This was out first visit and the staff was wonderful given the situation of a dog bite that needed to be treated. We were very concerned about getting our dog treated and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I couldnt ask for a better clinic.

Dr Wolfe is the best vet ever. She is always professional and complete and treats our dog as one of the family. Staff is fantastic. If possible she would get 10 stars

My family was found by a stray kitten in November. We took her for a wellness exam at this location, and we were told that they could not determine if the cat had been spayed without conducting blood tests, so I took the cat to the Humane Society which quickly shaved her and determined she had not been yet. We had been quoted for a combined declaw and spay at this veterinarian when she had her wellness exam, so I decided to give them another chance.

They were insistent upon pre-surgery blood work, and although I have never done that with any pet that wasn't suspected of being ill, I gave in to some of it. I dropped the cat off, and I was informed almost 2 hours later that they had quoted me for the wrong type of anesthesia, so the quote went up dramatically. They had already sedated my cat before determining this. So, I picked up my cat, services not rendered, and was charged for the blood work, the wrong anesthetic, as well as a day of care.

We love visiting the clinic. Dr. Wolfe is great with pets and kids too! The entire staff is friendly. She takes the time to answer questions and explain things. We never feel rushed out for the next appointment like at some clinics. I love the late appointments on Tuesday nights because we drive all the way from Alma and my husband can drive us there after work. Our pup, Jewel, loves all the attention she gets from everyone and sometimes forgets her manners, but they are super patient with her.

The doctor and staff are 100% amazing. They were the only emergency vet that would help my dog. No one else wanted to even look at him without me having a thousand dollars to show them! The doctor and staff did such a good job and they did it for half of what any other place quoted! We found our forever vet tonight! Thank you for saving Turbo!

My beloved old cat needed some urgent care, and I am beyond pleased with the care we received at this clinic! The doctor and techs are very knowledgeable, helpful, gentle and caring. I felt very comfortable and cared for during our visit : and my kitty is feeling better already. Definitely bringing the rest of my animals here too! Nuts says "thanks!"

Love Dr. Wolfe and her staff! Had a 9pm appointment and it went to 1020pm.they took the time to make sure my new kitten had everything he needed. Never felt rushed or like it was getting too late. You can feel how all of them love animals. Thank you!

Dr. Wolfe and her staff were kind and welcoming right from the start! Every single person was knowledgeable, kind, and truly cared about my Colby. Dr. Wolfe was very thorough, yet there were no financial surprises. I feel 100% confident in the care and advice I received. So happy to have found our new vet!

Last night we had an emergency situation with our dog Chewy. In a panic to find someplace to take him quickly, we came across Bennett Animal Road Clinic as still being open until 9 PM on a Tuesday night. We called them and explained to Christine, the receptionist, the situation With our dog and explained that Cheey was not a patient of theirs. They were more than willing to assist and told us to come in as soon as possible.

Upon arrival one of their employees, Lowell, came out to help assist carry our 75 pound dog into the clinic. The staff and vet, Gail Wolfe, greeted us immediately and we explained what had happened. Before getting into too much detail I was very impressed that the Dr. Wolfe stopped the conversation to introduce herself and to completely calm the situation.

She had a magnificent demeanor and kept us calm throughout the entire examination and treatment. She covered all possible test And examined him thoroughly. Her staff member, Lowell, assisted in catching some unusual fluttering of Chewy's eyes, which helped in making the final prognosis. She was quite knowledgeable in determining that our dog may be suffering from vestibular disease, also known as old dog disease.

She was encouraging with treatment for him before making any other major decisions. She thoroughly explained all of the medications and what the hopeful outcome would be after administering them. I honestly have to say between her calming demeanor and knowledge in making her diagnosis, I have never experienced a more professional experience with a vet. We were not Clients of hers before this, but we will certainly continue to use her. We could not have found a more compassionate and knowledgeable Vet.

This veterinary is the one I use as my standard for future vets. I have since moved but always loved bringing my dog here. Dr. Wolfe is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the exam. She is available the entire time for questions and talks you through what the best treatment is for your animal and enjoys sharing her knowledge with you. Shelby is also incredibly caring and helpful.

She is truly an outstanding caregiver to every pet that walks through the door and treats them as if they are her own. She is incredibly experienced with the procedures of the clinic and helps you each step of the way of understanding treatment. Everyone knows you and your pet by name and makes you feel like you are a part of the family that is this clinic. Cannot recommend this clinic and the staff enough. Truly one of a kind.

Dr. Gail and Shelby are wonderful. My dog hates the vet and they are so kind and patient with him. It makes me feel calm knowing he's in great hands with them. They are outstanding every time.
