Over the weekend, my standard poodle (Spice) was bitten in the face by a rattlesnake. Our usual vet was closed but directed us to Big Sky. There were multiple emergency patients at the time, but the vet tech and vet still made the time to patiently answer our many frazzled questions and address our concerns thoroughly. He stayed overnight, we were able to get updates that night and the next morning, and they gave us very detailed home care info.
His swelling went 85% down within 24 hours of being home. Two days after coming home, he's becoming himself again. We are so grateful to Big Sky for helping us all through this terrifying situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We had to travel to Big Sky Animal Medical Center from out of town. They were wonderful to work with. They worked our dog into their already full schedule. They walked us through the whole process for our dog. They were very kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had our visit at Big Sky the other day and it went great! Did the urgent care since they had no regular appointments for the next week, and I wasn't sure if waiting til then would be smart. There was a bit of a wait, sure, but much shorter than I expected for a walk in. Once in the room they were very friendly and understanding, going slow with my dog who has anxiety with strangers.

We have had nothing but great experiences at Big Sky. We have three dogs and have had to use emergency services once and numerous scheduled visits. The emergency prices are reasonable, less than some regular visits with vets in town, and if they are booked out a ways the staff is wonderful with calling us in for cancellations. Nothing but positive to say about these caring individuals.

This is Ebba, When she was a puppy she got bit in the head by another dog and developed bacterial meningitis. She wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for this amazing vet clinic! This dog underwent her own little brain surgery. She is now about 3 years old and living a happy healthy life. This clinic didn't give up on her and was willing to try. That's all I could ask for! Not only try but they went above and beyond. Ebba still loves going to the vet today. Thanks to your incredible dedication and care!

They were awesome. We were visiting town and needed vet services. Even though they were busy, they worked us in and got Cooper fixed up. The vet, techs, and staff were friendly, caring and professional. If you live in GF, we would recommend as your vet. If you need emergency services, they are the best solution. Cooper says thanks!
