if its far from you.

Very rude receptionists. Gave me a quote then over charged me over $200. Do not care about your pets at all. Just want the money

I called on Monday and they scheduled me for the next day. I live over an hour and a half away. I planned accordingly, but ended up running late. I let the staff know. I called when I arrived but due to the fact that I ran late due to GPS error and roadwork I could not have my sick pet seen until 4pm or reschedule. I left in tears. Woman on the phone was not friendly and did not seem to care. Will not go back, was not worth any effort especially to be turned away.

Dr Adair is great with our rabbits, our oldest has respiratory issues and he is proactive yet conservative.

Will not see animals within the same week. Apparently do not see sick animals as obviously in a week they would be dead. I have an exotic and pretty much got treated like I was a pain. I called crying.terrified for my pet. nope. Next week. Knowing full well my pet is so exotic I would not find another vet to help. But I did. and it no doubt saved me a fortune. If u need exotic care, go to Phillips Animal Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio.

The vet at North Coast was very nice, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I could tell my girl was in good hands. They checked her out, recommended the next step, and then the next steps from there. They were great about checking in with me and updating me about everything. Most importantly, she's feeling much better and it's only been a few days! I highly recommend north Coast and will definitely be bringing my other "exotic" pets here.

They do not see fish at all, despite it being prominently shown as such on the website. Very misleading and disappointing, especially since they refuse to correct the website. It was also very distressing since my fish was in dire need of medical treatment. I went to a different clinic several hours away instead.

I have been calling the office since Tuesday 12/18/18 only to get answered and put on hold. Various hold times from 5 minutes to 9 minutes. Have a bird that needed to see Dr Riggs ASAP per my vet. They left me on hold and said drop her off the next morning and somebody would take a look at her. No Thank you. Hard to even get someone to speak to and make an actual appointment!

Literally just called this "Exotic Speciality Hospital" with the number listed on google. It went to their grooming department that I had to call twice before somebody picked up. I was then given the correct number. After being put on hold for 5 minutes I was then informed they only handle cats and dogs.

Today was my first visit & I am ecstatic to FINALLY find a vet who didn't claim to have a knowledge of reptiles but actually did! Dr. Riggs was incredibly nice & so was the staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns and discussed every option (both cheap & expensive) for my tortoises care. Unlike past visits (stow/kent & memorial) to treat the parasites Paul has, none of the other vets ever gave us medication or suggested a change in diet.

But Dr. Riggs clearly provided me with a few food choices that the internet & previous vets informed me were not options. As well as medication to treat the parasites. He even went over Paul's xrays with me & explained the image in a way that anyone could comprehend. The facility itself was very clean and I noticed a lot of sighs promoting saving the environment & some eco friendly products around the office :) Dr. Riggs is/or was on the state committee to fight against animal abuse in circuses- this guy deserves a medal in my book. Can't say enough about the awesomeness of the staff and the quality care my pet received!
