We have a veterinarian doctor on call 24 hours a day that can be reached by calling (865) 227-2172. Please review our emergencies page for more information. Dogs: an annual visit consists of a complete physical, a rabies vaccination (required by law), a Bordetella vaccination (kennel cough), and a DA2LPP vaccination, (distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza, parvo, and leptospirosis).

Good pet dental care is one of the most important factors for the overall health of your pet. Cats and dogs are very susceptible to oral problems like periodontal disease, which can lead to tooth loss, gum deterioration, and infection that can cause damage to internal organs, including the heart, lungs, and liver.

I used to bring my dog to PetWellClinic but I found Bearden Hill and West Bearden vet clinics to be better in many regards. The only thing though is thah they still wouldn't let pet owners go inside because of covid so you would have to drop off your pet and pick them up later in the day without having the chance to speak to the vet directly

My year old Doberman developed some stomach issues over the weekend and the staff at Bearden Hill was absolutely amazing! They got me in first thing this morning when I called and were very professional, friendly, and handled my puppy with the upmost care. They also were very fair with pricing for the visit and medication, we will definitely be using them again in the future! 10/10 :

Outstanding and compassionate staff. The vets are top notch and take time to explain everything to you. Very personable. They follow up on your pet a few days later. Most importantly, when you have to make that very difficult and heartbreaking final decision for your pet, their empathy and kindness is the best that I have experienced anywhere.

Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful! They are professional, friendly and ALWAYS helpful. They are welcoming and accommodating and are great with kids, as I often bring my young boys with me to our visits. We just adopted a puppy that is bigger than we expected and he has been wonderful not only from a clinical point of view, but on a personal level, giving us great tips on how to get through the puppy stage.
I never feel rushed and I always leave with a sigh of relief! He has even helped us find a great trainer! If you are in need of a highly trained and down-to-earth veterinarian, Dr. Jones is it!

How could it not be anything but 5 stars for the doctors and staff at both the Bearden HIll Veterinary Clinic and the west location too? They are the very best, both in their depth of medical knowledge and true compassion they have for all of the fortunate "fur babies" that are under their care. My favorite veterinarian! Have been going since 2016. Dr. Brott sees my two domestic short hair black cats and Dr. Jones sees my dog. However I have seen all the vets that work out of this location. They have two offices, the other is further west. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and have a wonderful bedside manner. They have worked with me on regular checkups and emergencies. And have been great in both situations. Would highly recommend!

I just took my chihuahua, Cabbie, in for a dental cleaning today and had a great experience! The staff was great, the vet went above and beyond to explain certain processes to me, they even called me right before the procedure and then directly after the procedure to let me know everything was okay. Her teeth look better than I was even expecting and then on top of all that, they had the best prices out of the 10 or so clinics I called. I will definitely be returning.
