Berlin Township Animal Clinic - Scott A Polo

We had to put our beloved Boppy down yesterday. Dr. Polo and his staff was kind explained everything. We will miss her. But thank you for your compassion. Steve & Mareanne Oliver

They are wonderful. I have ten cats at this point and they help me keep everything organized and running smoothly. They are kind and compassionate and knowledgeable and spend the time to make sure the pet parents know what is happening with their critters.

Let's try this again since my last review was flagged as a "fake review". Makes me wonder if all less than stellar reviews are flagged and deleted. The place was very clean, and Dr. Polo did correct the issue my furry friend was having but he was pretty rude. We drove 45 minutes out to their clinic because of all the 5 star reviews. When explaining that's why we chose his clinic, he said, "Don't always believe google reviews." (Yea, he actually said that.about his own clinic.) **edit to add: now I wonder if he said that because anything other than a 4/5 star review seems to get deleted.which I didn't even know was possible.

Thought the point of a review was that they can't pick and choose which ones they want to show** We had looked up what the hell could be wrong with our pet since the last Vet clinic we visited did nothing to help. He said "oh you've consulted dr google".and followed up with, "My wife gave me a cup that says 'Oh I guess my degree doesn't mean anything since you talked to Dr. Google'." I forced a laugh.

We drove nearly 45 mins to get help for our clearly distressed pet and as we we concluded the visit he says "frankly, I think you're insane to drive all the way from philly and pass 24 other vets but.thanks." I guess he doesn't care about return/happy customers because he's right, there are plenty of other vets around. I like to think rainy days play a role in people's rude demeanors but damn man, if you don't want the work then don't do the work.

I love the whole office, the vet is extremely knowledgeable and REALLY informs me of the whole situation at hand. I don't leave more confused or in the dark when I had a question. He is thorough and I will continue taking my dog to this wonderful place. I had to recently deal with something not so fun with my dog and I couldn't be happier with how they handled everything.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Polo is very knowledgeable and takes the time to give you all of your treatment options.

I used to drive an hour to take my dog here when I lived closer to Mt Laurel and Marlton this man is a well kept secret. - DO NOT take your animal to Dr Bell or anyone working his clinic on rt 73 south (Marlton) he euthanized my animal improperly and many others, he skips steps/shots neccesary for your dog to pass on comfortably and what should have been a peaceful process of goodbye with a 17 year old canine family member was cruel and counterintuitive to what any of us want when we place our animals to rest. Again, that's Dr Bell and his Family's practice on 73 and who did that, Dr Polo has kept my pets and myself healthy happy and informed. He's the only vet I trust my or my friends animals with.

I have been using Dr. Polo for years. He is knowledgeable and the kindest vet. I couldn't say anything bad about his staff either. I have never had a bad experience. I have had to put down a dog there and the entire office cried with me. I love Dr. Polo.

Dr. Polo is compasionate in his service/care to his pet patients and really cares about their "Parents" too! If a procedure that would be costly or ineffective or unnecessary is an option, Dr. Polo will let you know if you should or shouldn't incur the expense. His staff is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Should you have a question after your visit, they promptly ask Dr. Polo and return your call with the answer(s).

Dr. Polo is an awesome vet. Great knowledge and experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices are about average. I trust Dr. Polo and will continue to take my animals there for aslong as they are in buisness.
